Honestly, the store itself was a much needed place for Richmond and is hopefully the start of bringing more business into Richmond which is what ELSE it needs. It’s very clean inside and the staff are very kind. Sure it’s a little more pricey than Walmart but the quality is worth it.

Allison was amazing to work with in the meat department. We ordered 295 Thanksgiving turkeys and Harps was very helpful. Customer service still exist.On March 16, we used Harps for Catering. THANK YOU Amy and Gina.

Well the people are friendly. The store is generally clean. However prices are ridiculous. A couple gentleman I believe named Hook, and Jose are some of the kindest gentleman to work in grocery stores. Always a smile and willing to help. I continue to shop there.

This was my first visit, and it was delightful! It's a small-town grocery store, but it had a lot of fun extras that you would expect to find in a bigger city. For example, they had giant plush bears, dog beds, fresh baked goods, and fun kitchen gadgets. I shopped for awhile and felt that I had not seen everything that the store had to offer. I also found some really good deals! It was happy and cheerful, and I will definitely go back!

Harps is way better than Walmart, there Deli is fresh and there store is clean. Much friendly employees. People who seem like they enjoy there job. Plus they have western union send or receive.

This is hands down the BEST small town grocery store I have ever been in! Every single employee is polite and genuine. Their prices are beyond fair and their produce is always so beautiful! I love so much that they leave little envelopes around the store that have quick little recipes in them. Heck of a marketing strategy and so wonderful to be inspired to try something new! I prefer shopping here over any other store in town!

Love this store! From the friendly staff to the fresh produce, dairy, and meat, it's a great place to pop in for something quick or for my weekly shopping. My grandson can't get enough of the sweets in the bakery. They are always happy to add some fun decorating to go with any occassion too, like our cub scout Blue and Gold ceremony cupcakes. Never have to wait long for check-out, even on very busy days - staff respond quickly to open more lanes. Thank for all you do! Love our hometown store!

I have been in this store several times shopping for customers through instacart. The employees have always been very helpful. If I've ever asked which aisle a product was in they always stop what they are doing to show me. If I'm not asking them then they always ask if they can help. Some people may think always being asked could be annoying but the way they do it it's like talking to a friend. The store is small compared to other grocery stores but you'd never know with their amazing selection of products.

Excellent experience every time I shop here. The deli section staff are SO helpful courteous and make excellent food. In fairness though I have to say all the staff i have interacted with are very pleasant.Every time I pause at the meat dept., viewing their current selections and specials, without fail someone will ask if I need help finding something.What I like most of all is their pricing is within reason and in some cases much less than the super big super center that is less than a half mile away...

Gosh, this store is great. Nice employees. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice selection for a small town store. Great meat sales. They bag for you, too. Their deli/bakery has great products, as well. Shop at Harps. Dont get strung along by the mega-chains.

Its not a huge store but that's why I love it. You don't have to walk 3 miles( like some superstores) to get your groceries.They have a Pharmacy with drive up, Deli and good produce. Also if you need, they have delivery

My first pick for groceries in Richmond- always clean, quick , easy to navigate, and friendly, motivated workers. Love their donuts, and the seasonal aisle- especially decor and dishes! Also like their pink tags for clearance items, they’re easy to spot and some amazing deals!
