Returned to S&H again and bought myself a 73 hp Kioti tractor with cab and crew cab Polaris. Great tractor and side by side so far but the service was excellent! Wes my salesman as always was awesome AGAIN! He always finds me what I’m looking for. Will continue to buy from S&H and Wes! Thanks guys

I' purchased equipment from s&h in Rogersville last fall. Riley Dodson was my salesman. everything went smooth !,Garry delivered machine and was in contact. Sam has done some warranty work and been excellent!things went so well that is the reason I bought a tractor from them this Spring also. I highly recommend buying from Riley and the other guys I've dealt with have been great aa well!

I met the salesman, Riley at the local Lawn and Garden Show. I was looking at the Scag mowers and planning on buying one later in the season. Riley stood there and talked to me about the Patriot and then the Tiger Cat II. He wasn’t trying to sell me on either model but instead just answering questions and giving information. He was very respectful and talked to me for about 30 minutes.A few weeks later I went to S&H Farm Supply where Riley walked up and said “I met you at the Garden Show”. He again walked through all information and I was able to purchase a brand new Tiger Cat II. The sale was easy and didn’t take hardly any time at all.I have purchased different things from S&H or had things repaired over the years and really enjoy going there. I have never had a bad experience at the Rogersville location and have told many people to go there. Employees are knowledgeable and really respectful. I can’t recommend the Rogersville S&H enough for any equipment needs.

Riley knocked our expectations out of the park. We came in to update our mower and to get information on what we needed to keep our 6+ acres looking great all while saving time and wear on the 60plus old body.Riley was very knowledgeable about the mowers they carry and after narrowing it down we settled on the Spartan SRT XD 60... After the first mowing and realizing it was done in a 3rd of the time without beating up the body we knew we made the right decision. So if you are in the market for any equipment for your property we highly recommend Riley who can make your experience excellent.

I bought a bush hog yesterday and it was not a good experienceThe guys in the photos who worked there didn't even acknowledge us coming in (and we were the only customers) and just stood around talking about non-work related things until I finally interrupted them and asked for help to buy somethingThey actually seemed like they were annoyed I disturbed them and sent me to another personthe photo is from 20 minutes later while they were still just standing around and talking about non work related stuff (we could easily overhear their conversations)MORE IMPORTANTLY!I asked the salesman how long it would take to get it lubed and gear oil put in>he LIED and said it had already been doneI mentioned that the guy I spoke to on the phone the day before said it would take 30-45 minutes to get it ready and again, he lied and said that it was 100% ready to go and the guy was talking about the paper workGood thing I didn't believe a word he said as it was bone dry on gear oil and had never seen a grease gunterrible staff and oversight. I would fire the manager if it were my business

We were very dissatisfied with the service we received at S & H service department. We do not recommend them for an ATV service. They were very slow, never held up to their quoted time frame and they did not complete the requested service. After keeping our ATV for over a month, we received it back in worse shape than when we dropped it off . We had to take it to another shop and have it repaired again. We requested that they service our Polaris ATV and inspect it for any other issues. When we picked it up, the fuel tank was empty(we filled it up completely before dropping it off), we had to add antifreeze, both front and back axle bushings were bad or missing, both low beam headlights were not working and the carburetor mounting (🔩 )bolts were missing. After paying them nearly $1000, we have no actual proof that they did what we asked them to do. We are assuming that someone did something with the carburetor because the mounting bolts were missing or not replaced. The service department told us that the carburetor needing rebuilt. We have no idea if that was completed.Even though we purchased a $25,000 tractor and trailer from this organization, we would not recommend them for any ATV service at all.Very dissatisfied customer....

Purchased the new Polaris Ranger 1000 premium, my wife loves the machine for her farm work.At this point, we choose to go to S&H Farm Equipment in Rogersville, Mo for farm equipment. As usual, the staff at S&H were great. We have purchased several items of equipment from them.Blake Davis is our sales person, Mr. Davis is always friendly and has a great knowledge base on all of the products that S&H sells.Thank you S&H of Rogersville and Blake Davis for another really great purchase experience.

I bought a New Holland C238 new from S&H Rogersville, MO, in 2018. There were a few repairs under the warranty but since the warranty ran out and with less than 440 hours on the machine, I have paid S&H $2933 mostly for repairing loose or leaking hoses. The service manager told me at one point that it really was a pretty good machine once you got the kinks worked out. I told him I thought New Holland should have done that.A couple of years ago I started having a leak. I was constantly adding hydraulic fluid and leaving a big spot of it everywhere I parked. I hauled it the 96 miles to S&H. They charged me $391 to tell me that they couldn't find a leak. I hauled it home and the leak continued.While working the CTL I had a complete shutdown. A traveling tech came down and rehooked a loose hose and refilled the machine with fluid. The bill was $735. The leak continued.Finally when the leak got so bad that the inside of my left track was staying wet with hydraulic fluid, I hauled it back to them. They found a hose that had a hole worn in it from rubbing. They replaced the hose. The bill was $619.I took the CTL home and with less than two hours of work at low rpm, I had another complete shutdown. The code said parking brake pressure. The problem was another loose hose. I asked if it was the same hose they had just replaced and was told that it was a different hose. When I questioned the coincidence of this, I got only sarcastic "yeps" and "nopes" from the service desk attendant while he looked at his computer instead of at me. Another service desk attendant did tell me they were putting better fittings on the hoses than the factory ones when this happened. When I suggested that maybe it was something New Holland should have had a recall on they only said, "Well they haven't." The bill was $1188. When I questioned this I was told they took three hours labor off or it would have been $1500.Here is the kicker. When I get the CTL home I get a call from the service desk. The tech had found a pair of cab latch nuts on his work bench they thought might be off my machine. They were. I suggested that maybe the tech who did this and put me in a very dangerous situation could have also left a hose loose. I got no response to that. They said a tech would be down to my place the next day to reinstall the cab latch nuts.I wrote the service department a letter to express my unhappiness with their work and their billing. I also asked them to pay me for my lost work hours waiting on the nuts. I really didn’t expect them to compensate me, but no one even bothered to respond to the letter. I have done a lot of business with S&H over the years but no more. They have gotten too big and corporate greed has set in.My recommendation is don't buy a New Holland and don't take anything to S&H for repair. You will get hosed.

First of all I want to thank Jimmy with trucking for picking up our XP 1000 crew and delivering back the very next day! He helped get the rig serviced quickly and the new half doors put on and back to us in time for my birthday! Also thank you Kathy in service for getting us taken care of so quickly!
