Store is very messy Even with Christmas the shelves and isles should be neat We were there late afternoon Several people but either the shelves have not been restocked or they're out of everythingI'm also very surprised S Big as the building is the few amount of toys and they were scattered around Even other productsWhy carry the amount of food frozen and other with 3large major grocery stores Especially when Braymer no store desperately needs a market store They don't have a grocery store at all

It's was nice and not nearly as cluttered as some I have been too. However they did not have the tea in stock I wanted or the light colored double stuffed Oreos 😔

My review was Great 5 Stars until a couple days ago when I was accused of stealing by an employee who misunderstood what i had said to a friend and she very loudly said this in the middle of the store. I very politely told her I have shopped there for years and she could search me. She very rudely told me no. And when I asked for the manager she told me she was the manager, and since I knew better, because I know the manager I informed her of this. Upon talking to the manager The following day she apologized to me and Said she would speak with her. My rating will remain at a 4 until this employee is terminated. Her name is also Cathy like the actual managers name, but she is not the actual manager. I was falsely accused. And that could also mean a lawsuit to dollar General. I would hate to see that happen. But I do not appreciate her obvious misunderstanding of the situation followed by the embarrassment of her accusation. I am not the only person she has done this to either, and that I found out after the incident. The other people Were also falsely accused by this woman and all same as me, are well paid at their jobs with zero inclination to steal anything. This has got to be stopped. Whatever happened to good customer service and innocence until proven guilty? You can not just run around falsely accusing innocent people of crimes.Rant over... But still upset. So I'm dropping my 5 star rating to a 4 star..now the world knows why.Thank you.

The Richmond store isn't as nice as other towns and none of them carry Era laundry soap which is what my mom likes me to pick her up but it's all right and they had what I needed today

Found what I wanted here! Nice friendly service. The only drawback is they are so crowded with merchandise that you can hardly get thru the aisles.

Unfortunately, the dollar general in Richmond is as bad as wal mart. One person checkout, isles so cluttered you can't walk. Had to wait 5 minutes after checking out, to get a bag of ice.

Slow, slow, slow to check out. Watch out, the isles are so small and you trip over everything placed in the way. Not organized and the employees act like you are a burden.

Richmond MO Dollar General needs a new store. The place now is so packed you can't get around in a wheelchair. There are so many things sitting on the floor in cardboard displays that I was unable to shop most of the store.

Very disorganized and cramped... many items are constantly out of stock and when associates are asked about availability, it's always "tomorrow" and tomorrow turns into when you get lucky and decide to stock our shelves...

Boxes everywhere so you can't see the shelves. Very small and hard to get around. Half the time they are out of what I go in for. Very few smiles from employees.

I got a portable charger. Lasted about 3 months. I would recomend their toy department.
