This place is absolutely wonderful. It is run by sweet and pleasant people that take wonderful care of my dog. I never have to worry about her mental state when I get back she is always in a happy mindset. 10 for 10 highly recommend!

They did a great job giving our little yorkipoo his first haircut!!!! And my little boys just loved their big dogs 😃Update June 1st - Jett got his summer cut this week! Once again very happy with Kountry Kuts workmanship😀

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went there to get a service done and was charged full price and the lady said the teddy bear cut isn't a thing. Google must not be on the same page as her. I paid full price and my dog's brother got the same cut and it was a lot shorter than my dog's. And lastly, I didn't even get a bandana. I want my tip back.

They got us right in and clipped Henry's nails for $10. He won't let us touch them, so this is a tremendous help and great bargain.I don't have a good reason to not give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but we're not in Hollywood.

Just had my dog groomed yesterday and all I can say is wow! He looks amazing and you can tell he is very happy with his hair cut. Not only do they do an amazing job, their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. The staff is super friendly and genuinely love what they do. They are so patient and loving with the dogs that come through their doors. We have used them for both grooming and boarding now and are very happy. Would recommended over and over again.

We just brought our 14 month husky, Melody, to have her claws clipped. Kountry Kuts in Richmond, Missouri did a fantastic job!!! Their building is clean and inviting. Their employees are courteous and kind to the customer and the pet. The job was done quickly and painlessly for Melody. They even gave us tips on how to make it easier for Melody the next time. And the price to do it was beyond reasonable! AWESOME experience all around! Will definitely use them from now on!!! Thanks, ladies!!!

IF I could put a negative 100 that's what I would give them..... Most unorganized, tried to keep her $70 flea collar, doesn't know what to do with your pet even tho you've told them twice.... Picked Bella up not one damn thing done.... Taking her back for the service they were paid for.... Then the flea collar again... They told my cousin I had removed it....that's a blatant LIE.... Trying to keep it.... Again.... I wouldn't take a skunk to them!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GROOMING EVER

We brought our husky in to have her nails trimmed. They took excellent care of her! And they did a beautiful job on her nails. They trimmed all 4 for only $5.00! Highly, highly recommend Kountry Kuts!

Take my moms dog there, he has anxiety like nobodies business and they are great with him. He is a Alaskan eskimo so he has very flowy hair and its white, they get him very clean and his hair is so soft when he leaves. Awesome job.

We LOVE this place. We take our German Shepherd to Kuntry Kuts for grooming, doggy day care and boarding. Wouldn't take her anywhere else 👍Marisa and Debbie, the owners are the best to work with and their other staff are great too❣

I've only had my dogs nails trimmed here, but they are always friendly & do a good job. Just wish they had more weekend hours then just one Saturday a month.
