Would not sale me a vape because I had my granddaughter in the car..It was seriously for me why would I buy my granddaughter a vape? I went to the vape store in belton and they sold to me with no issue. And I have MY vape now !!!!

It used to be an amazing vape store but now the workers are getting dumber and dumber and don't know anything, their new girl who didn't know anything had to call the owner about everything, it's getting ridiculous, they can't seem to keep regular employees long enough to learn their job or don't train them properly, sad I use to love this store , tell the newest girl to turn down the music so she can actually hear you talk about what you need , it's not a party stop it's a vape store 🤣😂 so unprofessional

They change brands of vapes constantly, so you are forced to try new brands that could be good or bad. Then, when you ask employees, if they are going to stock them again, they have no idea. Then, when you call corporate, you get no answer.

Terrible customer service. Called to get an answer on my return since I purchased from a store in Kansas, being a vapor Mavon store he refused to return a 2 day warranty because his boss is off this weekend. And refused to try and get into touch with his boss. Sadly won’t be giving this store anymore business

Stopped in to get replacement coils for my tank. Was told they had them when I called. Sales person was nice, and grabbed some coils off the shelf. They didn't have my ohm rating, but being desperate and out of coils,we went with the closest one. All too happy to pay the mark-up, I ran my card. Only after this did I look at the package, and realize they are not the coils that work with my tank.The salesman said that unfortunately they have a no refund policy for coils. Even though I was still at the register, and the product was unopened, sealed. He offered to sell me a tank that uses them, but there was nothing he could do about the purchase.No thanks. Burned twice now by this place. Never going back. 2 stars for the salesman trying. 0 stars for Vapor Maven policies and selection.

The gang are amazing Justin, Jeffery, and Bradley are quite possibly the best retail associates I've ever dealt with amazing experience and very personable people you can converse with them for hours and are always willing to help first time customers. Great products and great prices sum up an amazing experience, which makes me a regular. They're customer rewards system is also a huge plus.

Pulled up at 6:58 not in a rush because it says the store is open till 9pm both online and on the door. The guy races me to the door to lock it lol. Wouldn’t even look at me trying to gesture “are you closing?”. I work across the street and used to shop here very often. Actually hilariously poor experience. Employees always changing and complaining about their Managment. Prices aren’t great. Just go elsewhere.

I have been trying to track down specific part for my sub ohm tank and I talked with Travis just now at this location and he was a great help! He gave me more information then I've gotten anywhere else. Well to be quite honest nobody else has given me an information and Travis took the time to give me some insight on the product that I was looking for and made sure I'm getting the right thing.

Look out for the guy with glasses, long dark hair and a beard. He double charged me this time and one other time told me they raised the prices but haven't changed the sign. I think he's getting his own tips.

I love the friendly and helpful staff here and my only complaint is that my ejuice is always sold out. I usually buy two bottles so I have a supply for a while. When I was interested in the CBD products, one of the staff came over and told me about his personal experiences with it as well as recommendations. Other than the frequent low stock, I love this location.

Staff constantly changing. Can't get comfortable with any of the employees cause I only see them once and they're gone. My usual shop is the Harrisonville Vapor Maven, but every now and then work sends me to the Raymore area so I stop in here if I happen to need anything at the time. It would be unfair of me to compare it to the Harrisonville store, since that store is in a league of it's own. Giving 3 stars cause while there has been a lot of turnover at this shop, I have never been treated rudely and the employees have been nice to me for the most part.

Low stock of pretty much everything. Turning into a CBD store. It feels like it's supposed to be a more laid back store, but I think the employees should not curse so much and be in a better mood. Pretty much all of them seem to hate their job. Must be really hard to do no physical labor and have a slow steam of customers.

Vapor Maven has an amazing variety of product and even better prices. The guy who helped me, Kel, was more than helpful with helping find what I needed. He also was one of the coolest and funniest guys I've met in a long time. The place is great and throw a few bucks in the " Comedy Bin " for Kel. 😉

Great selection of glass to smoke from! Prices were good. The guy was knowledgeable. They've got kratom there. If you haven't tried this stuff you should.

The guys here are always very knowledgeable about their products. Their prices are very fair and I found them to be some of the cheapest in the Kansas City metro. Probably the best option aside from ordering online are you don't get to sample anything beforehand. A great choice if you're in the area and looking for any smoking / vaping necessities

Vapor Maven is a hit or miss in Belton. My wife likes a particular juice, and they never kept it in stock. Every time we went in, it was always gone. Now, either the new owner or the original owner told her it would be on the shelf always because he was trying to elevate the store and it's reputation. Last time I went in, I got the last two on the shelf. I hope he didn't lie to us about keeping her flavor available. I can buy it online for cheaper... But I like being able to get what I want when I want, and as a result pay $25 a bottle for something I could pay $25 for two online. It's Red's iced apple by the way....
