Last minute shopper - that's me. Today someone asked about a mouse pad as a gift. I shopped and ordered online. Not only were the options plentiful but this store was able to have it ready today. I uploaded one of my photographs from Google photos and two hours later, in spite of a very busy store, I had my custom made product.

My husband went to pick up a prescription the ER had sent to them and they said they didn't have it. I called the ER and they said it had been sent and verified. So I call and wait on hold for 45 minutes for someone to answer and tell me to hold for the pharmacist. I was already holding for the pharmacy, but sure. 15 minutes of listening to the line ring and they hang up on me. I'm so furious about the situation. It would have taken 5 minutes of your time and then you could have gone in your break but no. You would rather sacrifice the health of someone so you don't have to do your job. This pharmacy is a joke.

This is literally the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It's been a month since we moved here and I am ready to switch to CVS across the street. They don't answer the phone and the drive thru takes 30 minutes to an hour with just one or two cars in the line. Get it together Walgreens.

This Walgreens is very poorly staffed. Always a shortage of help in pharmacy and in the front. The workers are doing their best, but Walgreens needs to staff them if they want better reviews.

Leaving a one-star review specifically because of gwen. Came in there on a doordash and she argued with every person in her line. Took 15 minutes to check out two people ahead of me and then when I said something she said oh well that's life sometimes you have to wait and smiled. Then proceeded to argue with me that I needed ID for something I definitely didn't and even the manager said I didn't. She is rude and condescending and should not ever be allowed to deal with customers. Will be contacting store manager Justin to make a personal complaint on her. Even her coworker said she is awful and they've made complaints on her but nothing's been done. Management take note before you end up losing a bunch of customer simply because of one person.

I've never gotten any consistency since I've had to fill here due to my insurance. For the same script they've given me 2 different brands of inhalers and I've informed them I can't take one of those brands. I understand part of that falls on my doctor, but Jesus. Not to mention you may be on hold for hours at a time, or stand in line for the same amount of time.This pharmacy is understaffed and needs an overhaul.

I highly discourage using this Walgreens location for prescriptions. The pharmacy will randomly just be closed during business hours. My girlfriend had her critical medication sent here one time, and the whole store was just closed at 11 am on a Saturday. Apparently the people who are employed here don’t feel it’s necessary to come to work. Take your business elsewhere.

Pharmacy opens and closes as it wants. Getting prescriptions filled is awful. I'm currently on hold (over an hour) with TWO separate phones. How is this place still in business.Let me guess...To BIG To Fail???What joke. There are literally people dying to get ahold of ANYBODY at a place that says they're open...???What a joke. CVS is getting ALL my business. If I don't die 1st.

Pharmacy is closed whenever, which is wildly inconvenient if you have prescriptions sent in that can’t be transferred. There’s literally one employee they’ve had in the past year that was even remotely friendly or helpful. I try really hard not to stop here unless I’m desperate to not head in to a larger store. CVS’s pharmacy is just as bad, their general store area is slightly better but not by much. At least CVS has a self checkout.

The pharmacy is in shambles! Everyone seems confused, they don’t answer the phones, and no one seems to know what they should. I waited four days for them to fill a prescription for my daughter. Each day they had a new excuse. I finally had the doctors office just send another prescription to CVS. Walgreens is playing with the livelihood and health of people. It’s completely unacceptable to have someone waiting for four days for a medicine they need. 9/10 customers in the store were just as upset as me and complaining of having the same issue. On top of that, I had to wait in the store for 1hr after the time of my scheduled appointment time for my COVID Booster shot. Do better or shut down. I’m never going back.

Missouri Board of Pharmacy will be contacted after my experience. Don't bring your meds here!!! Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don't even know how to run scripts through insurance. I'm currently on day 4 without critical meds because they can't do their job. No one answers the phone, the just keep putting you on hold over and over and never answer. I've tried for waiting for 2 hours on hold. You show up in person inside the store, because drive thru is always closed, to wait in an hour long line and it's still not resolved. I came twice a week before I was out of medication to confirm it would be ready for pickup after issues with a different script. Now they're telling me the same meds and insurance I've always had aren't covered. They are, after confirming through several other phone calls to insurance. It's just pharmacy staff not knowing how to run insurance. Close this location, they clearly shouldn't be serving the public.

I am sick and tired of not being able to get the medication I need because no pharmacist is on duty or nobody will work. When they are on duty it takes each car 15-20 minutes to go through the pick up windowHello!!! If their medication isn’t ready or if there is an issue tell them they need to park or go back around until it’s done. There’s no reason to hold up a line for an hour for 3 people. I need my inhaler. I think I will start using another pharmacy. Use your brain. Nobody should be at the window that long.

