Love this place. Dog friendly. Huge dock and dock hands are terrific! Wonderful, friendly service. Great with large parties. Feed the fish when you walk in. Awesome drinks - try the hard Bob! Great bloody mary bar. Open air restaurant with a great view of the lake. Lots of fans so very comfortable, even on hot days. Raw oysters were awesome. I don't eat bread, but they made a fantastic BLT on a wrap for me. Fries are perfect. Fish tacos were a hit too.

We did the pirate adventure on the big ship. The cast and crew was great. Kids had a lot of fun. Essentially, there is a prep meeting, a bad pirate gets thrown in the water, the ship cruises 15min to a cove where there is a treasure hunt/skit run the the crew - the group walks along and answers riddles. Then you head back. I think the whole things took a couple hours.Aside from the tour, there was limited dock space for the size of the restaurant - we had to wait 20 minutes for a spot. Dock spacing was about a foot too small and completely exposed to the west wind. Dock crew was helpful though.

The pirate cruise was the best. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. Our grandkids had a blast. Food at Jolly Roger is also awesome. Thank you to the top notch staff of the Calypso for offering such a fun experience!!! A hidden TREASURE in Mid Missouri.

Great place. My son, girlfriend and I purchased a trip on the pirate ship excursion. We arrived a little behind schedule because I read the address wrong. we tried getting seated for food but unfortunately they where extremely busy (FOURTH OF JULY) the girl told us if we go to the bar we can just order from the bar. We wondered around the bar but it was full. The manager came up probably noticing we looked lost and in a panic asking if he could help with anything we told him that we are behind and needed food before we left for the cruise he told us no problem give him a minute. He found a table right away got it cleared everything went smooth. The food is a little expensive but it was great.Highly recommended one of the excursions it was two and a half hours on the water and you can byob.

Great restaurant for people who want to boat up and grab a bite. There is a playground for kids as well as a vending machine to feed ducks and fish. Great to keep the kids occupied while waiting for food.The wait staff is very nice and the food and drinks are great. Awesome restaurant if you are on the lake.

Great staff, food, and drinks! There is a playground on site for the kids to enjoy! We also did the pirate ship ride and treasure hunt! The crew was absolutely wonderful with the kids and made it so fun! Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, all very friendly and helpful. If going for the weekend brunch I suggest getting there before 10am. We had a bit of a wait, 20-25 minutes, and we got there at 10:30. The brunch buffet was very good, lots of choices. The nachos and burgers and tacos that were coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. Our next visit will be to order off the menu.

Great atmosphere, good food and good service. A bit pricey but hey your on the water with great views. The tomato board is incredible and so are the Bon Secor oysters. Better than average wine selection and tons of beer on tap.

This is our favorite place to go when we are at the lake. We usually stay near Climax Springs and still drive around to get the tenderloin lol. And the chips are good too, my husband always gets an extra side of them to go.

My group of 9 did the pirate adventure which was a blast, afterwards we had lunch with a table waiting for us when we got back from the pirate adventure. Everyone was pleased with their meal (even the picky eaters), the drinks were good with some of the best cocktails at the lake. The service from every employee was excellent and everyone we interacted with were friendly and kind. Bottom line good fun, good food, good drinks and good service. I would highly recommend this place!

Great food, good service, fun environment. I suggest you get three in the morning before the "heavy drinkers" get there if you are looking for family fun. The Pirate's ship boat ride and treasure hunt was fun.

Cool place , but not at all biker freindly, the1 mile from backtop road down was pure hell. The staff made the breakfast worth while they were great !I edited list post.. after hearing of our displeasure with the road ( a county rd. Not theirs to repair ) they went out of their way to have this shirt made for me and sent to my home. It seams to me to be personalized.. 😆Thank you management , if we ever get back to your area we will stop in.. by truck though.Parking: Parking was weird as you come down the hill it was like a free for all,, parking here and there and signage was confusing . Getting here by boat seems to be the prefered method.

"The Bob" is a tasty rum libation. Onion ring appetizers were a little over cooked, but the sandwiches were all great so I gave them 5 stars! Black bean 'burger' with pico de gallo, salmon BLT, mac and cheese bite angus burger and angus burger with caramelized onions. Sides of homemade chips or fries were also tasty. Very nice server. Not too crowded on a Tuesday afternoon.

This was a cute, yet delicious restaurant. We arrived by boat and were met by a pirate ship on the water. Our kids stopped on the way to feed the fish, then we headed up to eat. After ordering, the kids took off for the playground and arcade, while the adults sipped a drink and relaxed. The food was very good. Items that were labeled as spicy were the perfect amount of spice. Service was good, fast and friendly.

Aaarrghh, shiver me timbers! Fun place to visit fer sure, mateys. A little pricey than you might expect, especially if traveling by land.... but the huge buffet with more grub than you can imagine is fit for any pirate or mermaid. I saw kids ride with Johnny Depp on the Calypso! He sure looked like him. Next time, we'll come by boat. Loved. Great staff! Anthony, our server was perfect!!!
