We love Howliday Inn. We take our Jasper there for boarding, training and daycare to socialize with other dogs. He is always so excited to go there. Brandon did an excellent job in training this excitable boy. He now goes everywhere with us and can sit in a crowded place and not be reactive. We love taking him on trips like the one in the pictures where everyone loves him.

I did a 2 week train and board for my 2 dogs. A++++++ I cannot praise Howliday Inn Pet Resort enough! A++++++ Brandon, Rick and staff are awesome and really know their stuff. Brandon took time out to work with me and resolve any issues I had with my pups. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I could not even take one dog for a walk on a leash without being pulled and yanked, now I can take BOTH dogs at the same time for an enjoyable, calm walk and I owe it all to them!! My dog’s overall behavior has improved and THEY NOW LISTEN to me!!! If you want well trained dogs that are treated exceptionally well go to Howliday Inn Pet Resort!!! Again HIGHLY recommended. Brandon and Rick do amazing work. Our pup rocket had lots of reactivity issues so we scheduled a two week board and train. The difference is astounding; Rocket is so much better with his behavior. Rick gave lots of updates throughout the process and was great to work with so we could learn how we can continue to work with Rocket at home afterwards.

Such a blessingToday at my follow-up cardiologist appointment I was waiting at the check-in window with her at my feet. The front door opened, she got up and moved to my left rear about a foot off me. Perfectly placed in a perfect attentive sit between myself and the people who just entered and close enough to warn me if they continued to approach.Several people commented on her excellent behavior. When I explained what she was doing, even more so. People there asked where she was trained and I happily and earnestly told them "Standing Obeytion" in Rogersville, Mo. And about their mission. There is little of anything I recommend higher.And here she sits at another Drs office, attentive to surroundings and movement, watching and waiting for need to do what she does. Protecting me from others inattention.People are constantly amazed.As am IA gift I can never reciprocate or replace

I was going on a trip for a few days so set up a Board & Train session for Tucker through Brandon. Rick was Tucker's trainer that reviewed his progress with me at the end of the week. I was amazed at all Tucker was picking up on & he has been a different dog since he's been home. The staff there is fantastic with all the dogs that I observed & so very professional. I am completely satisfied with everything so far & Tucker seemed to have a great time too!! Oh yes...he was clean, smelled wonderful, & really happy to see his "Mama" too!! I highly recommend The Howliday Inn & the Standing Obeytion staff for training, boarding, day care, grooming, etc., of your fur babies. Plus they have a wide range of plans/packages & will work with you to suit whatever your babies need. Kudos to the team!! Thanks Rick, Brandon & staff!!

Brandon is an excellent trainer! We have boarded at Howliday Inn Pet Resort for many years. It makes me happy to drive up to the front door and my dogs be excited to be there. In addition to an excellent boarding facility, we have had an great experience training. Our fur babies can be somewhat of a handful and Brandon helped us get them under control, mannerful, and excellent leash skills. Whether you are looking for training and/or boarding, I highly recommend Brandon and his team at Howliday Inn Pet Resort.

Wow! I cannot say enough about the training provided by Brandon and team at Howliday Inn. Our dog spent 3 weeks with him for a board and train. They did an outstanding job of working with our 4-year-old rescue. Brandon is a top-notch trainer and person. Honest, hard-working, communicative, and dedicated are a few words that come to mind. Our rescue had a handful of specific issues we wanted addressed. They worked on these issues daily. Not only that, at the end of our dog's time with him, Brandon sat us down and talked through the training he did and the training we would need to continue at home. Then we went outside and practiced some of the things our dog learned. We saw how much our dog had improved immediately. We were dumbfounded to see our dog doing so well. Brandon also equipped us (the humans) in how to handle, correct, and improve our dog. We no longer feel helpless and can know enforce the training that Howliday bestowed. Brandon will be making an in-home visit in a few weeks to see how things are going. These people care. They care about your dog, you, and seeing you both succeed. I cannot recommend them enough! So thankful we made the decision to send our dog to Howliday. I wish we could have done this sooner. Thank you, Brandon and team! And thanks to the rest of the staff at Howliday for taking such amazing care of our dog.

Brandon train my dog today and did excellent he made sure to get to know the dog beforehand and made sure to give us the proper training on a leash that way we know exactly what to do that way our dog does not run off on the kids anymore would highly recommend them if I could give more stars I would wouldn't take my dog to another place big thank you to all the staff and everyone that works out there I know it's not an easy job we appreciate everything you guys do

I am so happy with Rick and the Howliday Inn. My puppy, Leo went for a week for training and she learned so much and had a great time. Rick did amazing with her and took the time to show me the training afterwards. Rick seems like such a great guy and I could tell her cared for Leo.

