I don’t like shopping here anymore I used to all the time tell the older lady with the long grey hair acted like I was finna steal when I’m a regular that shopped here I found another dollar generals I recommend on 350 highway way more better and friendly do not shop here at this location at 63rd unless you want to deal with rude people like her . Never experienced any other dollar general is generally is better than this location they shouldn’t treat regular customers like that

Many isles are blocked with carts full of unboxed merchandise. Store is dirty. Many items have been opened and dumped on the floor. This place could use new management.There are 2 other Dollar Generals in Raytown that are much better and within driving distance.

This is my favorite dollar general. I absolutely love the manager and all the employees. Always so helpful and friendly. Also, in response to the gentleman below. They have carts in the aisle sometimes because they restocking the shelves duh. I think this guy is the one that needs new management.

I only gave this store a 2 star for the staff, they are amazing. The store itself is awful. You can never see whats available they have carts filled with boxes as tall as the isles. Completely ridiculous. Go to another location if your looking for something specific, chances are you won't be able to find it in this store, because of the blocked isles

A great place to go for the things you buy at a Dollar General Store. This location is well run, stock the shelves beautifully and keep stock up in a nice organized way. The help at the checkout register are always smiling and nice to deal with. They are also fast so you don't have to stand in line any longer than neccessary.

1 Of the few places that carries my favorite monster and less expensive than QuikTrip. Since I've had hand surgery every single time I've been in there they've got out of their way to make sure I have help getting my drinks anything else I need. I love this place they are a lifesaver and right around the corner from my house

I love love love this store, you can really tell the manager really cares about their store. Its always clean and well lit, the shelves are always stocked, the staff is really nice and always ask did you find everything okay.... Keep up the great work at this store, my favorite Dollar General to shop at...

Most of the cashiers are friendly and willing to help. They are required to do a lot of stocking so they don't notice when there is a customer at the front somtimes. Good prices on some items, overpriced on others.

One of the better Raytown Dollar General locations. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they frequently are running low or out of stock of the things I commonly buy. But don't let that sway you away because what you buy they may never be low or out of.

Hit and miss on friendliness of staff. Some are great, but a few are short and seem annoyed you came in. No fault to the staff, but it is crowded with overstock. Need more space. Otherwise good.

This Dollar General is basically my go-to when I am in the Raytown area. It's not always the neatest, but the employees are helpful and friendly. They always seem to have what I need if I look hard enough, and it's easy to get to.

The Christmas section says $0.25 Christmas stuff. They would not price adjust based on the price it rang up for. They had boxes of books $1 ea right next to the Christmas sign. Told us they couldn't price adjust any more. Way to go for false advertising.The store had product all over the floor. Kind of a dirty dollar general.

Employees there are never friendly at all don't speak back don't assist customers and never smile. Openly discuss other employees getting fired and stealing etc. Poor customer service and unprofessional. The manager seems to be the only real customer service representative.

Four aisles blocked with carts full of boxes. Don't need anything bad enough to fight that, can get it at Walmart. Not anyway to run a business, hire night stockers.

Reasonable prices overall. Great values in the dollar aisle. Be careful though because there's pretty much always boxes blocking pathways completely or almost completely.

It's a pretty good Dollar General sometimes the shelves are stocked and they got carts in the way where you can't get through but all in all it's pretty good close to the house

I SHOP THERE OFTEN& BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MOSTLY, I'VE ALWAYS FELT LIKE SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER AS THEY WALK IN THE DOOR,MAKES THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME AND APPRECIATIVE. AND I ALSO NOTICED THERE AREN'T ANY OTHER CULTURES WORKING THERE BESIDES CAUCASIAN.

Dollar General typically have great sales but this location makes it hard to shop. Even on Saturdays the aisles are blocked with boxes from stocking, messy aisles, and often empty shelves.

You should know your prices before entering. Some things are cheaper some are not. The dollar General name is just a name. One deduction for not really being money saving store. One deduction for clutter and hard to walk around in.

Excellent service and good food, be sure to check out their gumbo. No blaringly loud music makes a great place for conversation.
