Nice place if you're in a Volvo. Don't bother to stop for quick accessories purchases this place doesn't keep anything in stock, but they can order anything you need.

Don’t try to and make vehicle inspections here. They don’t do them anymore and will lie and make you an appointment anyways. Took a day off to get my vehicle inspection, now I am out a whole day of pay and still trying to find a new place. This place should never have made me an appointment if they know they would stop doing them.

Decent selection of parts for most makes/models. I didn't see a large variety of premium products, although there were a few speckled throughout the store. Huge selection of General lights and harnesses.

Excellent people to deal with. I had an unfortunate incident take place at the truckstop across the road. They were able to get me in and get my bumper replaced on my 98 W900. And their prices are way better than the chrome shop down in Oklahoma or Walcott in my opinion 👍👍👍👍👍

Got my blown out tire fixed way faster than a typical truckstop, they got all kinds of cool truck accessories and some badass tshirts. I always look for pneumatic tank stuff because that's what I pull and this is the first place I've found with shirts and hats.

We blew a trailer tire right outside of Rockport after business hours. Got in right away in the morning, got the tire replaced and was back on the road. Best experience we've had when a tire has needed to be replaced, and would recommend Graybill Chrome. Very reasonable prices!

These men get you repaired quick at a good price. Had a major air leak on my secondary tank and the tech had it fixed in half an hour for $80 out the door. Highly recommended.

Best chrome shop around! If you call with questions they will happily help and go above and beyond any place I have personally ever dealt with to get you the pet you need. 9 times out of ten they have it so just makes life simple for a trucker when your on a time crunch l!! 5 stars all day long.

Bought a bunch of 3/4" lights from them at the Louisville show. Probably the busiest booth there, they were tired and getting their butts kicked but they kept it professional and worked as hard as they could to get us all taken care of. Thank you again! Only reason I give three stars is the shop actually took care of me in a timely manner. Inside the chrome shop. Different story. First it took me thirty minutes to pay the shop bill because three employees helping one customer and another with a customer just wanting to talk about whatever. Then I decided to buy some custom LEDs. For $200+. Got out to the truck and tested them before I left. Good thing because they didn't work properly. So when I went back inside, I was talked to like I was trying to steal or beat them out of something. They didn't have a replacement to swap and tried to refuse a refund. Kept telling me they didn't know why they would do what they were doing. Well surprise hon. I don't either. But I'm not paying $200+ for lights that don't work. It took thirty minutes to get a refund. And according to them it's going to take 7-10 business days to get back on my card. There are certainly better ways to treat customers. Especially when you sold them broken equipment. Won't happen again

Very fair and honest. Had my daughter get her car inspected and it failed unfortunately, but they were very reasonable on the welding cost and time. Definitely would keep there guys in mind if your in the area and need work done.👍🏼👍🏼

I went to this place looking for a Chrome Bumper for my KW T680, they didn't have the part but Jeremy answered all my questions, he has that outstanding customer service, he is a very nice person there was two other employees who I don't know their names but they were very nice too. I've been to several Chrome shops but this one has the best prices and tons a different LED lights I have only seen here.

Driving down to KC and we spun off the road into a ditch. Luckily we had only popped a tire. We got dropped off here at graybill and they filled all the tires, fixed the flat one, and topped off our gas for only $25. They were so great despite being busy and this being short notice. They are literally a blessing

I brought a bunch of stuff in here one time from Jeremy he stayed often hours getting it all done. I saved more than a couple hundred dallors on my stacks than what I got quoted from 4 states. If your gonna buy all new clearance lights or headlights Jeremy will light them up so you know what your getting. If you buy something that malfunctions and should be warrantied it will be warrantied in the old school way. So think about that the next time you wanna save two bucks wait two weeks on it then waiting some more while getting them too honor it if it’s broke. Support our local chrome shop there worth it in my opinion

They are good on emergancy repairs and service,Parts are fairly priced.However when it comes to fuel treatments they will sale a 22.00 retail bottle of 16oz biocide for 46.00.Only reason is people are vulnerable to the prices since not all places carry these for us.A 10-15 dollar a bottle wholesale price to the vendor will cost you 300% markup.For 40.00 you can buy 54 oz of it from a competitor.Think before you buy.Way overpriced.
