Everyone at Eagle Animal hospital in Riverside is always friendly and helpful. We have been bringing our dogs to them for the last 5 years. They always make us feel good and help us make sure all 7 of our pups are healthy. All of the staff from the front office, vet techs, kennel staff and all of the vets are phenomenal. We had to put our pup Gunner down on TUES after 14 years and 4 months, and I just wanted to give a special thanks to Dr. Ray and all of the vets and nurses who have helped care for our dog, especially the last few months of his life.Eagle Vet in Riverside is "second to none" and does an exceptional job when caring for their clients and their owners. Eagle Vet truly cares about their mission and when I own dogs again, I will have them cared for here!

I've never encountered a vet clinic as exceptional as Eagle Animal Hospital. Whenever I bring my cats there, I'm consistently impressed by their promptness, attentiveness, and genuine care for my fur babies. Dr. Mara Reynolds has been our primary veterinarian, and her dedication shines through every visit. Even on occasions when we've seen other vets, like Dr. Nichols, the level of care remains exceptional.They take the time to address all my questions and concerns, providing top-notch service without ever making me feel like a burden. Their compassion and expertise make me feel confident in entrusting my pets' health to them. I'm so grateful for their unwavering commitment that I'd willingly travel over four hours if necessary just to receive their care.

From the beginning Dr White has cared for my dog Rieger. He went blind due to SARDS. She’s been fantastic to work with. She genuinely cares for the animals she sees. I’m very pleased with this office. Everyone is so great.

We are patients of another practice who could not see our pup in crisis and referred us to Eagle. They offered a walk in service and were able to see us in a moments notice. When we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly support staff and reassured, what we thought was a life and death situation with our fur kid, was actually quite common and not critical. We were SO RELIEVED!!! The staff was wonderful! Monkey was given the best treatment we could ask for and we were able to bring her home with us, which we were terrified would not be the outcome. She is on meds and doing great! We highly recommend Eagle and will continue with them as our back up vet for the future. THANK YOU ALL for the emotional support for us, thorough explanation of Monkeys care and future and your quick work having her seen as well as exceptional care during the process.

I have had eight cats treated at this facility over the past 8 or 10 years. They have always treated me with respect and my pets with skill and kindness. It has been my unhappy errand to have four of my babies helped to cross the rainbow bridge at Eagle. Without exception these sad passings were handled with sensitivity and competence by veterinarians and other staff.It has been a great comfort to me that my pets were handled by people who so obviously care about their patients. Debated leaving this review as we love the vet care our corgi receives, however my husband and I were less than pleased and left slightly traumatized after boarding him there for a few days late last month while I was in labor. We were under the impression that our dog would receive ample exercise time, interaction with other dogs or at least the employees and instead, we essentially watched him sit in a cold, cell like room for 3 days alone (via camera). On the first full day after noticing that he hadn’t been out yet and it was well after lunchtime, my husband called to check in on how things we were going. We were “assured” that our dog receives 3 separate ten minute intervals of outside time/interaction. Seriously??? And then we were informed that dogs from other families were not allowed to play with each other, therefore the large play area was not being used like we thought it would be. The lack of transparency on this was incredibly frustrating. Our dog literally sat in his kennel room alone with minimal interaction for 3 days. I didn’t have high expectations as I know the facility has several other animals to take care of. But I did not plan to pay $250+ for my dog to sit in solitary confinement for 23.5 hours of the day. I am beyond disappointed in our boarding experience with Eagle and will be avoiding their services next time we need to board our dog.

Dr. Silvius is fantastic with my little dog. With this being my first dog, he’s informed me well and always taken good care of him. Eagle Animal Hospital is very well organized and gets us in and out of our appointments very fast. I appreciate a vet that does boarding too!

Great service! I called for an appointment for my dogs' Bordetella.The receptionist said I didn't need one, just walk in. It worked out great! The technician was so patient and efficient with my dog. We were in and out in 15 minutes.

