This was my first experience attempting to refill my prescription through Walgreens at this location. Upon the filling of my initial prescription, they shorted me by one third of the total medication count; or 15 out of the 45 tablets for a 30 day total. Attempting to have this corrected resulted in an all day affair of being told they would have to rerun cameras, and making me feel as though I was just seeking medications for no reason. The whole experience was very unprofessional, and rather denigrating. If you would like a pharmacy that can fill your prescriptions correctly, and treats you with any sense of respect; I absolutely would bot suggest this location based on these experiences.

On day three now of them telling me my prescriptions will be here by tomorrow. After sending out a message everything was ready to pick up and driving 40 minutes to go pick it up. What a joke of a pharmacy/ company in general* Day 6 still no prescription. They had one person reach out to say sorry. This is the worst “pharmacy” I’ve ever dealt with. No professionalism what so ever.

Only after sitting at the clinic for 3 hours we had our meds send to this location as Grove pharmacy is our normal but it was after hours. I had waited 30-40 minutes by the time we got into the drive through, the lady couldn’t even give us any sort of ETA when meds would be ready, this is absolutely unacceptable we live outside of town could give me a 25 minute to a 3 hour time frame ZERO there was no way I was going to sit for an unknown amount of time with a sick child in the car.

Called to get an important seizure medication filled here today as the Walgreens we regularly fill at is closed. The lady that answered the phone was hateful and told me we needed a new prescription without asking what medication I needed to fill. I asked to clarify that I could not transfer a script from another Walgreens and she raised her voice and told me it was not in the Walgreens system. Called the Campbell location and it was immediately transferred and it will be ready to pick up in an hour. Disappointed in the customer service received and the flat out refusal to fill. I will not ever step foot in this store.

I wouldn't write this review but every time I use this location it never has my prescriptions done when they say they will. I end up setting there for a hour waiting on them. This time they said they'd have them done last night so I gave them till 11am the next day, and they still didn't have it ready. I'm setting here still waiting and it's been 30 min.s. so far.

Not sure as why been having issues with some staff members. And a female pharmacist, between being rude and thus not acting professional, meds being lost , or not ready or even supposed meds not called in ..which meds was each time but yet the staff can speak and be rude to you but when you get tired of if and talk to a manager multi times . And yes again not being a .rude . I did ask why are they acting like Bwhich never called anybody the B word but yet guess sayingmanager also agree on that words the staff that causes issues so aso not really sure and the only thing . I have done is being nice and yes . I do know of others having pretty much same issues with same staff members also and I guess from the way . I was told they said something and now they can't get meds filled there also now so is that fair . Thought management was supposed to be there for you when there's issues which many of the mangers are very nice but . I even asked many employees have . I been rude to them which many that. I've asked said no . So . I will be contacting the headquarters for walgreens which . I literally had others with me when . There employees have yelled at me and treated me like . I wasn't a nobody . Which . I have literally asked questions on picking up medicines.which been a few that's treated me unfairly. Sorry . I guess I'm not understanding when a pharmacy worker did and has lied to me many times . Or get mad at me for saying a name to pick up medicine for some one else . ..I do know the names if the 3 people that has been giving me a hard times for years not sure if it's because. I'm disabled and they simply bully me .

I use Frugal a lot, but I have not used it at Walgreens yet. Tina is exceptional when it comes to customer service. If her skills were modeled for new employees or other businesses, employees they would have many company assets in the people area.Tina was patient in showing me the Frugal Walgreens process. Tina treated me like I was the most important customer ever. She did with others in the store as well. I am completely impressed. Tina educated me in saving $12 on 2 bottles of body wash. I walked out of Walgreens paying only $2.58 for what normally cost $15+This Walgreens is always a nice experience. Whether using the pharmacy or the other services, the employees are top-notch. Tina, however, blew me away with her customer service.

