LOVE. Everything about this place is so beautiful, thought out, and clean. I felt so pampered and spent several hours there after my massage. All of the amenities are wonderful! The sauna was probably my favorite, followed by the grotto. It's dark and relaxing with a nice hot mineral water pool. The ice sauna was also a fun experience! My massage therapist was wonderful and the massage rooms were spacious and well decorated with awesome warmed massage tables.They also had indoor and outdoor showers available with the indoor having everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash.)Can't wait to come back!

I loved everything about this spa. I spend HOURS enjoying every amenity to the point I think I was the last one there before they closed the pools down. I did feel rushed at the end because they were working hard to clean up but- that's my fault for staying so long!Would definitely go back.

Best Spa for hundreds of miles, hands down. Every single detail is so well thought out and this is a true luxury experience. The vibe and interior are gorgeous, serene, and relaxing. The amenities are amazing. There is a good variety of services available and pricing is in line with what I'd expect for a place like this.I loved that with the booking of one service you have access to all the amenities, definitely a great option if you're not wanting all the services. It was nice to have two hours of services booked, but be able to spend virtually all day relaxing.The only things I would change are:1. Add a swimsuit dryer for clients who take advantage of the co-ed grotto pool and locker room pool.2. Get bigger, fluffier towels. The size of the towels is lacking (for tall or plus sized people, they are nowhere near large enough).3. Add an all-inclusive spa day package rather than having clients piece things together.Overall a great experience and I will 100% be back.

Way over priced for the services offered. Had a pedicure and told them maybe I shouldn't have a massage 2 hours right after and they said that you'll be fine. Nail smudged had to come back the next day to get them fixed. Didn't seem very apologetic and we had to drive 20 minutes. My massage felt very rushed. Was only on the massage table for 45 minutes and they charged me for a 60-minute massage. I was very disappointed.

Everything was great, it was the perfect birthday weekend in Branson. The Hilton was great, the food around town was great, and the dinner at Top of the Rock was spectacular. The massage and spa were also incredible, that was until a person named Heather Minnen from the spa decided to ruin my entire weekend by being extremely rude and unhelpful at checkout. First of all, when we booked the massage when we called the first time we were told a couples massage would be $720. We booked and then called back and said nevermind that was very expensive, so then someone said oh no worries, we can just book you as two separate massages in the same room for $190 each. We said ok well $380 is way better than $720 so we will come by. They couldn't refund us at the time and we had to wait til we got there. So, we got our massage that day then when we went to check out and had a coupon for 20% off that I had gotten in my email. I had called to see if this coupon on would work - the gentleman on the phone said that since you are local - Bentonville Arkansas being local - that we could just show our ID to the person at checkout and they would honor the 20% discount for being local per the coupon I received. Heather was so reluctant to let us use the discount she asked two of her colleagues and a manager when they were all saying YES it is OK to use the discount she kept searching for a way to shut us down and tell us NO. It was very rude. It felt as though she just wanted to ruin our great weekend, when the whole weekend in Branson had been an excellent vibe. It sucks because the spa is so nice, but Heather Minnen rained on my parade. Will never forget it. I am always one to rather leave an excellent review then a bad one, but in this case she needs to learn how to treat people with respect and kindness. Then when she finally agreed to consider Bentonville local and give us the discount she then printed a receipt for me and the discount wasn't there, as if she was trying to scam me. Watch your back around there. I have spent a lot of money at this spa, and the area around Top of The Rock, but I will consider taking my business elsewhere going forward.

My consultation to "customize" the massage lasted about 1 miute. I specifically mentioed that my hamstrigs were tight and so were my quads and I've been under some stress and my shoulders were quite tight.While the spa is well appointed and has a nice helful staff, my massage was not what we discussed at the interview. It was the first time I've ever had a full body massage where only the back and back of legs were treated. I was startled when my therapist asked if I was relaxed and that my robe was on the foot of the bed. I was expecting her to say turn over.My therapist was very nice and her work on my back was good, the table is heated which is nice.Let's just leave it there, excet it was well over $200 and I'm unlikely to return on my next visit

We love to spend time at this spa when we are visiting the Branson area! The amenities are really nice, but some of the amenities are male/female specific which limits the space where you can relax with an opposite sex partner, family member, or friend. The grotto is beautiful and coed, but a coed hot sauna would finish the space.

The Cedar Creek Spa at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson is the ultimate spa experience. I especially like the hot stone massages there, but visitors can select from a vast menu of services. Because Big Cedar Lodge and Top of the Rock are enmeshed, any visit to this fine resort is stunning. During the spring, you can expect the property to be a lush and forested natural retreat. During the holidays, the entire area is a spectacle of lights. Tree trunks line the walls and seem to bring the forest inside.

I have been to spas all over the world and this is the absolute best therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. Kelly was over the top fantastic! She is obviously very experienced and knew how to work muscle groups as I've never had done before. My husband had Aaron and his massage was equally as amazing. My husband has advanced neuropathy in his feet and after Aaron worked on his feet, my husband's actually had circulation and feeling for days. Nothing short of miraculous in his book! I often don't do massages at spas because they seem to be overpriced, the therapists often have little training, and so it feels like a waste of money. Believe me, that is not the case here. Worth every penny!