Our dogs go here every week for doggy daycare as well as boarding while we are out of town. We have 2 pitbulls and a chocolate lab. We recently purchased a new home and our neighbor has an aggressive dog that he doesn't seem to have much control over. My female pit (5 yr old) has been lunging at the fence and darting out the door past us to attack the neighbor dog through the fence. Mind you this is the same dog that plays in the pack weekly at Howliday so I just couldn't figure out what was going on with her and why I had no control over her in this situation. Brandon suggested E collar training. Brandon and Summer came to our home and taught us all the do's and don't of the collar and when to say the words followed with the slight tap of the button (correction) to get her attention. It took less than 3 times of correction and I cannot believe the difference in her. After the backyard/fence was under control we brought our girl out front WITH NO LEASH, I was hesitant but Brandon said, just trust him so we did. He told me which tone of voice to use with her. Summer walked her dog past the front of the house where my dog stood beside me with no leash or fence between us and I used the firm voice he showed me and my dog didn't even try to go out after the dog Summer was walking. I didn't have to even correct her, I just used the firm tone. Summer walked the dog all the way up into our personal space on the porch. My dog didn't react- I finally have control over my pitbull which means so much to us. Brandon loaned us the collar and gave us the option to purchase should we need to use it for our lab ( he has some bad habits also). I am just so amazed and happy that I can trust my dog again. I can’t thank Brandon and his team enough. My foster dog was out of control. She was not good on a leash, reacting negatively to other dogs growling and barking, not listening to commands basically she was in control of the house. Since she’s been through their training program she is an entire dog, she’s well mannered and listens. She does well on a leash and is starting to become more social. I have cried tears of joy since getting her back and seeing all the progress she’s made!Before she couldn’t be in a room with other dogs and now she’s running and interacting with them! She is getting closer to getting ready to be adopted! I am so grateful!

Great place to visit... We walked in to ask questions and the place smells great considering that there is 50 gogs in the building.We explained to the owner that we had a facility in Edmonton Canada that provided the same service and he was very friendly and accommodating to answer our questions. Brandon does a fantastic job training my Australian Shepherd “Whiskey”. When I got him back he was so calm. I live over a hour away and he came to my farm to follow up with me on my training he answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to more training in the future.

We have a golden doodle (Teddy) that is almost 2. I called Brandon regarding his behavior and he suggested a board and train. When company came over we were having to lock the dog up because he would just jump on them or run after the kids. We also have a lab that lives next door that every time the dog comes out and Teddy is out he runs the fence and barks non stop.Teddy did board and train with Brandon and his team. When I picked up Teddy after being away from him for a week he didn’t run jump pull on the leash to get to me. I was in shock. Brandon then spent time training me. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush the time at all. I came home and rushed to invite someone over to see how he did. He did great. I didn’t have him on a leash or anything when the company came over and he laid in his bed. I only corrected him a couple times and he went right back to laying down. I am surprised how amazing he did. I took him out and he did so well with the dog next door he was laying in the grass not barking just watching the neighbor dog run and play. I wouldn’t really ever take him for walks as he wasn’t good on a leash and he did more pulling me. He walks on a leash like a champ.I also now have the knowledge to continue working with him. Brandon is now going to be come to our house to help with any additional issues we have had since we picked him up. This is something I’m excited about as he is coming after we have had him home a week. This came with the package and we didn’t have to pay extra for that. 😀

When we dropped our girls off, we weren't allowed to say good bye. When we picked them up, their brand new dog beds were FILTHY, and stunk so bad, we had to put them in garbage bags for our 12 hr drive home. They shouldn't have been in such bad shape after 4 days that we had to throw them away!!!KNOWING my 8 yr old dog is dog reactive, they IMMEDIATELY took her in to "meet the pack"! Why the hell would you do that to a dog you know is on anxiety meds and is reactive?!?!?! That's why we paid for a SUITE.... so she and her bonded sibling would feel safe, not terrified!The ONLY reason for a 1 star instead of zero is they DID get their baths before we picked them up.The building reeked of piss worse than when we dropped them off.$85/night for a suite, and it was a bare room, with a window.I don't believe for a minute they were in the room we paid for. They wouldn't have peed on the beds., with that much space. I honestly believe that room is for show, only, and my dogs were put in kennels.The photos of the "suites are NOT what we saw! The "suite" they told us our dogs would be in wasn't carpeted, like the picture shows, plain brick walls, tile floors, no furniture. It wasn't ANYTHING like what they depict!This place is a SCAM, and I implore you NOT to take your dogs here!When we picked our girls up, my older dog didn't even acknowledge me! She ran straight for the door, scratching to get out, she was so frantic!!NEVER AGAIN, will we bring our dogs here!!

