Great customer service has a local grocery store feel. Prices are high everywhere, but Price Cutter works hard to have sales to help with the sticker shock on groceries.

Paid $75 for 5 beautiful thick steaks for company and they were tough as a boot. They were cooked medium so they were not overcooked.

I shop exclusively at local grocers. This store has a pretty nice selection of products for not being a Springfield store. Some of the management are very personable. The out of dates is a weak spot that needs improvement as I've been caught many times with expired food when I got home. Side note: The temperature in the store seems to be either very cold or very hot.

Slow Starbucks workers, they talked for 5 minutes before taking my order! They were laughing the whole time and almost spilled my drink. I will never shop here again and this coffee was HORRID.

My expectations for this price cutter were not very high as it is a small town grocer. The selection and quality are slightly better than expected but the service and checkout time is horrible. I typically go to here when I am trying to bypass the mess associated with the big box across the highway or just need a quick item we forgot to complete a dinner. Unfortunately since moving to Republic a year ago we stopped going in after a half dozen trips or so due to the insane time to get through checkout. I think the last time we had waited in checkout for around 15 minutes before finally putting what we had down and walking out. I still plan to pop in from time to time as my hope is this will get better but until then I will not utilize this store as often as I would like.

Went to the deli to get some chicken and got 4 pieces for the same price as 8 which would have included 2 sides! Not even a suggestion or mention to just get the meal. I've never in my life paid over $10 ,dollars for 4 pieces of chicken in a deli. Called a manager and just got a sorry oh well....I will never ever shop there again!!!! Horrible customer service.......

I like the size of this store, not too big, yet still has a good selection. Prices are higher than W.M. but convenience outweighs that sometimes. Especially when they have good sales. Also, the Price Cutter Pharmacy has wonderful people, competitive prices and a very short wait.

We are traveling, stop for a few groceries, at the start on Republic. I stopped into the restroom first. OMG the ladies restroom, in the front of the store, was Absolutely the nastiest restroom I have seen in years. The toilet/commode in the last stall was, well it alone should be only reason enough for the health department to close this store down. Enough said. I’ll get groceries another place.

Nice grocery store. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The produce has always been fresh and they have a nice selection of deli meat. The fresh meat market has a nice assortment of items and you can get items cut the way you want. The Starbucks that is inside is small with no seating but the baristas always remember my drink.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The cashier was beyond rude and the manager was standing right next to her while she did it! I don't usually give bad reviews but it's amazing that people like that are hired for such a position. I worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital, to run into a store and deal with pure rudeness! Glad I don't treat my patients like that!

Horrible food, it hurt my stomach and made me throw up, I will never shop here again. The Manger gave me a very weak apology, and terrible service my food took so long and it was so overpriced. I could get it cheaper at my grocery store in town.

It is a clean well supermarket for all your needs, from fresh products, bake items, fresh meat and cuts. An extensive selection of alcohol beverages and beers.It has a Starbucks inside which is a plus for enjoyment of a delightful cup of coffee while you shop.Extra services for sending money to a friend or family member, beside copy or fax documents.With a great selection of gourmet coffees and other special products hard to find in any other supermarket.

They were super slow had 2 cashiers I chose one and apparently I chose the wrong one bc she decided she was going to slam my food down in the bags every item repeatedly. I guess I'll take my business back to Aldis at least they treat their customers with respect

I love to shop here and would rather spend my money here instead of Walmart but every time I go lately everything is expired. And I'm talking way expired. Usually I have to check every product and hope to find something that is not. This last time I bought a frozen pizza thinking it was safe but it was 6 months expired. I didnt realize until my son had already ate a piece. So my fault I should have also checked it but it was too late after he ate it.

Price Cutter in Republic, easy access they have outside a Red Box to pick up the latest released movies.Inside a great variety of exotic coffees and other foods hard to find somewhere else.Great selection of wines and hard liquor.Outstanding service at the meat department, the guys always willing to help out and assist you with your shopping.The fresh fruit and vegetables are well maintained and no old products.The bakery another place for your birthday parties or special events at the office.In general it is one the best places to shop for your daily family needs and more such as wiring funds to any of your friends.

They have a horrible bakery in republic. We have spent over $100.00 on 2 cakes and the second tier fell on both of them. They were about to fall when i picked them up and they said there was nothing they could do. NEVER get a cake make there for a special occasion. The cake i showed them was on the left and the cake i got was the one about to fall. And they were very rude about it..

Went to the deli and I was over charged. They didn’t not offer to correct the mistake. I questioned the mistake and the manager gave me a weak apology. I will never ever shop there again. Terrible service.

People are great. The Company thou needs to put some money in to the store. I think they just forgot the town of Republic. Doors don't work floor look like hell bathrooms stink(BAD). no produce, cash register receipt you can't read. "I said people where but the meat man was rude!"

Wonderful small town grocery... They don't have a large selection because they are smaller than the big box... But they have a good selection of quality food. And all the staff are nice and friendly!

I give 3 stars because it's never been upgraded to match the variety and quantity of the other Price Cutters in town. This one isn't bad, it's a step up from a Murfin's, but a little pricier. The alcohol section is much better now with the upgrade.

Price Cutter is a little higher on price than other places but they're convenient, especially if you don't want the rat race of a larger retailer. They also have some more authentic localized foods. They also take Google Pay and Apple Pay.

The Grocery selection in this store is limited, due to half of the store being allocated as a True Value location, and Monett’s only StarBucks store. That being said, the deli is fairly well stocked, and the produce section features high quality fresh vegetables and fruit, including some locally grown produce.

I love the variety of groceries this particular Pricecutter offers. But, I especially love the salad bar and food bar. I enjoy making my own salad, with lots of choices to pick from. GREAT place!
