I’ve had a chance to go to several different dispensaries around the Kansas City, Mo area. The Vapor House has been my favorite for a reason. The first is the people. I’ve only had the pleasure of going to the Raytown location (I have no reason to go anywhere else now). I got to start with the employees. All three employees that work at that location are some of the nicest and honest people. They are also very educated on vapes and cannabis. I’ve met the owner once and he was just like his employees. Super nice guy, very helpful, very educated on growing cannabis. The last reason I go to The Vapor House is because of prices. Besides already having the most comparable prices in town. They also have occasional sales that blow all other dispensaries in town out of competition. They’re employees are so honest that if something is cheaper price but good they are honest. They have saved me so much money. Check them out!!! I promise you won’t regret at least seeing for yourself. Thank Vapor House for genuinely looking out for your customers.

I am new to the vaping sub-culture and really thought that i would not be able to fit in with the 'younger crowd' sort to speak. The people who work at The Vapor House, are very down to earth and treat you with much respect. My favorite employee there is Kyle; he always helps out and does not judge on my dumb "newb" questions haha. I have gone to this vape shop for over a year and i am never disappointed.

The only place I go to for my vape and cannabis needs! The owner is awesome, staff is always friendly and up for a chat, and let's not forget the real star of the show - Spacecat!The prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Skip the line at the dispensary and go here! You can pick up some snacks and pet Spacecat while you're in.

Owner needs to teach his employees about customer service. Acted like i sisnt know what I was talking about until i walked down some and saw the plant. Then gets really upset whike spraying glass cleaner on the glass ans me.I came there to spend money. No other business has treated me like this man did. Never smiled or welcomed me. Just claimed he knew everything. I blame rhe employee. Not yhe owner. Only reason I give it 3 stars because I had friends that had good experience there. I don't know what was wrong with him today.

Called every where looking for a vape mod for my rig. The owner answered was knowledgeable about his products. And was able to find me a serries mod with just a basic potentiometer. After 15 stores in town didnt know what i was talking about. This place is my new go to. He even had my batteries charged and ready when i left the store.

Worker there never even heard of a clone only strain. That's all I have to say about how educated this man is about growing. I wouldn't spend a dime there because of his attitude. Will not be back

I started coming here for all of my alternative needs out of desperation. I am a survivor of breast cancer, and I suffer from a lot of issues that come with that, pain being my biggest problem. I tried everything I could (besides turning to prescription painkillers ), in order to ease the pain but nothing work. After speaking to one of the guys( I'm really sorry I don't remember your name ), they recommended a few things to me that ended up working for me. They were extremely patient and kind and answered all of the questions I had for them. A month later I went back after having some issues with the current stuff I had (product was great but my metabolism is too high) , couldn't help with. I ended up speaking with Dani who was extremely kind, patient, and went more in depth with some questions I had been sitting on since my last visit. She customized my order and found some stuff for me that REALLY helped. It was like my world completely changed overnight. I can't find the words to express how much it meant to me that she spent so much time helping me and giving me advice on things that could work for me. My pain greatly decreased and I could finally walk around my own apartment, which sounds crazy, but my mobility was stunted due to how much pain I was in. I recommend this shop over everyone elses. Their prices are incredibly fair, their staff are knowledgeable and patient, and I felt completely welcome and comfortable when I was there.

These guys are awesome. Extremely friendly and unlike other places I've been, they explain what you might need or want to try when transitioning from smoking cigarettes to vaping. I've seen people of all ages go in here and they all come out happy. The people that work here are amazing.

Bought several 18650s from here and the guy tried to give them to me without any storage container(super unsafe). I had to ask, and all he had were the boxes the batteries came in. I miss when vape store employees actually knew about the products they sold.

I am switching from smoking to vapor and since they are 2 miles from my home I stopped by. The gentleman was very kind, polite and gave me good explanation of Vaping. I bought what he recommended and totally pleased. Excellent service, took his time to answer all my questions, and gave me what I needed. I am hooked and These guys are great.

Visited the Raytown location. It's a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. They seem to focus on quality products rather than jamming every inch of the store with items, which is what many other similar stores do. I had all my questions answered, and will happily return in the future.

A friend of mine had referred me to this place and i must say i was thouroughly surprised upon walking through the door. I was also greeted by the shop cat "Space Cat" with a meow and a nudge to be petted. I have been to a couple of dispensaries and i must say this is the best one so far! Great quality stuff to boot.

The guy working was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have a huge selection of juice to choose from and the juice they did have was pretty pricey. Even paying s&h from an online store would still be cheaper than their in store prices.

Took the wife there to replace her vape box due to a bad battery door. We thought the inside is nicely decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The staff we dealt with today was very accommodating and interested in helping my wife find the new box she needed. I, on the other hand, met their very friendly kitty, admired their pool table and bought a disc from the decent selection of disc golf discs. Very good. Would recommend to a vaper and/or disc golf player.

Really cool shop. Have a huge selection of disc golf discs and the guys there are really friendly and suggest what's really what you're looking for; not what's the most expensive. Got a discount for my first visit, and will definitely be returning

Very nice vape shop, the owner is a great guy and his employees must be knowledgeable and familiar with the products they sell. Chris is amazing at flavor profiles you just mention a few foods you like and he will find you something you like, was better back in the days when they legally could have samples for you to try first but that is not a company policy its the law :(

Love this little shop. I came in a little before closing one night looking for my coil they had it! the staff was friendly and made me feel very welcome I’m not use to that I’m usually made to feel stupid or lesser than at certain vape shops but this one felt like home!!!! ❤️
