I stopped in to do some grocery shopping. Apple Market is the only food market off of highway 69 between Springfield and Norwood, Missouri.The store was clean. Besides the cleanliness, I was able to find everythirespectful. The produce was fresh. The cashier was friendly and respectful.

I ordered online from Apple Market on March 15th, they charged my credit card and then canceled my order the next day saying my card was declined but it wasn't, they charged me for it and 8 days later the money is still being held as a pending transaction because they have not released it and my bank said it could be another 3 days. This is so crazy that they can charge it, not deliver the order and then prevent me from using the money for 11 days ??? I can't be the only one that uses my last 100 to feed my kids, so waiting 11 days to get it back for their mistake is not right! tried to contact them but no one replied. Ofcourse. And I don't have a car to go pick them up but I'll find away to get anywhere but here in the future!!

They don't take down their sale signs. I thought I was paying $5.49 for a 12 pack of dr pepper. Got home and wasgoing thru receipts, and they charged me $8.49. Called, was told sale ended yesterday. But if I could get there right then, they would refund the difference. But if I couldn't come tonight, nothing they could do. It was already 6:30, snowing and cold and I had great grandbabies visiting. Its also a 25 minute drive one way. I would never knowingly pay that much for sodas.

The fried chicken here is really good. The cashiers at the main registers are about as friendly as disturbed fire ants, but the products have decent quality and you can find a good deal occasionally.

Their prices are a bit on the high side, but that is to be expected from anyone who's not a "big box store" like Wal-Mart. (You CAN find some good bargains if you shop the sales and reduced price items.) Their customer service is exceptional, and usually they have everything in stock. My only complaint is the parking lot. People drive WAY too fast, and they don't pay attention, so you have to watch out. (This is most likely not the fault of the business, but I do wish they could find a way to make parking safer.)

Great meat and produce. Local store. I love it. Good buys on meat before closing. I believe the butcher comes out and slaps on a mark down sticker before he leaves. Never disappointed,always better quality for miles

Love this store however, this particular time the cashier was not very friendly. Specially if you spent over $200, you would think they would at least smile and talk a little nicer to you.

Everything is overpriced, produce is always in poor conditions. It's the only super market in Rogersville. Customer service on the other hand is exactly what I expect from a small town, pretty friendly.

Good meats - if you go at the right time they are marked down and still great quality. It's convenient if you live nearby. However, a little on the expensive side for everyday shopping - I'll drive to Springfield for that.

Its the only grocery store close by, decent selection, prices are a bit high, but your paying for convenience! The staff is always super great and friendly!! The deli has a really good selection of hot foods, and there is always someone there to answer questions. They open early, and that's always extremely helpful. Small town personality along with small town courtesies offered.

So it’s 7-19-2023 I just returned from rogersville apple market for the second week in a row just to open my steaks for the grill to find out they are rancid and that it seems as if someone had placed the bad side down purposely … now these are just eye of chuck tender or del Monicos so not a real high end steak so not worth poisoning a customer for sure …… this needs to be fixed

Apple Market used to be a place where you could get all of your groceries and it be awesome, now it's better used to grab one quick item instead of going to springfield. Could use some price lowering but not the worst place in the world.

April that works there wont restock the shelves,hired a 17 year old kid as a cashier who cant sell you liquor or tobacco products and now I heard a lot of the staff is quitting. Will never go back there again. Place will go downhill fast.

This is a great little store. They have the hands down best homemade bread! Reminds me of the bread my Grammy used to make. They have good specials and sales as well. Staff is always friendly.

Awesome grocery store. Has products that cant be found anywhere else, and at good prices too. I drive an hour to shop here. Was going to Springfield, Lebanon and Rolla but this store seems to have more than I can find in those places all in one store.

It's great that we have our own grocery store, but I really wish there were self checkouts there. There are days I just want to get in and out. The staff are friendly, but ones I don't know, tell their life stories. I'm just here to grocery shop.

On July 2nd, me and my mom went into this store to pick up a few things for our 4th of July celebration. While checking out, a woman employee came up to inform me that dogs were not allowed in the store. I told her my dog was a service dog. She looked at me and my dog and said word for word “that dog is not a service dog.” I know there are legally 2 questions someone is allowed to ask me in reference to my service dog, and it is most definitely not this women’s place to discriminate and choose whether or not my dog fits her criteria. Please educate your employees on service animals. She never once asked me one of the two questions and she obviously is misinformed on the subject. As a resident of the Rogersville community, we really enjoy being able to shop and help small businesses. However, if this continues we will drive and shop elsewhere.

They have great buys & the meat department can't be beat. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star visit for me was no mask being worn in the deli department while they were slicing sandwich meat. Kinda scary for our family since my wife has a few health issues that threatening for her. So I will have to pass going there in the future untill a solution is made.
