I've worked with Nancy a few times on home projects, her design expertise is second to none. We ordered tile for a shower and floor, we waited a bit for the tile to come in but once it did we would do the wait all over again. Landon from Jones Store laid the tile for this bathroom, and couldn't have done a better job! everything is PERFECT.

Great hardware store. They are always happy to help, and are very knowledgeable of just about anything DIY. Prices are very fair. They are a great asset to the local community. Leave the big named box stores behind and go here for your home and DIY needs.

Amazing customer service! I was greeted as I stepped through the door by Mr. Jones himself. I needed keys cut and he told me he'd be happy to make short work of it and he certainly did. Within 5 minutes I was out the door as a happy customer. The store itself is clean and well organized. The friendly customer service is the definite reason that I will find more opportunities to do business with The Jones Store.

I have known these two most of my life, on both a personal level, and coming from a family of painters, a business level. Every time I go to the store I am greeted as soon as I walk in, given the best customer service, and they have never not been able to match any color of paint I take in there. It's always a great and very satisfying experience. I have also recently been blessed with them having a rental that has enough bedrooms for the size of my family and I must say, you don't find rentals this nice. It has new paint, new carpet, new plumbing, new roof, and a complete remodel done by Nancy Jones, the best. Recently I had stopped by the Jones store to let them know about a repair that needed to be done at my house (a non emergency) and after they closed the store that evening they were at my house and repaired it. They didn't put a bandaid on it, they repaired it!! I would highly recommend their store, and any of their rental properties to anyone. If you know them on a personal level, consider yourself very lucky. They are two great souls!

I would recommend shopping and renting from The Jones’ anytime. They completely gutted the house that I rent and redone the inside beautifully! Anytime I need something fixed they are on top of it with in a reasonable time. Every time I visit the store, I am greeted with a smile. Very lovely couple. They run an exceptional business and they are GREAT landlords.

I've known the Jones family most of my life and couldn't find more compassionate people in business and as individuals. I rent a lovely apartment from them and have never had any problems. If I had a repair, they were here right away always going over and above what was expected. I so appreciate them over the other rentals in town. They are local and show pride in their properties and their business.

I have been a customer of the Jones Store for many years and they have always been wonderful to deal with. I recently had to have some carpet removed and vinyl linoleum put in my home and my first stop was at the Jones Store. They were so helpful and did everything possible to answer all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. The two gentlemen that came to install the flooring were the best...so professional and had the job done in no time and were so good about cleaning up afterward. I live in Kansas City and was doing some updating on a friends house and went to go get supplies at the Jones Store in Richmond. The staff was very helpful and kind. The store was well stocked and had everthing I needed at reasonable prices. As a matter of fact, they were cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes in the city. Good experience. Go to them first.

I used The Jones Store to purchase countertops for two houses about 7 years ago and not only were they polite, courteous and helpful, but the lasting impression was to go to them this year when we needed a new kitchen and bathroom floor. The staff bent over backwards to help us choose the right flooring, even allowing us to take samples home to see how they'd look. Nancy Jones herself came out to measure and exchanged emails with us until we were satisfied with the order. The installation crew were knowledgable and professional - arrived on time, cleaned up well and did an outstanding job. Plus, the price we got on the flooring along with quality was far superior to what we would have gotten from a big box store.

Saving 5 stars for supernaturally awesome, so 4 is pretty darn good. They make keys, cut glass, fix windows, have everything you might need from a hardware store and then some, nice folks run it too.

The staff is so experienced, they always know what you need. Most of the time, they have it in stock. On the rare occasion they don't have it, they will order it for you. They have the latest in floor coverings, too.
