Very reasonable prices. This store is awesome. They sell all sorts of stuff. The staff is always kind and quick to offer assistance. I have never left this place without finding what I was looking for.

Enjoyed this new store. It is your standard farm and home store, but with a very large sporting goods section. Was surprised to see a very large selection of trapping supplies

This place has become unorganized, dirty and trashy. Bags of dog food that have busted open and dog kibble all over the floors. Can't get down the aisles because it's blocked by bags of pet food stacked up in the way. Floors are filthy.I hope they get this place cleaned up! Used to be a nice place.

I’m sorry, but I miss Orschelns. For some reason that I don’t understand, the cashiers are just not friendly like they were. I’ve tried on multiple occasions with different cashiers and the ones that have checked me out have all treated me either with disrespect, belligerence, unkindness, etc. It is like I’m bothering them by wanting to check out. Has anyone else experienced this? I get it is difficult to hire good people, but I’m taking my hard earned money to other vendors and suppliers for animal feed, farm/ranch supplies, everything. I’m bummed. I want to like them and have always treated them with kindness and tried to get them to smile. But I’m moving on to people and a company who appreciate my business.

There were birds flying around inside. I wouldn't normally care but they where selling ducks and chicks and that could lead to disease. The workers are usually nice however not always helpful that's because it's a new company and stuff had been moved around.

It was my first visit since they changed from Orchelins, but I liked it. They had alot of really great deals and there were employees on the floor, available to help

Walked in store was going to get a cat bed noticed rat or mouse poop all over the shelf and beds. Prices weren’t correct and employees barely want to help. Use to be better now I’ll never go back

Bought a nice welding cap and jacket. Very nice employee spoke to me and just had a friendly chat. Always a great experience at the store.

Been shopping here for cat supplies since 2019, never had an issue. They have been out of stock of the usual cat food for quite a while so decided to pick up something similar and my cat is sick from it. Tried to return and was told no because the bag is not defective and the food isn't expired. I would think that such a animal oriented store that they would care and at least make something work. At least 50% store credit to get the correct food. That wouldn't of helped either cause they are still out of stock of our usual food. I shopped here cause it was close to home and had everything I need for a decent price, but I guess my business will be taken elsewhere.

Seems like I can always find what I'm looking for. They of course have a ton of farm supplies but they have a decent sporting goods section, pet supplies, and general household goods as well. I usually can find some other things I dont really need and end up walking out with a lot more than I came for.

Went for Purina dog food. Prices aren't correct. 24 lb is priced on the shelf same as 30 lb. I was not going to carry it up to the register only to get even more sticker shock.

Love the store if it had better signage!! You have know idea what the price really is sale signs are never posted !! I would buy more if thing’s were signed can’t ask cause the Associates look upset when you ask them for a price.. lol need to hand out Scanners at the door or just have an associate walk with you the hole time!!

22nd time I've been in one since name change. And each time it looked like they didn't have anything on the shelfs. Not impressed with the store. I went to the one in Jane mo. 3wks ago and the one in Republic 2 days ago.not impressed

Can NEVER find flatbed cart for large bags of feed! Most associates are NOT helpful. They act very appathedic. Seriously get your act together Bomgaars

I wish it hadn't changed. They're not carrying a lot of the horse items & brands Orschelns did. Also they don't have the discounts on the receipt like Orschelns did

I like Bomgaars and sometimes find some really good deals there. I try to check them against the neighboring competitors and have saved money several times.I have purchased pet food, hardware, fishing accessories, clothing, and grilling stuff.I recommend Bomgaars and will return.They are always friendly too!

Nice folks work there. We were greeted as we came in. Great clothes available that will last for a while. Great selection of gift items and kitchen gadgets, coffee pods and old fashioned candy. Of course farm supplies and pet supplies. And its clean. Nice to browse. Some items are expensive, but you get consistent quality.

They had signs posted everywhere on all winter clearance 20% off and didn't honor more than 1/2 of them had to show the signs by each product I got with clearly marked 20% off and they inly honored 1 of them. I am very disappointed in the service. They have lost mine and my family's business, and believe me, I will tell all neighbors and friends also