I wasn't allowed to see where my dog would be playing or spending his time during the day for the trial run and boarding the next day. My dog did not want to stay when i brought him back the next day for boarding.. he was at the door trying to leave before i was. The instructions on the bag of food I left weren't followed, it was all just dumped out at the same time according to staff. I was told a picture or 2 would be sent to me of my dog while he was boarding. When I arrived, the staff told me they were too busy to get a pic of him. He smelled terrible, of urine. He also started a new coughing thing yesterday with runny nose that I've never seen him have. I'm really disappointed because everything I've read about this place seemed so positive and I was planning to have dog training here too. It just wasn't a good experience for us at all.

Brandon is absolutely the best trainer you can find in the Ozark area. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Brandon has had great communication throughout the training process and looks out for our dogs best interests. His quick tips and tricks provided for homework completely changed the game for our pups on evening walks. From pulling and unruly, to walking by my side with a loose leash and calm demeanor, I can tell that we will be utilizing him, as well as the great staff at Howliday Inn, for years to come.

Howliday Inn came highly recommended when we needed to board our puppy over vacation. She was well cared for and played hard with the daycare crew. I love that they offer grooming before pickup, so she came home smelling fresh and clean. Plus, she was beat! We're currently taking the puppy class and are already seeing great progress after the first session, which was a simple Q and A.

Good morning, Brandon:At the end of April 2023’ we left our Silver Lab with you for two weeks while we were on vacation. We were very anxious to see Shadow and hoped for the best knowing that he is difficult and three other trainers failed to help us.Shadow is really changing for the positive. Mary took him for a nice long walk this morning and commented on the improvement since yesterday! Now he sleeps all night long, what a game changer that allows us to sleep all night as well. He no longer jumps on us while we are sitting on the couch, it makes life more peaceful.Mary is gone right now, and a few minutes ago a friend of mine came over and Shadow charged the door. I backed him up with my legs like you showed us yesterday, and then I told him to stay. It took three stay commands before he obeyed…but he did obey. My friend knows Shadow and said he was very impressed. He has two Golden Doodles that he wants trained, and I highly recommended you and your team.Thanks again for your skills in training Shadow, it has made a huge difference in our home, and has changed Shadow into the obedient and loving dog we hoped for.Best Regards,Mike

The crew here is amazing! My dog loves it so much she forgets about me the minute we walk in. She’s ready to play and be taken to her happy place. I’ve left her for daycare, overnight/weekend stays, and they even offer to bathe her before they send her home. Great service and attitudes. Fair prices. I just picked up my French Bulldog, Frankie, after a month long board & train.Before I dropped Frankie off, the phone call with Brandon helped me feel at ease. He listened to what I needed, and was completely on-point with how to handle the issues of Frankie's aggressive behaviors. Frankie was running my house. I couldn't have other dogs around Frankie and the kicker was when Frankie started attacking my elderly Chihuahua at dinner time. The resource guarding had everyone in the house on edge. It was either correct the behavior or re-home him. I certainly didn't want to lose my little fluff nugget!During training, I received videos of Frankie running, playing and eating with SO MANY DOGS! I was amazed that was really my dog. It made my heart smile to know that I made the right choice for Frankie.When I picked Frankie up, Brandon thoroughly explained the why's behind Frankie's behavior and the changes that I needed to make at home. Plenty of time for questions and concerns. I wasn't rushed at all, and felt very comfortable bringing Frankie back to my house and my elderly Chihuahua. We already have a home visit scheduled to help Frankie (and me) become the best we can be for a peaceful and loving existence with each other as well as other people and dogs.I have zero hesitations when it comes to recommending Brandon and his team. He knows his stuff!

We recently left our German Shepherd, Charlie, with Brandon at Howliday Inn Pet Resort in Rogersville for a 10 day stay and train session. Absolutely satisfied with the work Brandon did. Charlie was a different mannered dog when we picked him up. Very good on the leash, calmed down around other pets, and calmed down around visitors at the house. We will definitely be back for another session with Brandon.

We have a one in a half yr old Golden Retriever, Gracie. Her behavior was out of control, she was controlling us. Our veterinarian recommended Brandon at Howliday Inn Pet resort. We took her to meet Brandon, he recommended we leave her with him for a month. I had my doubts that he could correct her behavior, barking all the time, growling, jumping, aggressiveness and several other behavioral issues. We had to put out her outside or in her kennel whenever anyone came into the house. She was exhausting. We decided to leave her with Brandon for the month. My husband picked her up the 10th of Feb. Brandon is amazing!! She is a totally different dog. Her behavior is beyond our expectations. It was well worth the money. Brandon will also, continue to help us with training in our home. There are not enough words to Thank him for what he has done for Gracie and us. We highly recommend Brandon and his staff.
