First time we went in the item I was buying was on clearance but rent up under the original amount, when DANI came over she acted annoyed that she had to do her job, then when I told her what happened she grabbed the item, scanned it a second time, took the price off of it to what it was marked at and walked off without saying a word, when I tried calling her back because now there was 2, she rolled her eyes at me and turned around and walked away, a second visit to this store we had called her to ask about paint sitting on the counter that was ringing up cheaper than normal and she told us they weren’t for sale and said, “Is that it?” And before we replied she turned her back on us and walked away blatantly ignoring our question as we’re still standing there… she needs fired, if this is how this store is ran then that is pathetic

I’ve been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for my groceries that were ordered before this afternoon. It’s 7:45 pm. I’ve been here since 6:30 and I’ve watched several cats who pulled in after me already leave with their groceries. Keep calling the number but it goes straight to voicemail.

This review is for management. I came to leave 1 star and see that I already left 1 star a few years ago. I complained that your women’s clothing department, including underwear doesn’t stock enough XS or S. I also brought this to the clothing department manager TWENTY YEARS AGO. No lie. I was 15, I’m now 35. For 20 years you cannot stock XS or S. A Cup bras in the women’s section are practically unheard of.You set up this huge gluten free section, and before we even had a chance to try all the products you started scaling it back. Barely any inclusivity.You claim you sell Beyond Jerky, yet 9/10 times it’s not in stock. If something is out of stock, it’s because people are buying it, and probably want more!!!

I ordered groceries from Walmart to be delivered on Sunday morning, I got a text they were on the way, later text said groceries had been delivered..I was outside in front of my apartment & saw them deliver my groceries to another apartment. This is not the first time this has happened. I called Walmart to speak with manager & told her I would appreciate a refund to which she said she had no control of & hung up on me, following calls were not answered. I drove to store & spoke with JENNY WHO SAID SHE WAS MANAGER & responded in unpleasant way but called manager & that manager refused to come speak with me said I had cussed her, which I absolutely did not I just ask WHO I COULD SPEAK WITH & SHE SAID NOBODY!!!I order groceries weekly & this is the way they treat their customers!!!!

I don’t like going to Walmart. Ever because of the rude people, lack of cashiers, forced to go deal with a robot, and any other reason in the world.But today (Sunday), a day I prefer not to go shopping on, this Walmart was very busy, and yet the customers were actually nicer and used their manners, they had several registers open, and a cashier from the jewelry department came up, offered to let us check out at her register. She was very polite. The guy, Zee, who stood by the door as a set of eyes for the store, was also nice and helpful!This has been the best experience at a Walmart I believe I have ever had. This store and community seems like they have their heads on straight! Thank you!

I am an employee of my local city government and have reached out to both Sam's Club and Wal-Mart on several different occasions to discover if and how requests for in-kind donations can be made. I have called, left messages, sent faxes, and even gone IN PERSON, yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I am either lied to or left on the phone until the call disconnects. You can't find contact information for anyone at Wal-Mart (local or corporate) and 1-800-Wal-Mart makes you even more frustrated as you try to explain what you need to someone who lives 1/2 way across the world and speaks no English. I understand it's all about making the owners/shareholders a profit, but if you can't or won't provide SERVICE to your customers, then get the hell out of the business. I simply seek INFORMATION on how to request less than $100 in store product for a non-profit government entity that will be used IN THE COMMUNITY in which both companies have a presence.

The location is trashy and crime ridden so, I avoid going completely, BUT their in-home delivery team is top notch! They are always on time, responsive on substitutes or missing items. They deliver to my home and my bakery so often that they have started shopping at my bakery and have become regular kind customers. The team remembers me by name and makes me feel important as a customer. When they support my small business on top of it is just the cherry on top! Good job on training your in home staff, Raymore Walmart!

Walmart not only seems to be increasing their prices, but they are also lacking sufficient open registers for Real Life members (but that's a different issue I won't get into here).However, my recent experiences with Walmart's meat department have been highly disappointing. Over the past week (from 9/5 to 9/7), I visited multiple Walmart locations in hopes of purchasing a pork shoulder, only to find that they were all spoiled - and I mean ALL of them.At the first location, I had to return the meat twice, thinking that it might have been an isolated incident. I exchanged it for a new one, but upon arriving home, I was met with the same unpleasant, rotting odor as the first piece (back to the store I went).Feeling determined, I decided to give a different Walmart location a chance, one that was 20 miles away. To my dismay, they were facing the exact same issue with their meats. It seemed like every cut of meat in there had an smell that could only be described as if death itself had taken a sh!!t and left it as a reward for the lucky buyer.My advice: steer clear of Walmarts for your meat purchases.

Carol is the single worst customer service member I’ve ever experienced. She was very rude and didn’t help when a problem arose with our WIC then claimed she was the store manager when she is NOT just to get me to leave without a complaint. Everything else was fine with no hiccups.

We, along with 2 other customers, had to ask 3 employees and still have been waiting here for 15 minutes to get into a locked cabinet and still nobody has shown up, and no, the store is not busy. Still waiting as I am writing this review. It's should NOT be this hard to buy lube! No matter who you ask, they are disinterested in helping anyone with anything.

