Our first visit was very impressive. Opted to have de-shedding and was a noticeable deference in the amount of hair our Dane lost. Nails were great and the staff were very welcoming. Second visit…….. nails were splintered and rough with very little if any cut. We got a good smelling bandanna this time but my dog smelled like he hadn’t even had a bath by the end of the day. Was initially told the de-shedding would continue to improve each time I had it done, but he’s shedded worse than before he got his first treatment. I even highly recommended the treatment to other Dane owners because I was so impressed the first time. Price the second time was slightly more expensive as well for less satisfaction . Second visit staff even questioned if they could even fit him in the tub even though he’d been there before with no worries expressed. The whole point in taking him to the groomer was because he can’t fit in our tub/shower anymore to so it ourselves. I felt like they weren’t comfortable with him and were ready to get him out. He is still a puppy Dane but is very sweet with no behaviors other than not realizing how big he is.

I just adore Brooke and Makayla! I was able to get my Amoudi in and out on his grooming. He was happy and shiny! Shout out for all they do for our beautiful Humane Society pups! Please support them!

We have used VIP for pet daycare several times and our dogs have loved it! We also get nails trimmed here regularly. The owners and staff are all very friendly and we know they genuinely care for the animals they take care of. We’ve never had any problems taking our fur babies here!As for all the negative reviews, I seriously question how many of the people have actually used this business or are just posting negative reviews due to social media. There was a tragic accident, but the owners were also devastated and have made policy changes to prevent future incidents.

Great job of grooming. Friendly and affordable service. I took my Mom's dogs to get groomed here, and they cut the hair the way I asked. Very clean shop. My new groomers!

Do not take your dog here! Allowed 2 large dogs around a tiny one where she was attacked and died from the injuries! Unsafe and careless!

Was hoping to try their services, then they called the day of to cancel saying their system was down and couldn't reschedule, if that was the case then how would they know what was on their schedule to call and cancel🤔 Wasted 2 weeks waiting to get my dog in. Go to Kountry Kuts if you you are looking for grooming services for your pet.
