Got a new wellsaw from them that was broken, called and said I needed to get an exchange and the person on the phone said I had to talk to someone else who’d call me back later that day which did not happen. Called the next day and same thing. Called for a third time got told same the same thing so I asked to speak with a manager who wasn’t available but did reach back out promptly and said he’d get us a return label. He didn’t though so we disputed the charge about a week later. Then I get a message to give them the serial number and to call a specific person with it, they never answer and can’t leave a message. So finally after three weeks they email us the return label so we can send it back, probably after the higher ups saw the credit dispute. Now around a month after sending it back they are telling our credit card company they haven’t received it.I only wrote this because now my boss is calling me freaking out on my day off, if you’re going to get processing equipment go with someone who stands by their products and doesn’t do the corporate blame game

Easy to check in, easy to get to. Only downside is they’re sort of FCFS even though they require an appointment. That’s good for drivers with early appointments or that can arrive early. Kind of a downside for drivers that get loaded at 4pm the day before 500 miles away. They do unload quickly, so no big deal to wait for a couple extra trucks, I reckon.

Receiving office by door 22. Got there about 9 for a 10:00 appt. Got me right in and unloaded promptly. Found out when i arrived that they were closing at 10. Good thing I was early. Appointment seemed to be not relevant.

I've been ordering from Bunzl for a few years now for my work knives and work related Items, and I can honestly say that I have yet to be disappointed the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when asking questions. Every time I’ve made a transaction with them it’s quick and easy and I receive my items in a couple short days. Workings in retail you notice things like customer interaction the persons tone and there body language ( I if shopping in person) and that can make it break someone’s experience and Bunzl doesn’t slack when it comes to taking care of there customers.

I have ordered and received many items from Bunzl Processor division, as had my dad, owner of Fassett's Quality Foods as far back as 1946! Knives, meat dollies and trucks, smokehouses, brine pumps, netting, ham stockinette, and many, many hundreds of other items, and they have always delivered or made it right! They are the personification of "Happy Customer = Fantastic Customer Service!" A great company!

I called to check on overnight parking. I had an 0:300 appt. They told me what door I could park in when I got there at 20:00. Shipping is in front. Receiving is in back by door 22. Checked in at 0:300. Out at 0:330.
