My dogs have been going here for both daycare and boarding for 8 years. They love it more than a lazy day at home, and boy are they nice and worn out when they get done for the day. I love how they give the dogs breaks during the day so they don’t overdo it. I’m pretty sure the owner and employees love my boys almost as much as I do. I would never think of going anywhere else. They are economically priced for 5 star treatment.

One dog of ours stays here regularly and loves it. We took our 2nd dog this weekend for just the day to get him adjusted because he gets nervous around new people and other dogs. They were so patient and kind with him and he had a great time. I highly recommend bringing your pups here!

I love it here! The staff is all wonderful! My pittie loves it & always seems so happy when we’re there! She was a rescue and a little uncertain around other dogs, they worked with her and we greatly see those socialization skills improving!

This is an amazing place ! Both of my puppies like going to daycare and boarding always come home exhausted. Which is a good thing. The staff are very knowledgeable and treat all the animals like they would theirs. My puppies won’t go anywhere else.

My pups were very happy when I got there to pick up! Didn't seem to miss me at all, lol. They had a great time playing with the other dogs. Nice, clean facilities! Definitely will use again!!

The staff is so kind and understanding of all the dogs and really focuses on safety. My great Dane pup absolutely loves going there and is actually doing better on car rides because of it!

I used Bow Wow for the first time this weekend with my dog Dodge and I am so happy with the experience. Dodge was completely exhausted, in a good way! And I heard amazing stories of the other dogs he played with. I highly recommend using them for boarding or day care!They even shared photos of him on Facebook!

I've only ever left Maddie at families houses when out of town. I was definitely really nervous while dropping her off but the staff seemed responsible! (I will update this once I pick her up)Update: she loved it, she is definitely tired from having fun. She got a bath before leaving and smelled great. Only thing I wish is they had gotten pictures of her.

We are getting ready to travel internationally, so a quality, loving environment is what we seek. We've dropped our Frenchie off here a few times just to get her acclimated to the environment! She's been happy but sad when we bring her home which means my wife is relieved and happy our fur baby is well cared for. Special shout out to Cagney for being extra awesome and giving us that extra piece of mind, THANK YOU!We highly recommend seeing these awesome folks to care for your fur baby, either for the day or extended boarding.

My pupper loves to go! I love watching how the staff interact with the doggies and their moms. It is a clean safe place that makes me feel very comfortable leaving my Ruthie in their care. Also appreciate getting photos of her when she is there.

We LOVE Bow Wow Pet Resort for our pupper (the little tri-color/black dude in the photos below)We live in Springfield, and it is WELL WORTH the drive for our dog to have a great time.During his boarding or day care stays, he can be found in the pictures they post online, running around having the time of his life! We are always so thrilled to see him getting socialized exercise while working out all the energy an 8-month old pup-pup could expel. We have gone to pick him up and he is in cool-down time, which tells me the employees watch the doggos closely to make sure they aren't overextending themselves. Who could blame the pups for going hard, with all the fun being had!He always come home ready to plop on the couch and sleep for the next day it seems! We LOVE it here. Bow Wow Pet Resort LLC exceded our expectations. To our dismay, our Labrador, Canyon, acted sick four days into our out of state trip. They notified us, took Canyon to their vet after checking our vet who was booked, kept us updated, and administered medicine. They gladly took good care of Canyon, enabling me to be in my best friend's wedding! My husband and I are grateful for their service, reliability, friendliness, and knowledge!

This place is a godsend! My pup LOVES going here for daycare and comes home exhausted and happy! Because of this, we have no hesitation boarding her here when necessary, knowing she will play all day and sleep well all night. The staff are wonderful and professional. The prices are reasonable and they even do baths and nail trims upon request. I cannot say enough good things about it. We are delighted to have found it and highly recommend it!

This was the first time I had ever use the boarding facility for any pet, and I received the recommendation from a friend of mine who always takes her dogs here. I was able to see pictures pretty much every day. She was there as they posted them to their Facebook page. Now for the true outstanding parts, when I looked at a few other places I walked in, and they smelled like pee and things like that there was absolutely nothing like that here there was a faint smell of wet dog, but that’s to be expected when they play outside in the water. The staff were all super friendly, and it didn’t seem like they were overly busy running back-and-forth not knowing what was going on. It was a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, which is really what you want to see from the staff members. I had them give her an exit bath after her 4 day stay and they did a great job on that too. The staff absolutely fell in love with my dog, and she will definitely be going back in the future.
