I was tired and it was after dark. I've never met a Missouri rest area that I didn't like, and I appreciated the stop. I'm proud of our special services personnel who keep our Missouri rest areas so clean.

Terrible costumer service. Waited at the self checkout for a hour before anyone helped us, the light was flashing and some employees were walking right by us and saw that we needed help and didn't get anyone or do anything to help. The reason why I set it for two stars was because they do have a nice selection of items and there are a few people who are somewhat helpful and friendly.
