I had an issue at the register due to cashier error, the manager was called and after a lengthy debate the issue was resolved. Employees are not that courteous, friendly or welcoming. I won't go back any time soon.

As far as Family Dollars go, this one is pretty good. They do a good job (better than formerly) I'm keeping the shelves stocked and the staff is always friendly. If you're looking for low-cost necessities is there a good store to visit. Just don't buy food because it tends to be overpriced, particularly in the refrigerated items.

I had to shop Christmas Eve. Internet said open until 10:00 they made it very clear they were closing at 9:00 when I was in the store I was at the register before they closed before the 9:00 time. Yes, it's Christmas eve. I'm sorry I'm shopping. Do I want to be? No. Don't count on good customer service. I was berated and belittled talked down to being told that I knew what I was doing as if it was malicious during my entire transaction of almost $100. Do you know how much stuff that is at the family dollar?? You know don't get a job there if you don't want to work hours like that that's what retail is bro. Daytime this place is better I think but... I will never come back here and I'm sure they don't care. There's another one about a mile down the road keep on going to it. Merry Christmas to the oh so kind employees that helped me Christmas Eve in the year 2020 you made it very memorable. thank you.

Your basic Family Dollar. What I don't like is the store layout. It doesn't make any sense! It seems to be in no particular order, which made it hard to find some things. For example, I needed a couple things from the baby aisle and I lapped the store 3 times and went to checkout. And there it was..the baby aisle is located right up front next to the registers! Odd location. Maybe that stuff gets stolen more than other stuff? IDK? But, super annoying. Also, they didn't seem to even carry a few basic items I ran in there for.

This is the first store I've seen since the pandemic began - to ever be so perfectly stocked and organized!! Not something we are used to here in raytown. Great job folks!!

This afternoon was my 1st time shopping in this Family Dollar, 63rd & Raytown Rd. Was looking for small pictures for bathroom. Out of luck, not in stock. Trying to avoid Walmart's but I guess that's where I'll have to go.

Went in to buy flowers they haven't stocked that area in a while. When we asked when they would get any she said they haven't had any in a while and didn't know when there would be any.

Store was clean & the staff were very kind. Most of all I respected them all for wearing mask to help prevent spreading this nasty virus to the public. Wished all stores were like that!👍

No mask was worn by the worker. Mask mandate was not in place either. A shopper was in there wearing no mask either.
