This store is run by the NICEST people. If they don’t have something in stock, they will hunt it down for you - they do so out of kindness and a talent for good customer service. I was just surprised with a fabulous, hard to find bottle of wine - all because my significant other asked if they had one and the next time he popped in, they remembered him and had one in hand for him to buy! I went to this location after turning 21 on last Thursday and they would not sell to me. I’m sorry but that’s so rude. I am 21, I’ve been polite. There was no reason for them to refuse sale. They just lost what could’ve been a regular customer. I will never go here again.

Store was clean and well stocked. Low rating because while in search of a gift a called and asked if they had it in stock. They claimed they did but upon arrival I discovered they did not. Will not be back.

Since new ownership, I have come to love the new owners. If they don't have something, a simple suggestion/request gets it in the store. Very friendly and eager to learn the names of each customer.

Do NOT go here if you want cheap anything. They charged me $27 for 1 bottle of Boulevard beer. The customer service is horrible and they will ignore or shrug you aside if you ask them if they have something in stock. This is a terrible business to have in Raymore and I hope they don't last long.
