I am livid right now. For starters my window of delivery for a grill I purchased was 2pm-6pm. The employees showed up at 1:30 while I wasn't home and left the grill in front of my garage. Whatever, that would've been fine if the grill was put together correctly but it wasn't. It's wobbly and unstable, period. There is also a nut missing that should be connected to a screw on the bottom smh. Called customer service for delivery and instead of sending someone out to fix the issue they just blamed it on the manufacturer. I honestly don't care whose fault it is. The men who delivered it knew it was unstable but still left it instead of rescheduling or letting me know. I will never use this service again!

I had never been to this Lowe’s store but the staff was unbelievably helpful. Every employee that I asked a question was very helpful. Phil back in the plumbing department helped a lot and so did Bob in the electrical area. I was looking for a lot of different items all over the store for a home improvement project. I have been to other Lowe’s locations before but none of them were halfway as helpful as this stores employees were.

We were at Lowe's today to purchase some new chairs for our deck. As we were looking for help to get these chairs out of stock, we only saw one associate in the department helping customer after customer. When she appeared to be available to help us, we let her know what we wanted and while we spent a few minutes in the garden department she went to get our chairs. She met us up front with the boxes loaded on a cart. This associate's name is Judie and she's a rockstar. 10 out of 10 Judie is friendly, personable and professional. She should definitely be a valued member of the Lowe's team. Thank you Judie for making our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Grew up a Sutherlands, or home depot shopper but location proxcimity has put me on to Lowe's past years. Always felt Lowe's was pricier but possibly better on quality. Just my OLD opinion. Prices every where, on most everything shot up last couple years and I guess will never come down. Like many maufacturers, with packaging, they make them smaller and make small prices hikes in addition to them. Purchased this glue 10/23 at Lowes, they had a quantity of 8, yet this bottle was about only an half of inch full like the rest of them for $8.

I was just in your store an older gentleman I believe his name was Bob he was working in the fasteners/ screws isle. I was missing the screws to my door handle and he knew exactly the size I needed and it was spot on he is an amazing employee should definitely be noticed for his excellent work and knowledge

I am not happy with Lowes today. I bought a carbon monoxide detector a couple of months ago and unfortunately threw away the receipt. We could not get the back to open to put in the battery. I brought it in to exchange it and could not even exchange without a receipt. That is crazy, I can get a free one through the fire department but choose to buy one then it doesn't work. I wasn't asking for a refund, just another to replace it.

Lowe's gives you an in-store credit on a card to be used for future purchases. You go to the Lowe's website listed on the back of the card to look up the balance however, the website doesn't have that feature. You call the number on the back of the card but get an automated message that says you have to physically go into the store to find the balance. Lowe's is always so backwards it's like they try everything possible to get people to not shop with them. Not to worry, like a majority of others Home Depot is my first choice but sometimes they are out of stock, you need it to day and end up going to Lowe's. Than you have problems like this and ask yourself was it really worth it. I guarantee if it were a HD store credit I could track the balance online.

Very unhappy with my new gas range install that wasn't an install! I had to pay extra for them to install for "liability" reasons. The delivery guys did not speak a lick of English, (I think russian?) And they didn't install the stove! They brought it in and gave us a gas hookup that didn't fit. They didn't even attempt to hook it up for us They just left for us to try to hook up ourselves! I'm raving mad!

I was on the opposite end of my domain when I stopped in to Lowes in Raymore. I was impressed with this particular Lowes because of the layout and how pristine it was. I needed wood repair and was easy to find. I checked out in self service and the gentleman who assisted the area pleasantly helped me through,(newer registers than I was used to),and bagged my item with a smile. My favorite Lowes!

The older gentleman in the cleaning department was so super helpful. I needed a cleaner for my shower.The store was clean as always. It was so nice to have someone available and willing ro help me. You just don't get that at stores these days.I was able to get in, get help, get what I needed and get out in a matter of minutes.Great experience!

If you’re going to buy appliances just forget about it. I ordered a whole kitchen and had to reject the fridge TWICE. First time the dent was on the top, had to wait another week to get a new one, took off work twice to still not get a fridge due to it being damaged again. They call and tell me they don’t have anymore in the warehouse, so I guess I’m out of luck on a fridge, and then tell me they are refunding me back on a gift card and can take it to the store and get my money refunded back on my card, let’s take up more of my time. I ordered this stuff the beginning of September just to get told can’t do it, come to our store if you want your money back. Worst customer service on delivery side of things

They are great! Was asked several times if I needed assistance! Employees were very helpful, and a great selection of all things home improvement.I love the DIY kids workshops! We made a football card holder, and the kiddos loved it!Found a good deal on a wrench set today! The holidays are the time to buy tools! Stock up!!!

Usually have no complaints here. Love to come here but you 2 people that are working the registers tonight at 425ish are not friendly at all!! Kid was sitting on his but and didnt seem to care if you found what you needed and they lady ....hateful hateful hateful!!!! Such ashame too considering its such a beautiful day out and all those gorgeous plants just scream summer time

I love Lowe's, super close to home and everyone in there knows where everything is. I've literally gone in there not knowing what I'm trying to do but just to get ideas and had someone ask me if I needed help, so I tell them my vague idea and they stop what they're doing and go help me with my Frankenstein project until I've got a solution. Super friendly people, especially they guy that cuts the keys, what a great dude. Not as much selection as I would like all of the time but I can usually find something that'll work, close to home and people that treat you like a friend. I personally always go there if I have a choice.

5 years ago I commented negatively about the lack of assistance while in the store. This location has since made a complete transformation. I can only assume perhaps management had observed the same and made policy corrections. I've made the Raymore Lowe's my go-to store for the types of products they supply and have to commend the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. As for product - great inventory and accuracy of price marking. Seasonal items are also well stocked.

Do not get carpet from lowes! They came and ripped my carpet out of my office with my treadmill in there that they new we couldn’t get out the door. Then refused to put the new carpet in. Do believe what they tell you get it in writing!

Curbside pick up was a total joke. No one answered the phone. Then after getting into the store, there’s one cashier running the entire return desk, with 4 customers in line. Shout out to TROY who stepped up to help me only after two other employees gave me attitude for asking that someone come help at order pick up. Probably won’t be back.

Honestly, I had high hopes for the Raymore location, because our first interaction with them was pretty positive, but the handful of follow-up visits have been less than that.We hired them for a fence installation and have since learned our lesson because they'd rather lie about their quality and procedures to get the sale and money versus just following through with the expectations. They also have no idea how to make it a smooth process to pick up an online curbside order as they've failed at that twice too.Also forgot to give us our door handle for a door we ordered but the icing on the cake - they actually gave us the wrong door too so when we tried to return it they kept asking where our receipt was.. uh, here's the one for the door we purchased but don't have one for this one as we didn't actually purchase this one you just gave it to us incorrectly..Literally I don't feel like anyone is competent and definitely don't recommend buying anything from Joel Todd as his follow-up and customer service is the absolute worst.

This Lowes has QUICKLY become my go to place for any and all tools/supply needs. Everytime I go im greater with genuinely friendly employees who ask how they can help. If you need help finding something they walk you to it, not just say "oh thats on isle 3 half way down, good luck!". They help you load big bulky items and did I mention how great the staff is?! The store is always clean and just a joy to go to.