Pharmacy employees here are terrible. I called today because they left a message saying my childs prescription was out of stock. I needed it refilled sooner than they said it would be. I called to ask if i could transfer it to another walgreens. Instead of helping me find one available she told me i had to call around to other walgreens or call a different pharmacy then have them call and get the script sent to them. I called another walgreens right after. That pharmacy employee quickly said they were out of stock but told me to hold while she searched other stores. Found a store for me in 5 minutes. Will not return to this walgreens.

This walgreens Pharmacy USE to have super friendly staff . I unfortunately had to go there twice this week for my children's meds. The first time I went was told the script wasn't ready. Which is completely fine I just did an errand came back got in line in the drive thru 10 minutes prior to 7. There were 2 cars in front of me. So when I got up there it was 7:01pm . They pulled the blind and VERY quickly and rudely through the speaker said they open back up tomorrow. So frustrating and honestly horrible customer service! I needed the meds that day! I ended up having the prescription transferred to the walgreens on Campbell like I should have done in the first place! Campbell walgreens is always super knowledgeable and friendly. The second time I figured I'd give them another try. Got up there medicine wasn't ready. Completely fine. I asked how long would it be (6:18pm at this time)? She said I don't know 20 minutes. I said alright sounds good I'll drive around. Then she made sure to inform me they close at 7:00pm . Um okay? Hopefully, this walgreens can start doing better.

I use a bank where I have to deposit cash through Walgreens. Usually it's a In-N-Out process and it's always seemingly I guess hassle free this particular day I waited at the register for longer than 5 minutes or more for an employee to show up to to put my money on my bank card. This to me is a little disturbing just because for any Thief to just walk in the store could have went in and right out the front door without any hassles to me this isn't proper shrink security. When asked I was advised by the employee that showed up that he was working with a shelf and that's what took you so long to get back up front. Obviously they need to reassess how far a front end employee should Venture away from their cashier duties. Not only is this an inconvenience for the customer but a serious safety and theft issue for the store. I did explain to the employee that it didn't feel very cure should anyone want to come in and grab a dash and that they should reevaluate keeping front end employees in the front. Also this particular store is not the cleanest or the most stocked and faced up store I've ever seen seems to be a lot of stock missing that should be ordered in. Now for a good part utilizing the pharmacy the pharmacy here at the store has some decent pharmacy techs by myself and educated at a used to be a pharmacy tech in the past and who would know better about their own medications and the person taking them. Recently the VA/ x Express Scripts has taken away our veteran opportunity to utilize any pharmacy of choice. So the pharmacy that I had a good working relationship with since 2010 I was advised as of February 2022 that my only two options were either CVS or Walgreens to have my prescriptions filled worst part is I didn't like either place but we don't have a CVS in Republic so therefore I need to Walgreens it was by far the worst prescription transfer process I've ever been through basically saying it was going to take 3 to 5 days to transfer any prescription from my old Pharmacy if I needed them sooner I could have my doctor call him in and they would fill them that day that was something I didn't understand seemed to me that it would be just a lot easier to call the previous pharmacy and get the scripts so that way they could be filled. This Pharmacy has some employees that have not been very honest from the get-go in regards to certain medications that I take so I'm taking a week or two longer to get which with my previous Pharmacy I never had any excuse if you ever getting my prescriptions late. Anyone considering to use a Walgreens Pharmacy that's not being forced to use a Walgreens pharmacy I highly recommend you find you a small Mom and Pop family owned Pharmacy to use where you're considered an individual customer in the pharmacy learns everything about you instead of a pharmacy where you're just a number as a disabled veteran I do not recommend using this Pharmacy for prescriptions as it seems like every time I need this fill a class 100 class to schedule drug seems to always be a hassle or the fact that they're out of it so please keep that in mind.

Walgreens has always been very helpful in answering my questions and filling scripts. Medical facilities have gotten very confusing and basically want you to get the app for all your services including results…very frustrating! I’m quite certain they are not the total reason for the lack of speed on filling scripts. With that said…???? I keep getting calls regarding 0 refills or to refill… call?? Constant texts and calls. Not sure what is happening…but this just recently started. Please correct …the text and calls are constant. I’ve saved them all. The most recent voice message was not even a second long. Thank you.

