Auntie Heather is amazing at what she does 🌸 I have a hard time leaving my baby with others, but with Auntie Heather I never have to worry. She treats my baby as if she were her own and I love that about her. She really shows her love for the fur babies through her work, I couldn't ask for a better groomer. Plus ! She smells wonderful when I pick her up and I just love when she does her nails 💕

Auntie Heather is just that... she is every person and fur babies Auntie! I have a very high anxiety dog when it comes to nail clipping . Auntie Heather didn't just say well he hates it so I am not going to do it.... She did just the opposite. She tried different ways, until she found the way that works for Buddy. It might take a little longer, it is not the easiest with my squirming dog, but she still finds a way. I appreciate her love and care for animals. To know that if ever something was wrong with Buddy or even questionable, Heather will let me know so I could have him checked out. My Buddy is not the easiest dog, he can have attitude, he can be very stubborn. I used to stress so much over how is Buddy going to get groomed!! Thankfully, Auntie Heather gives me such a peace of mind and takes very good care of Buddy.

We took our toys poodles who were a hot mess because they don't take to grooming well. They left looking the best I have ever seen them. Heather was so helpful with our dog who gets aggressive and fussy when groomed. We were so impressed, and we will continue to take our babies here.

I could not give enough praise for my and my dog’s experience with them. They went the extra mile and then some with my german shepherd. Ear cleaning, talked over nail care, extra care because my dog is older with bad hips, and so much more. Lovely people all around and my only complaint is I didn’t go to them sooner. She is very good at what she does and she is open with her customers and not afraid to be herself, which helps to make your experience personalized and fun. It was our first visit with Auntie Heather today, she is absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t sure how my dog would do on her first groom but she loved her. She showed me where Kelce would be groomed and kept afterwards, she seems to have all bases covered with safety and comfort in mind! If you want your pup pampered this is the place to go.

We've been using Auntie Heathers for almost a year and will not take our girl any where else. We are comfortable leaving Starr with Heather and we are very particular about who cares for Starr. I felt welcomed when I met Heather and she was so good with my dog. She explained everything she did and she shared the products she used and she groomed my dog inside out. It has taken a long time to find a groomer like Auntie Heather. My Yorkie and Chihuahua had their first real spa day this week and they not only look and smell wonderful but they are no longer biting their feet or scratching constantly because of the products and special care. Auntie Heather‘s will be my regular go to place. These ladies are really special and caring. I would have to call them Rockstars. They really go the extra mile. I was especially impressed that he would not groom a dog with Heartworm because it would have been too dangerous for the dog have to give them a heads up for that give them a try you won’t be disappointed

Quickly responds to text, was able to fit me in for with short notice, and she super cared for my dog. I appreciated that she didn't push my dog (who has massive anxiety) too far!It was great that she allowed me to stay, see the area, and was completely transparent with why she was doing certain things. She also provided allergy friendly treats to my pup. AND when bathing my nervous dog, I helped soothed her, got my tank top wet, and Heather offered me a spare shirt to throw mine into her dryer real quick (I wasn't even that damp). Definitely recommend!

As a first time dog mom i was very nervous about picking a groomer for my golden retriever puppy because i wanted the best for him. I was browsing through lots of grooming places but auntie heathers stood out cause it seemed like everyone there really cared about the dogs and genuinely loved what they do. When i arrived they greeted me and my puppy with open arms! They gave my puppy a bandana and a lil tie when he was all done and he looked so handsome ! I also love that they give you a lil review on how well ur puppy did with everything and pictures ofc ! If you’re looking for a new groomer or just need one in general i would definitely recommend auntie heathers! They are the absolute nicest and best at what they do. What an amazing person and groomer! ✨She really took care of my dog whom I acquired over the weekend.Unfortunately, he was in really bad shape. He was matted badly and was extremely dirty. The pictures really don’t show how poor of shape he was in.She worked magic and I do mean magic to get him together.He is a different dog.She was able to squeeze me in out of the kindness of her heart and for that I am grateful.He wasn’t eating the dog food I bought for him and she donated some food to me and advised me to buy FreshPet and paste.He’s been eating the food as she advised.She’s a miracle worker!Auntie Heather is compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. ❤️Her wisdom and understanding of dogs helped me so much going forward. I was a wreck initially and feeling totally overwhelmed to say the least.She helped both of us.I cannot praise Auntie Heather enough. My little dog had his first appointment with Auntie Heather this morning. We were nervous as it was a new place for our fur baby but from the moment she opened her door with her big smile I knew we were in good hands! She kept me updated during my dogs spa day, sending progress pics and letting me know how good he was doing! We picked him up after 2 hours and he was well groomed and so happy! Thank you Auntie Heather! We have already booked his next appointment!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a dog groomed with someone that really does love the animals she is working with.

Let me start out by saying she is an AMAZING groomer!!! My fiancé and I recently moved to Grain Valley from Las Vegas, NV and I needed to find a new groomer for my fur baby. I tired a few places and every time her hair just didn’t look good and they were very expensive for something I could have done at home. Then I met a man that referred me to Auntie Heather’s and I have finally found my groomer, well actually Tillies groomer lol. She is so caring and passionate about her work and how your dog looks, but also how your baby feels during the process! I actually got to stay while she groomed my little Tillie and she was amazing with her. Heather gave her lots of love and kisses making sure Tillie felt comfortable and welcomed. She cares about the health and safety of dogs and wants them to enjoy being groomed. I could definitely tell she loves what she does and it shows in her work! If you want to KNOW your pup will be very well cared for while being groomed and not getting miss treated or handled in a way the dog get afraid to go to the groomer, then go to Auntie Heather’s. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She’s great and I’m so glad I found her.

Heather is the sweetest and most caring dog groomer you will ever have. My favorite is when she posts videos of the doggies while she is singing to them. The dogs are always so soothed and relaxed in her care! You can tell Heather really cares about the animals and if there's ever something wrong, matted hair or some other concern she will address it to you so you can go to a vet and have it taken care of ASAP. She cares more about these baby's than anything else! Thank you Heather for loving all these dogs like they are your very own! You're the best hands down!! 💖

Heather rocks at pet grooming! Her shop is well equipped, and she uses high quality shampoos and essential oil sprays made specially for dogs. My River had the perfect spa day! She made sure my pup was comfortable and even sent a short video of River during his grooming session. The cat print bandana and bow tie were an extra special touch too! So cute!!!
