Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For 3 days I call the pharmacy 5 to 6 times a day, each time being on hold for upwards of 30 mins and never did anyone ever answer the phone. I finally had to give up and switch pharmacies. Absolutely ridiculous and atrocious customer service.

Good luck trying to call them to ask anything. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. Some people have an actual need to call in and get something filled because of their schedule, or to check on their order. One time, it was over an hour until someone answered.I went there one time to just see what they do with the phones. They put the volume really low so it doesn't keep saying customer waiting. Like, at least pick up and say that there's a wait and that you'll get back to me.It's like this every single time. The other CVS in Raytown is a little better but not by much.

Website for the store, and Google both show that the pharmacy is open until 8 PM, yet when I walked in at 5:01 PM the staff had closed the majority of the gates to the pharmacy and said they close at five on Fridays. At least six or seven people were coming in behind me that also needed medication’s one of which said that this is something that severely affects her health Yet they still said they close at five and there’s nothing they can do.

I have used this pharmacy for years but handwritten come inside signs, mishandling prescriptions, and the overall lack of service mean I must drive farther away from my home. These pictures were taken on two separate days.

Moved to the area in 2022 and was directed to this pharmacy by a friend. The pharmacist at the time, Nick Jackson, was outstanding and always made sure we were taken care of. Sadly, CVS was not able to keep talent like Nick and he left. Although some of the people that Nick hired like Lyfe are heroically trying to do a great job, the new pharmacist does not seem to be invested at all and this pharmacy has suffered as a result.

I came to this location and no where on the door or windows says it’s not open til 10am only online you find that information. False advertisement

TY so much for being open on Thanksgiving since that is when my medicine is due. There are very few pharmacy's that would do that for those of us in need. Bless you.