Urgent care prescribed my medication today. I tried to call the Republic store to make sure they received it as I didn’t feel well and needed to get home. I sat on hold for fifteen minutes with one person ahead of me the whole time. When I got there I was still on hold, so I hung up.At the store I went in as over ten cars were in the drive thru. They told me I would need to come back tomorrow. I told them I needed it tonight. They marked me in-store and said it would be ready in 45 minutes or less. I waited 45 minutes only to be told to come back tomorrow. Then they said I could wait another 30 minutes—an hour. Who knows if it would have if I had stayed. Unhappily I drove home with no medicine and called another pharmacy to get it from tomorrow.

My wife had Strep Throat, and was out of State,but her Dr. Called in meds.The next Morning I went to pick up,and the Republic Pharmacy was CLOSED.We were told No one showed up ?I would of taken The Whole Dept. Is out Sick, better than Sorry Nobody cared to Show Up !Thankfully the 24hr Walgreens on Campbell and Battlefield were able toGet the script and fill it for us !Those 3 Ladies were Great !!

They have a decent variety of over-the-counter products, snacks, drinks, and hygiene products. The pharmacy side, however, is unreliable. They filled the wrong prescription for my husband twice, they don't reliably notify you when your prescription is ready (I had a prescription that could have been filled for over a week and never even knew that it had been sent to the pharmacy), and today, not only was my prescription not ready when they said it was supposed to be ready, there was an extended line at the drive-thru with the people standing outside their cars waiting at the window because the service was so slow.

Rude and inconsiderate employees. I Had drove 40 mins to get my daughter's medicine and when I arrived they hadn't even began to process her medication even though it had been sent in over an hour before i arrived. Once we got that going they told me it would be an additional 30 mins for them to fill it, even tho I was clearly waiting. So as I began to wait I went to my car where I seen Walgreens was calling. When I answered she had told me apparently there was issues with their software and she wanted to call me and let me know it was going to be at least 2 hours before they could fill her medication and that she wanted to let me know before I drove all the way there..... When I literally had just been in the store 3 mins prior to the phone call talking with an employee. She was absolutely rude and had no care that I was already there and waiting. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

I talk to an actual person on the phone, they tell me it'll be ready hours later on my way home from work. So I get off work 6 hours later and wait in the very long line inside store just for them to tell me, sorry it's not ready and won't be for another day. This place is unorganized, misinformed, lack customer service, not sure why i keep giving them a chance all this time. Rarely do I have a smooth easy experience with them. I am ok to wait another day or two for Rx, but do not tell me on the phone it'll be ready today then act like it's silly I'm even trying to pick it up today.

I signed up for an appointment to get a flu shot online the day before. There was an option for 9 AM so I clicked on that. I downloaded the forms they offered and printed and filled them out. It requested I arrive 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time....so far so good. I arrived at 8:45 only to find out they don't even open the pharmacy till 9 AM and the employees didn't start arriving until just a couple of minutes prior. The window opened but they were disorganized and not ready to do business. I approached the window and handed the girl my papers and told her I had a 9AM appointment for a flu shot to which she said, "we don't get any information on that". I wanted to ask why there is an appointment option on the website if no one knows or cares about it. She then told me it would be 20 minutes or so before they would be ready to serve me. At this point I became annoyed and told her that I thought they were more organized than this and requested my paperwork back and left. Nobody got hurt or died but I don't need this kind of frustration. Walmart is right around the corner.

Rude staff and has the slowest drive thru times. I can be the 2nd one in line and still wait 10 to 15 minutes. I had my Dr call in a prescription and it took them days to fill it.

