I can’t say enough about Heavenly Pets & Sky, the groomer. My girl, Aspen, has mobility issues & Sky took such great care of her. I sent her a lengthy email about my baby’s issues & Sky personally reached out to me to make sure she got the care/accommodations needed. As for the actual grooming, it’s as phenomenal as their customer service. Aspen’s fur was so shiny, soft, & smelled so good! Her mats were gone & the bows in her hair & bandanna were such a sweet touch. I have found our forever groomer! Thank you so much Sky & staff ❤️

This was my first time trying heavenly pets, I recently took my puppy to petsmart the worst mistake ever. I was so nervous to pick her up but once I seen her I loved her cut they did exactly what I asked for plus more. Her fur was so soft and she smelled so good I couldn’t be more satisfied. I will forever choose heavenly pets!!!!

5 stars not enough! I moved 30 minutes north and still use Heavenly Pets. They are kind people who genuinely care for the animals they groom. They even know my pup by name and his skin care needs. Added bonus, they come to your car to pick up your pet!

My dog has been going there for as long as, well, I've had her 12 years now and took her there when she was with my Grandmother before I got her. She's 18 and loves it. When I ask her if she's ready for her "Spa Day" she gets excited and leaps from me to them to get started!

We take our silky terrier here monthly. They are very friendly and convenient! Drop off and pick up from our car, and always great service and professional cuts!

We have been to a half dozen vets over the years and not happy with any of them till we came here. This place is great . If you have a pet with permanent life problems this is the place to go. They do t give you a line of bull they are straight up forward and honest and the prices are good. Love this place

They were so great for my dog. He acts like we are murdering him when we trim his nails, but Heavenly Pets was able to keep him calm and get him in and out in less than 5 mins. Will be going back every month for sure!

The Ladies are simply AMAZING! I took my puppy in for his first cut and I admit I was worried about placing my baby boy in their care for a few hours. But the reviews I read put me at ease. I asked for a puppy cut which can vary by groomers a bit. So I was thrilled when Sky asked questions on my view of a puppy cut. He was ready on time an looks fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them and their services!!! We have found our go to groomer and will absolutely be back!!!!

I heard about Heavenly Pets through a serious animal lover and, when I took my three dogs there, they lived up to their great reputation. They treated my boys very well and they look so handsome! 😉 The woman who was working the curbside interactions with customers was very friendly and helpful even in the pouring rain!

This review is long overdue. Heather was decent for our first runaround but was an absolute diva for the next. Reached out to her via text to see if she had availability same day with no expectations. Her response was completely unprofessional, didactic, and condescending. If you are overwhelmed with your workload do what credible and experienced business owners do - hire help instead of taking your frustration out on customers and worst their pets.

She shaved my dogs face so close you can see her skin and didn't trim the hair on her legs. Not professional at all.

Just go to get nails trimmed. Schedule is usually booked but easy to get in and out for this service. Very friendly staff. Curbside drop off and pick up.

My yellow lab is not the most friendly dog, but the staff here does their best to accommodate us and keep her smelling fresh. I have one recommendation, as a place of business, I think it would be polite and professional to answer the phone and state your name so the customer can know who they are talking with.

My dog totally loves Heavenly Pets! He's always excited to see the groomers and they are always very nice to me. They do such a wonderful job making my Teddy so cute. They even put a cute scarf on him and he is always so fluffy and soft when I come to get him, you guys are awesome!

They will muzzle my difficult dog and she always looks fresh and cute. I've heard they use a lot of natural products. My girl seems less stressed here than her previous place at a chain pet store.

My Sissy had a deformed few claw that she won't let us touch. These ladies are amazing with my little runt Beagle baby. No muzzle either, that really makes me happy.

Not totally satisfied with the end results.....looked like only his face was cut, could tell no cutting around his tail, if it was, not a good job at all..... keeping it 100....may have to go to another location
