Very nice customer service. A older man seen me looking around and was quick to ask if I needed help. He helped me find what I was looking for and offered to load it on a cart and take it out to my car. Place is nice, clean and organized. I enjoyed my experience here!

This is where I come to get all my feed. I can always find what I'm looking for when it's needed. They also have a large clearance section to choose from. I'm always looking to save money. They always ask me for my grow card which seems to be a problem at other locations. Sale prices match the ads and in the rare occasion a mistake is made they always make it right. Also dont have to worry about waiting in line forever. They have 2-3 friendly and knowledgeable people working the registers.

They were missing several pipe fittings of various sizes for the project I was trying to complete. I changed the dimensions of my project and tried to make do but even then the selection was substandard and I ended up driving to Kansas City to get the parts I neededEdit:August 22,2020 As always, the selection is overpriced and extremely limited and the cashier was rude.I should have known better, Home Depot is well worth the 30 or so minute drive,i won't make that mistake again.

Lots of things out of stock regularly. Didn't like that they closed off the chicks this year, opted to buy chicks from other places this year. Don't like that they don't carry things needed for a particular livestock ie; nutradrench for poultry, probiotics and electrolytes, chicken saddles, etc.Staff is hit or miss, some very helpful, some don't pay attention to the customers.

Very poor service for the Richmond store. We got a propane exchange from them and went to hook it up and it leaks so I went to take it back and they said nothing is wrong with it. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and they couldn't even give me another tank I'll be taking my business else were. I hope Rural King comes this way and puts them out of business.

Orscheln Farm & Home is regionally where small-town America and Rural America come together to take care of their immediate shopping needs! The staff is friendly and helpful at the same time. They can help you finds items to complete a project or they can take a moment while you tell them about the grandkids! Shopping local helps the community while at the same time it exposes you to a collective knowledge bank of people who know a thing or two about what it takes to get that project started and on the way to being done! Every time I walk through the store, I can always find something that will help me complete another job on my "honey-do" list. Stop by, take your child or grandchild with you and keep the tradition going! Shop local....there's greater value in doing so than you can imagine! I'm retired military and a retired South Dakota worker, originally from Orrick. Every time I've been home on leave, I've made it a point to stop by the Richmond store as well as the store in the near-by community which is home for the Dairy B Drive-in! Some times, I've driven the 13 miles between them and have been in both stores on the same day and always found what I needed! You can, too!
