Played the NCG games and won over $200 & they said that they would mail me a check... had to fill out paperwork for IRS and they didn't even ask for any type of ID... I was supposed to receive the check within 7 days, how do they know when the 7 days is up when the paperwork has the wrong date and time on it??? Yes I have a picture of the actual game when I won and it's not the same time as the paperwork 🤔

Last night I stopped here for air for a low tire. The young man, Will, was so kind and helpful. He actually put the air in for me, taught me how to use the pressure guage I've carried in my glove box for the longest without knowing how to use it and wrote out directions for a nearby business that can repair my tire (I'm suspecting it has a leak since this was the 4th time I've needed air in the last 2 weeks). If all of Rapid Robert's employees are as considerate as Will was, then great job Rapid Robert's! I wholeheartedly recommended this location!!

They wanted to scan my drivers license to buy cigarettes. Now I understand wanting to verify age but wanting to actually scan and store the information contained on my license is a little to much “Logan’s Run” for my taste. Will never darken their doorstep again. And trying to tell me it is state law, what a joke. Do not patronize this business unless you are ok with big brother keeping tabs on you.

The female employee pointed out that the Coke Coffee drinks are buy one get one free, so I grabbed 2 and took them to the register...but when she rang them up, it didn’t ring up the other one free. She tried the Rapid Robert’s rewards card and it didn’t work either. She told me only her boss could fix it but the boss wasn’t there so there was no other to fix it. My friend also wanted the BOGO DR Pepper, they didn’t ring up correctly either. What is going on?? Please either take all your signs down that say buy one get one free or train your employees how to ring something up at discount when signs everywhere are misleading.

The older lady was completely rude 2 different times. That was the icing on the cake. Then, she couldn't even open drawer when there is a LONG line? We run a business, and I would never let an employee leave a fellow employee like that. Both bathrooms were closed, old lady, "go down the road", wellll...so generous and nicely said, NOT SO MUCH! From now on, we will go to the station down the road.

Perfect first representation of Missouri. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Obviously they were completely out or just didn't care because people had been using paper towels and then throwing them all over the floor around the piled up trash can. But their liquor aisles are full and their gambling machines looked clean.

Went in to purchase cigarettes and a couple lottery tickets The clerk Bobby at 3:30 05/21/23 was very very rude and would sigh after every thing huff and puff like she don’t like her job very bad I will not be back to this one I’ve been going there for 8 years and this is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered

In the last year gasoline was 10 -15 cents a gallon cheaper than anyone else all the way to Ozark! Now they are in compaction with everyone. They also have a card you can save on, 1 cent to a dollar. Adds up after awhile! Buy in store items or gas.
