This was actually my first time ordering online.I didn't know what to expect.However, it went rather smoothly.I only had one substitution. Everything else, they had in stock.The young man who put my items in my car was pleasant.I would do this again.!

Went to get some flowers to start planting, and walk in and they are moving things again. This is like 3rd time in a row I walked in to store being moved around. I did find out they are being set up like other Walmarts so easy for customers to find items that are familiar to other Walmart layouts. That will be nice. Other than that the store was clean and was pretty empty to pretty easy to get in and out.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude employees. While my mother was waiting in line , a cashier stated that people that don't use self check out are lazy AF ! While ringing out another customer and other people standing in line attempting to check out. And she continued to run her mouth while my mother apologized for using coming into her line. My mother replied, I'm not lazy , I came to the line because I'm not familiar with the self check out and I rather have employees help so it doesn't take away jobs. The lady then replied that she so sick and tired of people using that excuse. I mean , are we serious? HOW IS THAT OK ? This isn't cool at all and I'll press this until it's noticed. Don't disrespect older people as if they don't matter. POOR customer service, from the lady that ORDERED HER TO STOP AND NOT GO TO THE REGISTER- THEN TELLING HER SHE NEEDS TO GO TO REGISTER 9 (EXTREMELY RUDE) Then to the lady that checked her out. Unreal šŸ˜” EMPLOYEE # 000737 UNDER THE MANAGER NAMED JAMIE.

THE WORST STORE IN MISSOURI! I live close to downtown but come to this location for pickup due to the selection and them always having what i need. Today that stops! I ordered groceries for pickup at 6am this morning. Pickup time was 6p. Told them I was on my way in the app and when I arrived the KIDS that work there asked my name 3x. Apparently they gave my order to someone else and wouldn’t admit it. They sent 3 different people to my car to say ā€œwhat’s your name.ā€ I tried to call inside to speak to the manager of course but no one answered. I called the general store number and was told ā€œthey might not answer, I can transfer you but that’s all i can doā€ How delightful to hear. I’m not sure who is over the online pickup but they should be LET GO. Their lack of training cost me $56 in groceries and 45 min of my time! After the 3rd person left my car no one else came out or said anything. I called the 800 customer service number and was told my ā€œorder was canceled by the customerā€ now why would i sit there for 45 min just to cancel my own order? Another worker comes out to assist a car that has just pulled up. I asked him where is my order and what’s going on!? He says to me ā€œthey are reshopping your orderā€ now why would they do that? Oh because they gave my order to someone else. Each time I visit here I always HAVE AN ISSUE!!!! Based off the reviews no one seems to care. This locations online pickup is THE WORST i have ever experienced!! OFFICIALLY DONE with this store!! i will go to KS and further out to get my groceries.

Longggg pickup times. Sitting here for 30 min with 4 other vehicles. NO one has came out.Also.. the renovation is horrrrible. I used to come here specifically because it was easy to get in and out. Now that the pharmacy is all the way at the other side of the store.. its not quick. I'll be going to 40hwy again I guess.. That place isn't good either but... its better than this ... sh.

Just horrible. They remolded the store and it’s even worse. At this point just shut this location down. If you wanna stand around and not be helped this is your store. They take simple task and turn it into a headache. God forbid you wanna run in and grab 1 item. I waited for my online pickup order for almost an hour before I decided just to go in a pick up my items myself. I didn’t realize there is only 1 line that everyone stand in

So rude at closing 30mins before close every manager/CSM starts walking the whole the store to tell everyone they're closing in 30mins and to head to check and they rerelentlesly tell everyone the same person walked up to me 7 times in 10mins.. It's a shame that employees literally prevent the store from making money because they make you feel unwanted and frustrate so many customers to the point of just walking out without getting anything.. We know the store closes at 11pm and honestly could probably All make it out sooner if everyone was more focused on helping people needing something locked up instead wether it be in Electronics or any other various items or sections now locked up instead of making customers ask every employee they come across if they know who has the keys

If I were the manager here, I would be so embarrassed. They obviously have no clue how to train and motivate employees. Friday at 5pm on tax free school supply weekend and there were unpacked boxes in the aisles. Waited in line for over half an hour, all the cashiers seemed to not care at all about checking people through. Mayne if the managment paid them a decent wage and gave them training this wouldn't have been such a long experience. I seriuosly can't believe how slow the check out experience was.

It's just a place I get good prices on food for wildlife, winged, 4-leg, 2-leg, feral, strays, etc. The quality is pretty good and I am supplied all year long through Wal-mart. This facility keeps it pretty stock on the items I get. The wildlife is better than the domestic animals food variety.

Well I am highly disabled and went to Walmart this afternoon to the supercenter and to find no buggies that are electronic so I have to walk around the thing and I waited for over an hour and still did not get no basket yet and not about to leave they're lost my mind

They stole money off my card at Walmart in raytown hwy 350! Do not go here late night on their terminals. Employees mess with your card info!!!!!!! Got me fklkked up. Customer service is confused and wouldn't pay me back and I had to change my card.

