Visited the store this morning and while waiting to checkout the store associate(slender older lady) while putting away inventory that just arrived. Yelled at the line of customers that patience is a virtue. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Staffing shortages are not a customer issue and we should not be harassed/penalized for it. This associate needs some customer service training at the very least. Conversely, there is a young man with a few tattoos that works there that is always extremely courteous, helpful, friendly and is a great brand ambassador for DG. As a whole the store is great minus the aforementioned associate.

I would just like to say that we have been customers of the Roby DG for many years and Sue is amazing at customer service!!!!! Always has a smile on her face!!!! Will help you if you ask even if she is busy doing something else!! She should be promoted!!!

The new manager has really done the store some good. You can tell by instock and cleanliness. She is also very nice to all customers.

The store is a pretty average dollar general. The staff were doing their job, and the building was clean. However I would like to see a better selection of products in the future. Also the bathroom is kinda gross.

No matter who or when we call or go to the DG all employees assist & go above & beyond to ensure our needs are met. Personally, we were against big business moving into this wonderful town. Now? We are so very glad they did. The quality, quantity, & availability of product has been a blessing. The staff are just the icing on the cake. Always willing & able to help. A huge thank you.

Nice store, friendly service. My only complaint would be how long you have to wait at the register for an associate to wait on you. In their defense, they're always stocking or working somewhere on the store, but when you're in a hurry, it can be an inconvenience having to wait & look for someone to check you out.

The Roby Dollar General store is awesome. The staff is very friendly and polite to customers. They have a wide selection of goods that save many of us a long drive to 'town'.

I was just accused of stealing $5 worth of Tupperware less than 2 minutes after purchasing it. The employee should have asked his fellow employee that was working the counter if there was something amiss. Not follow me the the parking lot and ask if I paid for the Tupperware. I would like to talk to his supervisor, but no one will answer the phone.

Not really a fan of being told “Shut the F up” by an employee and then not being taken seriously when I tell a manager about it because I’m “A liar”. Good luck with a crappy employee who treats customers like trash. Nice job on that one.

Usually find everything I'm looking for. Great for kid crafts and snacks. Happy it's out here in the boondocks when I don't want to drive 40 mins to a Wal-mart.

Terrible place to work .. bosses favorite who they want no matter how much work you do .. I seen one staff hide behind the books and text .no one carries there own .. also don't pay what's promised been beating me out of 50 cents for the past 3weeks ...looking for a new job now
