The manager Ben is a great guy. Very helpful. I've known Ben for several years and he one that would do anything for you. Everyone should stop in, they have a lot to to choose from for all of your animal and pet needs.

Great locally-owned farm and pet supply store. Well stocked and easy to get in and out of the parking lot and store. The staff are very kind and helpful. If you're just looking to put up your first chicken coop or need replacement heaters in the middle of winter, they are reliable.

This is a great down home store I came in one day for dog food had my one year old in my arms and went to pay and then realized that I had for got to get money out of the bank the guy at the counter said to me it's ok just come back and see us. You really just dont get that kind of service at places anymore and I completely respect his hospitality. And yes I came back to see them ;) well the wife did lol and we still continue to buy all our dog food here and they have great prices to go along with their amazing customer service! Thank you guys!!!!!

So we had the store in Rogersville, MO order a big dog feeder for us. They had our number to call and let us know when it was in. We never got a call. Went in today to get feed and found out that it had been in and that we had till Sat last week to pick it up and since we hadn't they sold it. They never called to tell us it was in! We told them we will never spend another penny in their store and the manager was just like ok. Very unacceptable! We wont be back and we will make sure to tell all friends and family not to as well.