After having numerous issues with my delivery order, and a whole 2 day ordeal dealing with online orders. Isaiah from pickup and delivery who just started working there was the only person in this whole store who has helped me this much. This person deserves a raise at the very least. If more people like him worked there then the world would have truly awesome people. 5 stars Isaiah, good job.

I received such great service a couple of days ag - even though Raymore Walmart was fairly busy that afternoon. MINA in Customer Service & Returns rocked it on my 2 million returns from the last 3 months. And, KATIE in the curbside department was so pleasant and sweet as well. Good convenient store for wine and beer near state line but there are issues. They have more traffic than other stores in kc so some items will be sold out. Our last curbside order had 30 items and 5 were sold out. If you only want food, you'll get better luck in south jo co stores.

The pick up line wrapped clear into the road and I almost got hit. Called two different departments in the store with no answer, so I went inside to customer service. The one person at the desk was extremely rude and sent me to the bakery. Some sort of manager was supposed to get my order. I waited for 14 minutes and finally left empty-handed. The store is disgusting.

Store employees make up policies without proof ofchange constantly. Refused to accept my rolled coins because they have no way of verifying the total rolled. Um coins rolled are premarked, if a knowledgeable cashier is competent they should know what a roll of dimes is and looks like and be able count back the correct change. This Walmart is behind is the times and it shows, they do not care to have employees actually know how to do thier jobs, which in turn reflects poorly in customer quality experience. Shame shame

There was a shooting in the parking lot & none of the workers there, except ONE, were doing anything helpful!! They were all huddled together at the inside entrance watching the "event" unfold. No doors were locked. No one was informed. No one was trying to get "calm crowd control" for customers. ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE had the presence of mind to act & tell my son & me to get back away from the doors around the corner in the arcade area. This employee wasn't there until was AFTER a random woman stopped her phone conversation to adamantly insist there's an active shooter situation & to protect myself & my son. Is there no training on emergency situations? Sad they are needed, but they are NEEDED.

Store's actually not too bad -- I tend to prefer it over the one located on State Line in the Martin City area, to be honest, considering there does appear to be a better variety of items in general.The biggest thing that bugs me, though, is that there does appear to be a lack of staff in the check-out department.

We had our worst experience this morning.My wife and i where ready to checkout and noticed that there were only two cashier's station open and the lines were back to the second aisle.I went to customer service to ask if they could open up another station.I was told they were understaffed and could not.I looked at the scan and go station only to see three associates and asked if one of them could come down and help several people waiting to be checkout and they said no.Walmart had been a go to store for us for years but when we are treated this way it is very disappointing that the customer comes second now.

Asked Domingo in the grocery aisle for assistance... he wouldn't help - just said I don't know.Called the store to find out what aisle the item was on, and the phone rang for 5 minutes and 44 seconds and then disconnected.Jackie (employee) was walking by & I canned out Ma'am, she looked but just kept on walking!

I would give them the worst rating because as a black women they have old racist people working for them. Every time me and my partner who is Black go to this Walmart at any giving point we are always being watched at the self check out it’s so bad that they would ignore everyone else who is in the self check out line stand next to us and watch us check out. We have never ever steal anything in our life we are well paid people my partner is in IT and a veteran in our US Army. But they don’t see that all they see is two black people checking out. When we call and speak to a manager the first time it happened they dismiss how we felt and say it’s all part of training. At this point, we stop going, and then the one time that we did go back it happen again. It hurts to see it happen when we work so hard to be great people hard working people.

As I was exiting your store I noticed a large roll of the Smiley Face stickers on the unattended People Greeter podium. I asked your CS Associate, that was in the self checkout area if I could have some (I was thinking, maybe 10). She said no, those are for customers with returns. I've never received either one of your round stickers. Check out my return history. As I was leaving, I mentioned that I spend a lot of money here, her reply? I could give you "one", I told her I didn't want to put her out. The Smiley Face is vintage, all American and Mr. Sam Walton thought it to be the perfect Walmart logo. Your associate managed to take the above compliment, all it stands for and make it null.I spoke with your CS Associate Barbara; simply asked nicely. Gave me 10 stickers without a problem.

UPDATE 11 MONTHS LATER:Still the worst grocery pickup experience. We've had delayed orders about half of the time we order (couple times a month). If they can't handle the volume, then they need to have limited spots available rather than delaying the orders. I'll happily choose a later time if the time I choose is overloaded. Honestly, it's more of a headache than it is a convenience. Don't bother calling because it'll ring forever. I'm switching my business to Hyvee to ensure a quality experience.*Also, if you are an able-bodied human, get out of your vehicle and help the employee load your car. It goes much faster and it's the least you can do since they shopped for you. Efficiency is what this pickup lacks so do your part!This is the worst Walmart I've ever experienced for grocery pickup. The lines are ridiculous (especially on the weekend) and our order has been delayed multiple times. One specific order was delayed and sending me multiple confusing notifications through the app, so I tried calling the store. Couldn't get through to ANY department. The phone would just hang up on me after I selected a dept number. I tried calling 6-7 times. This walmart is very unorganized and a pain to experience.This in no way reflects the service of the employees who walk out our grocery pickup orders. They've always been kind and helpful. This review is a reflection of the store and management surrounding grocery pickup. They seem extremely overwhelmed with orders and cannot meet the demand which creates headache for everyone involved.
