Horrible customer service!! Never have any of my children's prescriptions. When the doctor sends a prescription over takes almost all day to get it filled if they happen to have it. Your better of to just drive to liberty where they are rarely out of anything and get you script done within an hour of receiving it!!

It’s like they have no idea what they’re doing or talking about. For some reason they only ever receive half of my prescriptions but the CVS in Liberty never has any problems getting all of my prescriptions.They also tried to tell me my newborn should have an insurance card AT his time of birth (IMPOSSIBLE as he had no legal name to be assigned a medical ID) so my insurance (which should cover my newborn up to a month!!!) could not cover for him but they were *soooo* generous enough to apply a coupon to it. When I insisted my newborn is covered under my insurance currently until he’s able to receive a card, the lady (Brittney or however you spell it) rolled her eyes, and told me to hold on.To add on, I called in a special prescription and both times I’ve been to pick it up she’s reminded me to call in ahead of time because they don’t normally carry that prescription.. isn’t that what I did when I called and had the order placed??TL;DR: they never fill all of my prescriptions, & have no idea what they’re talking about or doing.

The pharmacist is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I will never use them again. I can’t imagine how she can be so rude and work with public. It completely blew me away and was uncalled for. If you go there beware.That pharmacist has moved on. All staff seem nice and helpful now

This place is full of friendly employees great place to get all your medicine. The little young blonde in this place went up and beyond to help me with my refills. I am not sure what her name was but thank you. We couldn't get the CVS app to work correctly but still got my refills and was out very quickly. Thank you whatever your name is thank you!

This was my first time here an I will not be back. The pharmacist was so rude to not only me, but also my doctor when he called to clear up some discrepancies. It’s bad when your doctor suggested finding a different pharmacy because they were very unpleasant.

Won’t answer the phone ever. Go and wait in line in the drive thru over 20 minutes to have the pharmacist tell me they’re closed from 1:30-2pm when I’d been there well before 1:30pm. Don’t recommend this branch at all.

Was told medicine would be ready at 6 pm. However after a quick check that's the time they close. Why not maybe mention that could've just said it won't be ready today instead of this bs.

I agree with other reviewers. I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone after waiting on hold for ever. I’ve also gone in the store several times to look for products (which they haven’t had) and am never greeted by staff. I gave two stars because when I have done COVID tests through the drive through they were friendlyish, but seem very understaffed and overwhelmed.