It’s somthing very wrong and up to kno good at this Walgreens ! Very unprofessional, rude, they make you feel as your bothering them to do their job! I had one of their technicians laugh as I was walking off bc I was frustrated that they told me to come back after my script was called in hours befor I got there but yet was still not ready ! They honestly get the pleasure of telling you it’s not ready you have to come back NO consideration on the customer behalf! They take their POWER to a level I’ve never experienced with any pharmacy! The poor customers FEED their bad energy due to needing their medicine controlling the fact they kno that so they control that fact in a very evil way!!! After months of dealing with this Walgreens it’s sad to kno they can have that much control over a customer befor they decide to switch Pharmacies it’s a shame! I’ve just switched and it felt damn good to let them GO! It still bothers me a bit that they will still be treating customers like this ! The fact that it’s so many ppl bein treated this way is very disturbing another fact that this is my 2nd time I’ve ever in life had to write a review on a business for me it’s in my eyes is down right BAD! Choose wisely dealing with this pharmacy!!!

I pulled up in the Walgreens drive through tonight at 6:53. They close at 7:00. There was one vehicle ahead of me and no cars behind me. The vehicle ahead of me pulled off at 6:59 and I pulled up. The worker pulled the blinds down right in front of me and closed. Had I not pulled up before 7:00 I would understand but this is so unprofessional! Customer service is absolutely not what it used to be!!!

I waited in the pharmacy drive thru line 15 minutes. When I got to the front they put up a sign that said closed. I was the last person in line. Thanks a lot for being slow and inconsiderate. Time to switch pharmacies.

3 stars only because the people inside have always been very friendly. The pharmacy is a mess. We have multiple medications we pick up every month and they're never ready. I will put in for a refill and wait a couple of days to go pick it up. Doesn't matter if I have a message saying it's ready, it never is. There's always a reason why they're not at fault. I'm done. I've used other pharmacies before we moved here and never had this much trouble. We'll be switching. I can't let my kids run out of medication because the pharmacy can't it together.

Not only do I plan to leave a review here but also through corporate office. I have never met such a rude staff. I thought it was maybe just an off day but after months of going here it is actually just how they treat their customers. Not only are they straightforwardly rude but also very passive aggressive and are always messing up refills on prescriptions. There is also one man in particular that will ask you if you actually need your prescription because they don’t have it ready and treat you like a pill addict even though your medication is for mental health.

At one point I moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy because walgreens was so slow and unfriendly. The new staff made me switch back and they have Madison (i think that was her name) to thank for it. When I pull up to the window she always has a huge smile and sincerely cares about patients. Every time I shop at walgreens she has been amazing.

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy today. The pharmacist, Levi, was incredibly unprofessional and yelled personal information at me from across the room in front of multiple other customers and employees as well as my child. He was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. In the end the issue ended up being their error and not mine.

I have had nothing but trouble with the pharmacy every time I visit. They temporarily close every day and do not update their hours online. They take hours to fill a prescription. Turned me away and told me to come back the next day when they had an hour to fill my prescription.

Get way too many call, texts and emails not only about meds being ready but offers and discounted sale items. Too much! I tried telling them I only want notifications if the meds are ready. Evidently they can't do this.Also had a curbside pick up, the app asked which spot I was in 1, 2 or 3? There's only 1 spot marked #1. Caught an employee in the parking lot. She couldn't figure it out either.

Absolutely DESPISE this Walgreens. They are the SLOWEST at filling rx’s and have refused service to me more than once because they “close in 20 minutes” and my kid needed steroids😡. 2 calls to corporate and nothing has changed in 10 years. Needs a serious overhaul on management . They change their hours everytime you turn around. Now here I am again needing antibiotics and google says open until 10pm and SHOCKER- closed again. Pathetic. Walgreens you should be ashamed - or better yet, CLOSE THE PHARMACY. Jerks.

This is quite possibly the slowest pharmacy on earth. Anytime I go here, it’s a minimum 45 minutes to get a script filled. They always appear to be well staffed, but it still takes forever to fill and ring up scripts. Employees take inordinate amounts of time to do the simplest tasks. I pick up medicine for a family member here, otherwise I’d never go here. I use Wal-Mart, and while they’re not perfect, they are significantly faster.
