Pharmacy technician uses inappropriate language and is hard to work with. I had to leave and come back even after the first text message said it was ready. The technician had my order off to the side. If I had not brought my husband with me, I feel that he would have confronted me. Removing my medication from CVS permanently. This was the third strike.

Terrible pharmacy. The CVS I normally would go to, closed so it was changed to this location. I had my kids meds on automatic refill and haven’t gotten anything. Not to mention, my son is currently sick. The doctor called on his meds Sunday and I literally had to call for them to start on it, got a text to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. Waited for her to find it then she had to unpack it and mix it. Found out he was allergic, the doc called his meds in once again and they never filled it, I had to walk in just for them to fill it. Idk if they need help and are just understaffed but this is the worse pharmacy ever.

Associates I’ve come in contact with have been nice and helpful. Not many CVS store in my area. I do feel as though this location doesn’t have as much merchandise as others in suburban areas. I haven’t had a bad experience so I will continue to shop this location.

Called and they said they would be closing at 5 today. I left work early and was there by 4:27 and the doors are locked and closed and no one in sight. Absolutely screw yall. Not to mention judgy employees on the phone. Rude and unprofessional. Do better.

The drive thru window is not currently open And has not been for 2 weeks.They have mailed me my prescriptions when I get there they give me some more. My doctor called in a prescription the day before they don't have it ready I don't know what's going on with this Pharmacy but it's really going downhill.

The pharmacy is terrible! I’ve tried calling today for a quick simple question and the first time was on hold (nobody ever picked up!) for 53 min and was disconnected. The second time was on hold for 24 min. I hung up to call the actual store. They couldn’t help with anything other than transferring me back to the pharmacy where I was on hold again for another 15 min! Nobody EVER ANSWERED THE DAMN PHONE! Absolutely ridiculous! No matter how must, answer, find out what they needs, if it’s going to take a min, then place them on hold and come back to them. Don’t ignore phone calls and then never answer them or hang up on them after so long! CVS has been terrible here lately and it makes me want to just transfer everything somewhere else. Answer your phones people!

Went to pick up prescription, drive through said "closed", went inside and they told me it wasn't ready because they are a week behind. Told me they could fill it for me but I'd have to sit there an hour and wait. If they can do that then WHY CANT THEY FILL IT IN A TIMELY MANNER WHILE IM NOT WAITING THERE?¿!! Terrible service at all times for everyone I know who's gone there for scripts. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!

If the pharmacy is fully open it's a miracle these days!! Forget about the closing early! 80% of the time the drive thru isn't open. Make sure you get there atleast 10 minutes before the pharmacy closes. They tend to close early.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs works so hard…. I showed up the line was a bit long but the tech at counter Kayla was very good at multitasking she was ringing two people out at once she answered everyone’s questions ( the other customers knew her and a few other techs by name )and even went to fill my prescription quickly I am a new customer and I am extremely satisfied

Almost impossible to talk to a pharmacy rep when calling in. Took me 5 attempts. Drive thru had one person in front of me. I waited 15min than had to go inside where it was ready for pickup. Techs here have used non professional language in addressing customers. Too much slang, I like to be referred to as Sir not these other names. They need to shape up 😐

Absolutely the slowest CVS in the area. No one answers the phone and it's infuriating. Had to drive out of my way, and wait longer because you can't speak to a person unless you're in the store.Update: now they've not moved my meds over to the store close to my house and I can't get my meds. Called two days ago and they did absolutely nothing.

I have tried twice today to call for an update of my meds, 30 mins hold time both times. My meds were called in on 7/24 and have been "in progress" ever since but the app shows the last fill date as the 24th. No one ever answers the phone and it takes forever to actually get prescriptions filled. If they're so short staffed, HIRE MORE PEOPLE and run the business professionally!!

We came in today and asked why is it that our prescriptions are 5 days behind and we can't even change to Walgreens ACROSS THE STREET. They will never answer the phone they LIED and said they will have it sent over to Walgreens and it's LATER THE SAME DAY AND NOTHING! The woman says they're short staffed with 10 people behind the counters. She then went on to tell us they don't know how to answer the phone! DISGRACEFUL! We will be looking at a lawsuit as my father needs his medication and they're HOLDING IT HOSTAGE! RUN FROM THIS CVS! Not to mention when we finally showed irritation the black girl at the front who was very much ready to clock out in our faces walks away mid issue. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GIVE US OUR MEDICINE!

I was struggling to find my son's medicine and to get it to go through insurance. Nikki at the pharmacy was so kind and helpful. She helped me find the generic of the medication at another location so that I could self pay while waiting for insurance to get worked out and even called me the next day to let me know that it all got figured out. Thank you for being so patient and helping me get what I needed for my son.

