most clean and enjoyable dollar general I've ever been to, employees are usually always nice,had an older employee laugh at me for looking for a good deal and talk down to me last I was there though.

Honestly, this Dollar General is one of the cleanest ones I have ever been too. They have good prices, deals, and a great variety of products! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcomed!

The employees at the Dollar General in Rocky Mount that smoke need to do it some place besides right in front of the door. I was there about 6pm and walked up to the door and was stopped by the smoke . It was so thick that I had to leave and didn't go in to get what I needed.

Newer store that carries various items that you may need. Conveniently located off of Osage Beach parkway. They also carry various types of food, like chips , cookies, bread, chocolates, pickles to name just a few. Lots of different detergents & soaps plus bleach. Paper goods like toilet paper paper towels, wrapping paper, and cards. They have sheets and towels too if your in a pinch & need something quick and can't get anywhere else. They have hygiene products too.

I am changing my review, as my opinion of this store has changed. My husband and I were just at this store, it being our local store, and I asked the single employee there if they no longer carry shoes, and I was informed that Dollar General is not a clothing store. When I said that they used to have shoes, she replied hatefully they did before the store was remodeled. A YEAR AGO. It was needlessly rude, I was just asking a question. She is never nice and I won't go back there because I just don't want to encounter her again.Rocky Mount DG is the best! Like the staff, but they are always short-handed, so if you need a job, apply there!😊

I love our Dollar store-our people are the nicest, our store is the cleanest of any I've been in. I will drive by 10 stores so I can shop there. The ONLY problem I have, (and every other local, or full-time resident) is during vacation season, holidays, etc, tourists come in and strip the store bare.

This is a great place to get what you need. It is organized pretty well even after the layout was rearranged several months ago.

Love how they get a truck order every week great staff but sometimes you have to wait for someone to come to the front to check you out. Or if someone else is getting checked out you have to wait a period of time just to get checked out even if they have more then one employees working another employee doesn't even come to help so it gets backed up almost every day

Although, Dollar General is a convenient at times. The staff tends to be minimal which many times you have to wait to checkout. This is due to the staff being away from the register filling shelves or helping other customers.

Dollar General is Dollar General it's a good place to get in and get out of quickly. They also sell food. They have good parking. You may pay a little more sometimes it's worth it

The sales associates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized but be prepared for a bit of a wait at the checkout as it can be quite busy.

A grate location with grate prices. You can find just about anything here. From food to clothes, cleaning supplies, beauty, bbq/grill, yard tools, ice, propane tanks...etc. The place to go for, "I need it now!".

As a frequent to Dollar General, but not to this specific location... my experience was quite nice the times I visited. It was what I expected from this chain. Staff was helpful and nice. Plenty of inventory

It's in the middle of nowhere which is great when visiting lake of the Ozarks. The only store within 8 miles of home. Great prices nice folks.

Located at the junction of Y and W, this place has the stuff you need when you are at the lake and don't have time to get to a city. All at very reasonable prices.

More or less the same merchandise as any other Dollar General. Staff is very nice; helpful.
