I brought both of my dogs in to get their ears cropped. Very few vets still crop ears, so I was hesitant because I really wanted a good outcome. I wanted a long crop for both dogs, but both were cut too short. One of my dogs ears are symmetrical, but the others is not. I’ve tried pulling up his ears to see if he’s just holding them weird, but one is clearly shorter than the other. I never write reviews or complain, but I paid entirely too much money for the quality of this cropping job. Make sure you do your research on vets who crop!

My cat was misdiagnosed by another vet. We brought him to Dr. Rose for a second opinion and he was able to diagnose him with a cancer we would not have otherwise known about or been able to start treatments for. He is a very thorough and thoughtful vet. We are so thankful for him and his staff!

Had a Cane Corso puppy with a horrible cherry eye that popped up. He got her right in and got her comfortable and she was in surgery the next day. One week later you can’t even tell she ever had a cherry eye. Seriously the best cherry eye correction I have ever seen. Thank you 😊

Just found our new vet. The staff is personable and professional. The doctor is great and the prices are AMAZING! We don't feel gouged. We are not very wealthy. This is my new veteran. My dog had an emergency this morning and they were the only place that would see her. Her own Dr office wouldn't let her come in. The staff was the absolute best! The Dr, he is amazing. I'm glad I met them. We are patients for life now!!

They were so great with my pup I can’t recommend them enough. I was so nervous for his simple procedure and they were so kind and reassuring. My nerves got the best of me and I had forgotten almost immediately what they had staid the before and after care routine should be so I had to call back twice to ask again. They were kind and understanding and if they were annoyed with my several questions and needing to re ask- they didn’t show it. They were affordable and I will definitely be making this practice my go to for veterinary care!

The city is holding our dog under these people care.They left his leash on him on ..Sunday June 17 2018 i was there almost every hr to see him never seen any one i banged on all the doors lights were out.I never seen a soul to attend to these dogs.Here today i arrive at 730am Monday 18th there my dog stood in his cage with leash on and mangled with no water,he recently had his salivary glands removed a month ago which requires him to have large amounts of water due to his condition.

I was in fast need of help as my dog had managed to give her self a 4 /5 inch long rip and tore muscles and ligaments in her shoulder . I called them and they said they could take her right in. No questions asked. And my dog is and out side dog so does not smell the greatest at all times but they again not judge like or anything. She is a hunting dog and so she is trained out side and well taken care of. But anyways I was just so happy how fast they were to except her and get her in and out. Very happy for this place. I highly Recommend it and the staff and the Dr are very sweet and very professional. We tried to tip them and they would not except it. But are more deserving than we could have given. It’s nice to have good people who still care and have good values . Thank you all so much for helping out our piper !!!!

Recently moved to Raytown and my doxie had a tooth abcess. I called and got an appointment. They got her in and did a complete dental work on her. She did great and we were treated so well. Everyone made us feel like we've been coming here for years. I definitely recommend them.

We had yet to establish care for our pets after moving to the area and had two urgent medical situations arise. The staff here is very kind and patient and so helpful! The veterinarian provided excellent care and gave realistic options given each of the situations and didn't pressure us to choose any type of care. The service charges for both visits were very reasonable. We are so glad we found this clinic!

Dr Rose is always very attentive to my 4 dogs. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and explains things in a caring, yet honest way about what is going on with my pets. He is also an excellent surgeon as demonstrated by the easy healing process my pets have experienced with multiple surgeries over the years. I would not take my animals to any other vet.

Outside feral Momma kitty brought me her runt w/badly infected eyes and very tiny. They got me in to see the Doctor quickly. He examined her, gave meds. She got well. Then she got food poisoning from a bad can of cat food, vomiting and diarrhea. Once again they got us in, took care of her and she is well again. Very kind, caring and efficient office assistant and Vet. Love taking my kitty there!

We've been taking our fur babies to Dr. Rose since we moved to Raytown 4 years ago. He and his staff are incredibly caring towards our three dogs and cat. He even takes the time to get to know us. His prices are incredibly reasonable. He believes that a pet's health care is a priority and to keep it that way, vet prices need to be reasonable. Recently we had to put our beloved 15 year old dog to sleep. He even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. We adore Dr. Rose and the staff at Raytown Animal Hospital. We will continue to take our fur babies there for years to come.

Excellent care for my cat after being bit by another cat. Abscess removed and stitched up. Complete recovery . Every year I take my cat for shots and check up. Dr. Rose and staff are terrific. I have been taking my dogs here for years, Dr. Rose & Elizabeth are absolutely amazing! We drive about 30 mins to continue to go here after we moved. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my dogs, they have done everything from normal check ups & shots, to an amputation & chemo on one of our dogs. And our dogs all love them!

I would like to express how pleased I am with the services provided by Dr. Rose and his staff. He has cared for our boxers for a number of years. His advice as to treatment has always respected our wishes, but he does not hesitate to help us make an appropriate decision that is in the best interest of our pets and our pocket book. Our pets have always done well with any surgery and have had no complications. Their recoveries has gone smoothly and quickly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing good and reasonable veterinarian care. We have had years of excellent service.