This is my convenient walmart. There are not many walmart stores here in Kansas City. I was so glad when I found it. Although this is not so close to my house, this store is the closest one, and I go there for shopping needs and money service. I feel like Walmart is something that we all must have in our neighborhood.

Living so close to a Walmart and driving out of the way, to go to another one, speaks volumes and now I remember why I do. Did a grocery pick up and over half of my order was missing! Not marked as unavailable, but missing. Walmart can take up to 10 business days to refund. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø Working two jobs, I’m grateful for the convenience of online ordering, but that was ridiculous.

Most of what I wanted was out of stock. The private shoppers were everywhere and rude. Apparently Walmart doesn't want walk in shoppers any more. I dont think I'll go back there again.

Disorganized and unclean. There are broken shelves and damaged merchandise. Half their inventory is non existent and the cashier couldn't count 4 $5 dollar bills. She thought I handed her 40 dollars in$5's. At this point I would rather shop at taggerTarget. Trust me that's sad now days.

This store is evil I would never come here. Their health pavilion offered a $20 store credit for touring it—they never sent it. The 800 number said to talk to the store to get. One of the employees is like laughing at her eyes. It's unsympathetic. I wouldn't go to the store if you're white: they're racist here.

I came in for a return. Bought the wrong size jeans for my son. Returns took care of it. Very simple. Showed the receipt and done. Store is clean and well set. The store manager Issac is a Walmart Rock Star. My google map reviews have over ten million views. I love recognizing fantastic customer service. Raytown Walmart is highly recommended.

Went to Walmart this morning to get a few items. Got what I needed and when I got to work I kept smelling vomit I knew it wasn't me and so I started checking my bags. I got a 12 pack of Ramen noodles in a cup and notice vomit inside the box. I called the store 3 times and no o e answered the phone. This was at 10am I called 3 different departments even the operator. I've never had a problem with this store until now.

This is one of the worst Walmarts in the Kansas City metro. The store is frequently out of stock and what is in stock looks like a tornado has shuffled it around. Deliveries from this store are never on time and because of the poor stocking, they are seldom complete.

Pick up & delivery is always messing things up. I don’t go to this Walmart often anymore because I’m always getting rotten fruits & vegetables, items with damaged packaging, chicken that’s leaking through the bags etc.It’s honestly best to just do your own shopping if you’re able to. It’s a waste of time when you have to go into the store anyways to scan barcodes & wtv else to get your money back & also have to make the extra trip to clean the seats in your car or your trunk out so it doesnt smell like rotten meat from the leaking bags when you can just avoid the whole issue altogether.

Horrible when it comes to the retail cellphone store called OSL store # 1094Won’t let me return phone, only has it for 11 days under contract with AT&T and they won’t help either. Stuck with a contract phone that don’t work, just trying to return back to Walmart OSL department not available ever😩

I don't understand how you can go from one side of town and service is fluid. You come in this area and you have poor customer service, slow cashier's and rude customers. This place is the epitome of bad help/employees. Last trip spending time or money hereUpdate-3min. after 1st review. Double checked receipt and no surprise, I was double charged for a single item and now have to wait in line and in this poorly ran store longer than wanted.

Walmart is the place to go for good prices. This can be seen by all the people at the store at any point of the day. However, there are still not enough checker check out lanes, and whomever designs the logistics of how to place grocery items by type on the shelves, needs to go back and re-examine their plan. It doesn't work!

I must say, I have nothing positive to say about this particular store, I've had poor experiences every time I've visited this store(even with curbside) . Avoid this Walmart as well as the other location off 40 & sterling. I would suggest driving to Lee's summit location. I would leave a negative star if I could, definitely doesn't deserve 1 star

I appreciate the order pickup service they offer, but this location is SLOW... Expect to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to over an hour for them to bring out order once checked in.

this is the absolute worse store i’ve ever dealt with for pickup. they don’t answer the phone, and they don’t bring orders out half of the time when you approach them. as someone who does pickup orders as a job, it isn’t as difficult as they make it. do better walmart

I shop this Walmart when I have to come help my disabled son with running his errands. I try to avoid shopping Walmart but it's just always possible. Today I was there and we decided to use the self-checkout . I asked my son if he would ask them for more checkout bags , bit of time went by and food that had sat in the cart waiting , then scanned dropped fluid on the checkout scanner plate . I asked again for bags , after trying to flag (1) of (4) employees standing in self checkout area for help and asked for paper towels to wipes the mess , ended up asking twice . I finally got bags and instead of letting us finish checking out , after waiting so long , the employee preceded to load the entire rack to the brim , after asking twice for the leakage to be wiped off the scanner plate , it was smudged across , having to move infant clothes I was going to purchase to not get damaged ... Then the employee left her scanner card lying there and I had no choice but to just give it to another employee . On top all of that she was rude , acted as if she was too good for her job or whatever her problem was , it was hideous to experience , astounding to watch and as someone else mention "maybe that's why they work at Walmart". Quality from A-Z went out the window when Sam Walton passed and left his well established , respected company in the hands of what eminates gross malfunction!

Doesn't keep shelves well stocked. Most of the time are out of things l go for. And some aisles are hard to get through because workers either leave the stocking carts in the way and block the shelves too.