Called to check on a prescription and we’re told to come pick it up 5 mins later we got here to pick up my husband’s meds for his septic infection and they closed the window. Closed the whole store two hours before they were supposed to. They can’t seem to hire anyone to do their jobs correctly. It’s not a holiday it’s just your typical monday, with your typical lazy workers.

They couldn't transfer a prescription faster than 48 hours. It takes a 5 minute phone call. The grocery store transfered it, & had it in an hour. They need to get their act together.b

I’m shocked about how this CVS store is run!!! I arrived at the store on 350 highway at 9:30am (opens at 8am) and there were several customers waiting to get inside. Management must not care because the same employee that opens the door doesn’t get there until 9:30am on a bus. Hire someone that has transportation!!! It’s just poor business not opening until 9:30am!!!

I’m not sure why these people are saying such rude things about the same people who work so hard to provide them with the medications they need, sure they may be understaffed but they are always there, whether there’s 2 of them or 5, they’re consistent and they are always working, moving back and forth, I’m not sure that many people can understand that working in a pharmacy, especially RETAIL pharmacy, can be a nightmare, but with the cards that the two pharmacists and the techs have been dealt, they are playing their hand as best as the possibly can, for starters, Nick and Francis, the two pharmacists are always super helpful when it comes to product locations, vaccine updates, and just keeping us informed on how our medications work, Francis did recently come back after a long hiatus, it was great to know that he’s back, Nick has been there for as long as I can remember, he’s always been easy to talk to and communicates clearly. The most notable of the pharmacy technicians (there’s 4 of them) that I rarely go a day without seeing either all 2-4 of them in the same day, the 3 that I know have been there for longer are all wonderful, they’re all super helpful and willing to help, thank corporations for nametags or I’d have to describe them! The 3 longer tenured techs: taylor, for starters, she is never not in motion, she’s very good at what she does, super efficient and definitely helps support a lot of the newer techs, she never really seems to take a break which is great and all but we all need to rest every now and then, she works extremely hard and it absolutely shows with the occasional towers of prescriptions that can be seen over the wooden wall or shelf. Next, jayci or jacyi? She’s so informative and professional while still being able to understand and explain well enough to where I understand what she’s saying and apply it to how I take my medications, she’s helpful on the phone as well, she makes sure to mention when I’m low on refills so I can make sure to call my doctor in advance, she definitely seems like a well rounded employee and I hope she continues to do what she does! the next is samantha, I only recognize her because of the wonderful coloring she seems to change in her hair every so often, it’s a unique way to familiarize with customers, she can always help explain any figurative bumps that may come up in refilling a prescription like my insurance or scheduled refills, and it just makes my day a bit easier, she’s been there awhile, and she definitely knows her way around. The last tech is the first male technician I’ve seen in a pharmacy in some time, admittedly, I was a little thrown off by his physical stature, he’s like a brick wall! nevertheless, my first time interacting with him was great! He was more than helpful and was empathetic and I could relate to the young man, he even refilled my prescription in about 5 minutes and I had it then and there! He’s always smiling and trying his best to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible, he’s also super fast at helping the lines at the pick up! I’ve talked with him some bit when I was the only person in line, he seems like a genuine person, heart on his sleeve kind guy. I ran into him the other day, but he was working the register at the front of the store! He explained that he was covering for the 1 front of store staff member that was there that day. Additionally, this young man has a doozy of a name, Lord forgive me if I butcher this, but it’s pronounced “life” but it’s spelled LYPH. I hope that’s right.. anyhow, this young man may not be the best at anything there given how long he’s been there, but he seems to go out of his way to try everything that that job can offer. Mr LYPH is a once in a lifetime person, he’ll always do his best to help you any way he can!With those wonderful employees names out there I feel a bit better, I can only hope that my sole appreciation can help others begin to appreciate these hardworking individuals as much as I do, they really do try their best to work with us, and some people just can’t see that!

It's a pharmacy from hell. Lack of staff, lack of pharmacists, lack of details regarding precriptions. They look tired, they look uninterested and it shows. Long lines, drive though is impossible. I took my RX's to another business. Just can't trust big places like this anymore. Its more of a hassle than it helps.

Really scary when the people who handle your medications can not give you straight answers. I have asked so many times to stop calling me several times a day that I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the FCC. The FCC rep told me that this is a common complaint with CVS but the local pharmacy can help sometimes. Not this place, they are hands off with any real complaints and file it under not their problem. Hopefully they will get fined by regulators otherwise don't give them your real number unless you love robo calls several times a day including weekends.

4/12/23 waited on the phone for 20 minutes and they never picked up, I’m sure they had it on silent because it never said where I was in line. This is a pathetic store we need our medication and Need info when CVS sends us messages about why they can’t fill it. I’m changing to Walgreens