Made a Covid testing appointment at this location as it was the only one available in our area this week. Received two confirmation emails. When we arrived for the scheduled appointment the pharmacy was closed. Not due to not having a pharmacist on duty but closed down. Thankfully the Belton Walgreens was willing to get us in.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Waited 2 1/2 hours for my son to get his meningitis shot for school. They were putting people that came after us before us. I went in line to say you forgot about us and she said we didn't forget about you. They did forget because 30 minutes later she asked me if I had the paperwork. They lost it. Really, they just set it aside. They found it, but still we were waiting again because he had to draw up the medicine. Mind you, we were waiting with a five year old too. Terrible experience. I never had bad experience at Harrisonville, but they told me to come here. Not a good experience here. Won't come here again if I can help it.

Can’t even use the drive up anymore to pick up your medication‘s because now it’s a Covid only testing site or something. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety and can’t go into the store I had to go get my brother to go get my medication. Sitting there at the window they wouldn’t even acknowledge me that I was there wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain that I needed to get my medication at the window. I’ve also got a medication that I’ve been waiting on two weeks because their supplier keeps forgetting to send it to them. And unfortunately my insurance only allows me to go to Walgreens. Pick up times are hours after there estimated pick up time on the app.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription for my four year old son because it contained codeine. ( I understand that and completely get it.) They requested a phone call from the doctor prescribing the medication. No problem at all. But when the doctor and doctor's assistant calls you more than 5 times and no one answers, sounds like you have a problem. At the very least pick up the phone and place it on hold. Now my son does not get the medication he needs until Monday. Oh hey look across the street! There's a CVS!!! How convenient. Au revoir Walgreen's.

This Walgreens is near my house, so I am here fairly often. I've always been happy with the helpful and friendly staff. We couldn't find an item we were looking for last visit, and the cashier told us where we could find one in town instead, which was pretty impressive. The pharmacy staff always has good communication with us if there is a problem with a prescription. Walgreens is my "go-to" pharmacy, and this location is an especially good one!

I wanted to leave a review since I almost didnt fill my prescription here after seeing the horrible reviews. I had meds called in, and have never used this location before. I called to confirm, and a wonderfully nice person, Alexis, was friendly, helpful and kind. My meds were filled asap and no issue picking up.

I had to wait an hour because they told me to circle back as my prescription was in the safe. Didn't ask my first name, birth date, or address. Gave me my mother's prescription instead of mine. And I waited an HOUR for the wrong prescription.

My wife and I were required to take a covid test a maximum of 5 days before her surgery out of the country. The only place available was the Walgreens drive thru pharmacy test. We took the test as per the provided instructions given to us at the window. Either the Walgreens staff or the lab messed up BOTH of our test results and said we need to retake the test. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT TO GO OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR HER SURGERY. With no time to retake it, (our flight left at 3 am the next day)we were forced to take a test at the facility for 150$/per person. Just wanted to say thanks so much for the 300$ bill!!!

I recently scheduled an appointment to get a Covid test online 2 days before hand. I received 2 confirmation emails letting me know that everything was good to go. When I arrived at the Raymore, MO location there was a sign saying they were out of testing kits and the website was "glitched." I was told to try a different location but when I called the Belton, MO location and explained what happened, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to reschedule but there were no appointments for 2 more days. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business. That location had clearly been out of supplies for some time and no one made any effort to call or email me to cancel my appointment and no one made any effort to make the situation right. If you can't follow through on the expectation that was set then don't offer the tests at all. Also, the Raymore location needs to be removed from the website so that this doesn't happen to someone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is an absolute joke. I was needing a Medicine filled for my child that they had just received shipment of. I was told they could not get it ready any time soon. I asked if they would mind calling a few other Walgreens locations to check to see if they could help me. She refused. I then went to price chopper pharmacy where they proceeded to call several other pharmacy chains and located the medication I needed. What a difference. I will NEVER use a Walgreens again.

The pharmacy technician was quite rude. Both my daughter and I were prescribed medication for bronchitis. We both feel terrible and can't stop coughing. Our medications were called in by the doctor an hour ago, but were not filled. The technician did not apologize or try to give us an idea of when they would be ready. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her!

Dropped off a FedEx package here and they waited more than two business days to actually ship it out. That'll be the last time I ever trust FedEx services at Walgreens.

Don’t answer phone, not helpful. Partial fill of my med which is fine but with one day left on the partial fill they canceled the script for a life saving med and didn’t even call or notify me in any way. Really bad. Have been waiting for a standard med for over a week and a half.

Worst pharmacy in the area. It’s never open and I have the hardest time getting my medications. It should probably just close down and stop pretending to be a functioning pharmacy.

Completed a pick up order earlier in the day, I go to check in so I can pick the order up and I'm left with a message that the store is closed! Mind you, it's 5pm on a Sunday and the store isn't supposed to close until 10pm. This is ridiculous 😒
