Can't possibly take a week to remodel a store while the one I Springfield by the airport stayed OPEN and it was being remodeled..... Took only 3 days. Company works their employees to death but it's ok to have an entire store closed for a week.

After they fired that manager, the store went straight back to being a complete mess! Very disappointed in this dollar general! It was the only decent one around and it has gone down hill in less than a week!

Rocky Comfort Dollar General store number 15781 on February 22 2020 at 5:58 pm the cashier acted like she was on some kind of drug, the key holder would not help her check people out and there was a line with about 15 people. I’m very disappointed in this store. No one greeted me when I went in and it was trashed. I understand it’s a small town but still if you want a business to succeed you need to have friendly employees that care about the store’s appearance and there own. For the key holder I don’t know if he had a medical reason for wearing sunglasses in the store but if not that was disrespectful and not helping about lost the store money

I love DG. I'm like 20 miles from any sort of town and there just so happens to be a Dollar General closer than anything else out here in Amish country. Best selection of sweets and snack cakes I've seen in such a small store, plus they have just about anything else you need.

Not orderly or clean. Employees are ok but they tend to lose or get rid of all the really good ones. Watch the coupons closely and the prices...sometimes the prices are cheaper at Wal-Mart! Good store if in a pinch.

It has everything you'd expect from Dollar General. Pre-2020, I wouldn't have had a single problem. Things are different now though. Walking into the store, you're greeted with a big sign that lets you know that wearing a mask is required. There's also another sign taped to the big plastic sneeze guard at the register letting you know the same thing. The cashier though, and other employees are not wearing masks. When asked about it, cashier claims that masks are optional. Why post the signs and the sneeze guard if it's optional? It's not like we're in the middle of a pandemic or anything. What's the point of having rules that are not enforced?

This Dollar General sucks. No room to walk in the aisles. The woman general manager is rude. The employees aren't helpful. The price is marked for $4.99 but you will get charged for $5.49. Check your receipts

Greedy Dollar General. Manager claims that if you go get empty cardboxes from here. Dollar General is loosing money. Manager made a big deal about getting cardboard boxes like they lost lots of money. Unfriendly staff as well. Shop at your own risk

A variety of goods at great prices. They have food and candy. They have cleaning supplies, make up. Books and movies. Even clothing. A great place to shop at the best prices!

As I said in a previous review. McDonalds has slid downhill since the pandemic. Their normal training has worked well for indoor and outdoor (drive thru) service. However, now that they are burdened with providing drive thru only their staff seems to have changed. Their wait times are longer, orders are way more often incorrect and their window workers seem so much more indifferent to the customers now. Breakfast is now at the discression of the person at the window, and some stores have even cut off the sale of iced coffees at times. This is not a storewide issue. It appears to be company wide. At least along the I-44 corridor in Missouri. More training is in order.

This store was disgusting the isles were all cluttered their shelves were all cluttered and things all over the floor it was extremely hard to get my cart to push through there not to mention they don't even have pajamas for babies or any shoes like they normally do. This place really needs to be cleaned up!

Cheap prices, wide selection. I love the fact they have cold foods now. Only down side is the long lines due to never having more than 1 cashier at a time.

I absolutely love dollar general. It is the perfect place for a spur of the moment shopping and it has a little bit of everything. I think it is a perfect place for people of all ages. 10/10

You can't ask for a better location for this DG... there's not a lot of options around here locally to shop. I can usually find what I'm looking for here & always hit up the clearance aisle before I leave.

This store had only 3 people working at a time, and took 20 minutes to checkout. Employees were hateful, shelves not stocked,,, all in all not good