Jodi made sure I was comfortable, had amazing communication the entire time, and was all around wonderful. We spent the rest of the day at the grato and it was the perfect day! The BEST spa experience ever! Do yourself a favor and ask for Naomi or Jodi. Couples spa experience is phenomenal! Worth the price. Stay and enjoy the grotto pool after your treatment. Other reviews complain about the price. This is a first class, luxury spa. The atmosphere is exquisite and the service 5 star. It is worth every penny. You will be so thankful and feel wonderful!

This is a very comfortable and relaxing spa. Its the full package deal. Great services, wonderful atmosphere in a very serene setting. Its on a resort so you will pay top dollar but they make sure you get your value by pampering you. We had a couples massage and spent half a day in there relaxing. Ordered in lunch, had a glass of wine. It was definitely worth the time and money.

My husband and I went in for massages together to celebrate his birthday. The facility was a retreat in itself- wonderful accommodations and friendly staff. They start you out by showing you to your plush white robe and sandals, then they escort you around to all the amenities. Although, we had a few mishaps in scheduling, the staff was very efficient in ensuring that we were well cared for and able to be in the same room for a couples massage. The room was simply tranquil with the sound of running water and zen music in the background, complete with the warm ambience of a urban fireplace! I loved my massage therapist, Amber- she was very knowledgeable about prenatal massage and both my husband and I had a fantastic treatment.

I only gave this spa one star for the facilities, as it is incredibly beautiful and looks very high class. And their whirlpool is fantastic.It is worth noting that I have never posted a bad review for anything else, anywhere, ever...but our experience here was so bad that I can’t help but say something about it.I have had a few different services here, including a massage, a facial, and a pedicure. While the other services I have had done were average, the pedicure was without exaggeration, the worst and most expensive pedicure I have ever received. We went the day before my sister’s wedding and by the time we left, my sister was nearly in tears because the woman doing her nails did such a poor job, and was rude to her on top of it. (My lady did a poor job too, but at least she was nice.) Both of them literally seemed like they had received no training on how to do nails professionally.They did absolutely no nail or polish shaping for our French pedicures, and for $75, our pedicures lasted about 25 minutes each. AND we were charged gratuity AND, on top of that, extra for wanting French tips. We would have tipped anyway, because we are not the kind of people who don’t tip...but it’s the principle of the matter.If you want a decent pedicure, save your money and go to En Vogue in Branson. They are cheaper, have much better customer service, and they do an amazing job.

One of the BEST SPAS I have ever been to. Everyone is extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable and showed me their many wonderful qualities. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and made sure the pressure was just right. She even knew of a problem in my arm without even me telling her about it. I will definitely be back on our next visit.

The massage was good. And that’s all. Steam bath was out of order in women’s area. Sauna was out of order in men’s area. Grotto was cold. Kettle and coffee machine were empty and dirty. Fine, luxury building and interior, but the service like 3 star hotel. So sad and disappointed.

Big Cedar Spa offers incredible amenities, beautiful location and decor and great techs and therapists. Unfortunately, it's poorly managed, detracting from the overall experience. A few weeks ago a couple girlfriends and I scheduled services that concluded at 6:15. We showered to get ready to have dinner at Top of the Rock at 7pm. From the moment we left our services while we showered, got ready, etc, the manager and staff cleaned around us, paced and huffed. We received multiple warnings starting at 6:30. We felt unwelcome, though the spa didn't close until 7pm.Just a few weeks later today, I took a longtime employee for a day at the spa. We enjoyed wonderful facials, massages, pedicures and each of our tech/therapists were great. Our nail techs assisted us in ordering lunch. Our order arrived just before we concluded our service and we were directed to where our lunch was set up. The person delivering food requested payment. I asked if I should run across the spa to the locker room to get my card and she said no, she'd leave it at the front desk, which is typical of a spa during services. I assumed I would pay for it upon exit as I had done before and at EVERY other spa I have been to. After lunch, we went to the sauna where a staff member aggressively asked "are you Julie?" I responded yes and she loudly replied "I need you to come to the lobby to take care of payment immediately." Our relaxing occasion, which was a treat to my staff member suddenly felt stressful. I had to go upstairs, to the locker room and then the lobby to take care of payment. During this period of time, the woman who was unprofessional at my previous experience was walking around aggressively asking every woman she passed if she was Lisa. As I was retrieving my card from my locker, the woman I had just spoken to asked the same, I kindly replied, no, I'm Julie, retrieving payment for lunch. She stormed from the room. My credit card number was written ON PAPER.The (presumed) manager and staff interaction is not typical of spas - it detracted from the relaxing experience for both myself, my guest and surrounding clients. I highly recommend etiquette training. Also, I pre-paid for our services - why not charge that card or request a card on file up front? You don't walk around in your robe between services with a credit card.I had intended to make another trip in a few weeks and have decided to host at Four Seasons instead due to these events.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, but the massages that my friend and I received where the most uncomfortable, and not relaxing what so ever. It definitely wasn’t the experience I was looking for in a massage. It was very basic and I was looking for more experience in the therapist.

Although the Spa is beautiful, it was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had....and the most expensive! I think I could have painted my nails better left handed and blind folded. Annnd by the end of the day, the polish was already chipping off.