Eagle Animal Hospital in Liberty provided great customer service at our recent appointment. Dr Silvia explained the procedure for our dog and they did a great job. I love that they take walk ins as well as appointments. The new facility in Liberty is very nice!

We have always had a great experience at Eagle Animal Hospital. We started coming here when we need specialized care for our pup in 2020. Dr. Reynolds helped us navigate Obi's tumor and end-of-life care with compassion and thoughtfulness. I do wish we had gotten a card or some acknowledgement when he passed like his previous vet did, but it doesn't change the incredible experience we've had here. Dr. Silvius has provided great care for our older yorkie who needs special anesthesia. He was reassuring and answered all my questions. He also has a great sense of humor and is so kind. We knew they would take good care of our new puppy and we couldn't go anywhere else.The whole staff at Eagle is caring and always takes the time to make sure our pets are taken care of. Communication is great via call or text and the patient portal makes it easy to schedule appointments and see our pets' records. We've been to all locations and always have a great experience. I LOVE that they have daily walk-in options and that they're open on Saturdays.Our whole family takes their pets to Eagle and they are all happy with their service.

Super friendly. Saturdays function as a walk in clinic. They move through pets as fast as possible, but we're very friendly and attentive. We received excellent care and explanations for our small dogs needs. We were not oversold on any treatments, but were informed and encouraged to make our own decisions.

A caring place for pets and people. They have always been so kind and took the time to ensure I knew everything that was going on with my animals. Once near closing time, my dog decided to eat off the ground near a lake which contained a discarded fish hook. Calling the clinic, they were able to squeeze me in and save me lots of money avoiding the emergency clinic. They also helped me to get a newly adopted dog free from heartworm and with each visit were so gentle with that sweet pup.I also always board with this clinic and feel at ease knowing my dog is safe and the staff is there to ensure he will be the happiest dog throughout his stay.

The staff at EAH Riverside are patient, professional, and kind. They have my trust to take care of my fur babies. Dr. Reynolds is our PCP, and she is truly amazing. She is very responsive and thorough. This clinic also takes walk-ins, which has saved us from expensive ER visits on weekends or when I don’t have a scheduled appointment. I have moved around the KC area quite a bit, which required me to find a new veterinarian clinic. I can confidently and proudly exclaim that EAH Riverside has given the best veterinarian care my fur babies have ever received.

An American Bully dog was abandoned in my neighborhood. I took him to Eagle Animal Hospital in Riverside Missouri to check if he was microchipped. An employee by the name of Kendall was very professional and had a great personality. Even another employee came to lobby to see this dog. I did everything to locate owner. Well he was not micochipped and he is now my handsome baby boy!!! I will be going to Eagle Animal Hospital for services. Thank you Kendall.

We have been coming to eagle animal hospital for over six years. We have brought both of our dogs here for multiple reasons and refuse to go anywhere else. They are thorough and even answer the silly questions. We have seen all the different vets at least once and can’t think of a single one we didn’t get along with, and the dogs didn’t love.

I love eagle animal hospital. I’ve brought my two dogs there for about 5 years now. Typically, my dogs don’t need extensive vet attention; just routine shots and things. However, one of my dogs was diagnosed with Lyme disease last year and Doctor Ray was very thorough. He also took the time to help me address my dogs’ weight as they continue into their senior years. He took the extra few minutes to really educate me and help me with a plan for my dog to lose weight. He’s always kind and patient and doesn’t make me feel like im slipping thru the cracks. I cannot reccomend eagle animal and doctor Ray enough!!!!

This is the best place to take your pets. All of the doctors are so caring with our animals. My lab had a tplo surgery on her back leg. Now she is as good as new. Dr Reed was amazing with her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our 11 year old Akita got sick over the weekend. After seeing an emergency vet, we took him to Eagle and he ended up having to have his spleen and two masses removed this past Monday. The vet, surgeon and the entire staff were wonderful. Our dog is recovering well thanks to their excellent care. The cost was less than expected and made a stressful situation easier to handle. Highly recommend this facility if you have medical issues with your pets.
