Pharmacy very understaffed. Very slow. Lines of people lined up. One pharmacist and one tech taking care of drive up and counter. They are running a week behind fulfilling prescriptions. I drove across the city while on hold. They are not answering phones. The people working are doing the best they can. CVS corporate needs to step up. I had the same problem five months ago. My script was sent here by accident. Nothing has changed. Avoid this Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the worst. The card machine is always malfunctioning(if you try to use an FSA card)but if you use Debit or Credit it works just fine 🤔. I immediately came home to check my balance, and wouldn't you know it. I have plenty of funds. Anytime you ask about it they have a silly excuse. Hint: this only happens when a certain person is checking you out🤨. CVS needs to look into that. I'm so tired of this pharmacy, yes it's in a convenient spot but they never have enough people to work in the pharmacy. I'm sure I will be switching very soon, this is ridiculous. ðŸ˜

The outside of the store is very unclean.....trash form other stores blown on the parking lot.....the mens restroom toilet has deification from others before me and there is no scrubber to clean it or barely any TP to wipe myself.....this store is not kept up since Stacy got sick.....very ashamed of this store manager not checking his location.....!😡😡😡😡

Recently took a Drive-Thru COVID test. I was able to sign up on CVS's website, schedule/test the same day. The process was fast, easy to follow and painless. I did have to schedule on a laptop, but I don't know if that was my phone's fault or their website. On my phone I wasn't able to add my insurance card copies.

I've always had really good interactions with the pharmacy. When my kiddos were sick La took time to come and help me pick out over-the-counter medicines. All the techs have been really nice. Sure they get stressed, but I can't imagine having to have worked in the medical field, any part, during the pandemic.

Candy is a good deal. Not too long of a wait for meds. they let tree limbs play over the sidewalk for a month and nobody did anything about it it's actually a fairly busy route for walkers and they had to go around these tree limbs it must not be well managed

I wish I could give 0 stars.I always have questions about my prescription and The pharmacy never answers the phone. Ever! The will keep you on hold or hang up!I waste my time driving all the way up there for something They could’ve told me over the phone if they would answer

The one clerk I saw in the store was horrible -- not paying attention to customers properly, speaking in a snarky attitude to customers, looking like he hated being there. Some young guy. Totally unacceptable behavior. (I was there on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at about 11:45 a.m.)Now, CVS always has a variety of good deals for people who have a CVS card -- which they give you in return for your personal info which they use for marketing purposes. If you like these deals in exchange for using you for marketing, they are available at any CVS store. My review here is for this CVS store in particular.CVS, like all business, is in a terrible position: it is desperately hard to find competent people with proper attitudes (polite, friendly, respectful, service-oriented). Maybe the management has tried for weeks to get the snarky young guy at this store to be a professional without success, and they can't find any anyone else who is even willing to hold a regular job there. Who knows. The culture is collapsing, so this is all the more common nowadays.

90% off Christmas items!!! Just wish there were Price tags-shelf Sale signage like ANYWHERE at this location.LOVE CVS-BUT this is my least favorite location to go to for ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE which is unfortunate since it's only a 1/2 mile from my house! The shelves are never stocked, remaining product is never visibly priced, I've only seen the store manager come out of her side door office maybe twice-the front end cashier is the only available or employee in sight EVER when you need assistance. And forget about the pharmacy-they seem to work only banker hours and never less than a 6hr to 1 DAY WAIT on any prescription refills.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Morgan had a rude tone, and La the pharmacist was no help with getting my prescription transferred over as soon as possible. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work if I'm being honest.

The tech at the drive-thru was VERY RUDE. They didn't have enough pills to fill my prescription and I told him I really needed. Then he said they could give me enough to get through until the next day and I said that would be fine because he really needed it. The tech went off in a huff like it was an inconvenience and not long after I got the pills I needed until the next day when the rest would be ready. He was also rude to my mother after she asked him about how his day was going. He snapped back at her answer said, "I do what I can but sometimes customers need to be more reasonable. Then I called and spoke to the manager to complain and he hung up on me! The next step will be the manager's boss.

Well goodness. Who’s not happy here? I just asked a simple question asking for an alternative to Benadryl. I guess there isn’t one. Thank you. The issue is Mr. Pharmacists ... you where to busy to look at me??? To busy to smile? To busy or miserable? You weren’t busy. I believe the cashier was Darion. Not sure if I remember correctly because I asked as there was no name tag. Again no welcome greeting , no smile and not overly nice to the older gentleman in front of me. I could go into more detail but I’m trying to say... be more like your day shift associates who have been welcoming and friendly. I’ll give a 3 vs 0 because of those experiences.

Very disappointed in this store. Thought I would switch, since it is close to me.. But after calling 3 different times and on hold for 10-15 mins each time. One would think they at least answer and you to hold a moment. We decided to go get my meds. Still had to wait, while they re-entered my insurance info and fill the script.

The pharmacy is always willing to help!The pharmacist is always willing to help you with a problem and answer your questions. Even though they are very busy.Workers threw out the entire store are always helpful and friendly, great staff!!

Typical local pharmacy. Some of the staff are very customer service oriented, when they are there it is great to come into the store. There are a few that have opportunities to grow. Sometime the shelves look a little bare as the may only have 1-2 of a certain item.

Do not believe anything you are told on the phone about your prescription. The pharmacist is overwhelmed, the staff is incompetent. CVS could hire more pharmacists to address the problems here.

Tried calling the pharmacy to find out status of prescription. On hold for 20 minutes. Used a friend phone to call the main line to see if pharmacy is open and they stated yes and they answer calls in order received. Still on hold 48 minutes later.
