Every other time I come in here no problems but today I dealt with the grouchiest old man ever. His name is Curtis and he seems so miserable and shouldn’t be working customer service. Definitely won’t be back to this store if his rude and unhappy self is working.

I give the employees 5 stars for having to put up with working in the dark for 8 months corporate get your acted together and fix the lights these employees are very loyal and do a great job.

Not sure if it's due to COV 19 they don't have a lot of things in stock.if you're going to take advantage of a sale you better get there first thing you might find what you're looking for but, in this area it seems all the stores are the same in their defense it is a clean store. Never had any bad experiences just can't get what I'm looking for a lot. Usually pretty good customer service just given a three because when you go in for toilet paper and it's been all this time and you need a paper plate or a plastic fork I mean. But it's all right.

Nice store, however it felt like they expected everyone to steal something. The PA recording was repetitive in saying you were being watched. Uncomfortable but I'm sure a deterrent. The cashier was sweet and gave excellent service as she showed us masks for my son.

Great place to pick up odds and ends. They have groceries and almost any other item you would need around the house in a Quick Squeeze. Sizes of products are a little weird but they do carry tons of name brand items. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly which makes visits to this store tolerable. There seems to always be a very long line. Sometimes the friendliness of the staff only adds to the long wait as they discuss the latest gossip with whoever is in line. Something that I am finding as an issue with all Dollar General stores is the clutter in the aisles. It seems as though the stocking is never complete. Often times you may find yourself searching through shipping boxes for you favorite items.

Its clean. And unlike most of the Dollar Generals in this area they keep their restocking tidy and not blocking up half the damn store.I never have to wait at the counter, the employees wear their damn uniforms. And also I've never been there directly after a robbery which, the one on Blue Ridge I've showed up and they had just been robbed.

Very nice staff and one of the neatest Dollar General locations I have come across. This is a great neighborhood store. Sometimes the cashiers can be a bit slow and there can be a bit of a wait, but other than that it's a prime location.

One of my favorite Dollar General stores (E. 63rd St.) Raytown. I can always go there & find everything I need. The cashier's are always friendly & nice. Keep up the great work of having an organized & clean store. Thank you.

The lady at on the register was very nice and pleasant. So many ppl are not like that and it really is nice to see someone who is. They put a smile on my face when they give customer service like that.

My experience was a good one, I give 3 and half stars due to hard to get around while the ladies were stocking the store otherwise they were very helpful when needing prices of things on shelf that didn't have prices listed. Overall a nice experience

Super helpful staff. If you want to return a purchase (even if you literally bought it 15 hours before, MUST HAVE RECEIPT). Kind of cluttered in some places but decent prices.PSA: to get here during the weekday, day to early evening, you typically have to go through a school zone. My advice to you? Don't speed if those yellow lights are flashing, cause they wait for ya at the end of the streets and inpassing lots!

Has most everything u can say or pick up some brand names too...for only 1.00.Mops, toothpaste, ice cream, veggies, hair products and brooms. Foil. Plates, glasses. Depends on which. Store u go too the more items...it’s 1.25 store now just like everyone else price hiking ughhhh used to be Myyyy favorite store now it’s impossible to even walk into store seems like everyone has forgotten what customer service is nowThat’s a complete turn off for me Myyyy money spends like every body’s else’s

Dollar general/ E. 63rd St. Newly built, clean organized merchandise with friendly helpful staff. Always stocked with everything that I need for my household. I drive & pass 2 other $ stores just to shop there. But in the kitchen household aisle need a selection of table decorations, & pictures so that I don't have to go up to 350 Hyway. Thanks

This location is alright. Its located in a good place, but closes earlier than the other locations. This one isn't as big as the others either and they will rush you out once its 10 mins within closing time. I don't visit this as often due to not being able to find things that I get at other locations.

Very clean, everything it put away very nicely and organized. The worker there is very nice and I complimented how great the store is, and they said the general manager helps a lot.

This is my favorite dollar general to go to. The staff is so friendly . We always have a great conversation. The store is clean and not cluttered down with boxes

I enjoy the shopping in the place. 50% of the time. I get easily disappointed when I drive to a place for something they should carry and then... Boom. They don't... Such a waste of a store.

This is the third time that I have been into this specific DG. Each time that I have been in there, I feel like I am being treated like a criminal. The recording that comes on every 2 minutes stating that I am being watched, and someone is following and asking to help me. I will not be back to this DG.
