First time visiting this location and heard a lot of good things. The burgers are made fresh and are decently greasy, so you know there will be at least a little flavor. For me, the cheese curds were the highlight, as they are not your typical side offering at most establishments. The curds were breaded pretty well with enough buttery saltiness to compliment the slight squeak of the curds. Also opted for one of their signature shakes as well. The shake was pretty solid, nice and creamy. The entire meal is just about $15 so it’s on the pricey side. If you dine in, the staff will bring it to you and they are pretty attentive to your needs as well. Overall, I don’t quite understand the hype, but not a bad burger joint, curious to try a few other things on the menu in the future.

The employees ring up orders incorrectly and when you ask them to correct it they refuse stating it’s easier for their kitchen staff. If you’re not going to allow an order to be made the way a customer places it, take that item off the menu. It’s makes no sense. Also, the burgers tend to be raw lately. No one seems to care about standards there. It’s gone downhill. I don’t know why but I used to go there everyday and now it’s just a disappointment. Goodbye Culver’s.

My daughter and I like this Culver's a lot. We usually order the Deluxe burger meal, and we customize the burger a lot - cheddar cheese and always ask for extra lettuce. The last couple of visits they barely put lettuce in them, even after I repeat "extra lettuce" 3 times before completing the order to make sure they add more lettuce. That's why 4 stars on food instead of 5, although it all tastes great, especially with a root beer float 😋 ...less ice cream, more soda, lol.

A Butter Burger with bacon and cheese please!😋 This is my absolute favorite basket meal. However, I have yet to be disappointed about anything I've ordered from here. This place is always clean, has workers of all ages and always has such a friendly atmosphere. Go ahead try it and be prepared to make it your FAVorite restaurant for fast and delicious meals. You won't regret it.

Last night was the last time I ever give this Culver’s the opportunity to completely blow off my curbside order. It was the first visit in over 6 months because this has happened every single time. It does not matter if you schedule the order an hour ahead of time, if you check in via web, email or phone call. It’s clear curbside orders are the absolute last priority. You will watch 15 cars come and go through the drive through line. The food runners will look right at you and completely disregard. By this time, you may as well get a refund because your food has been sitting 25+ minutes. Chicken was similar to rubber. Never again.

I ordered a pork lion sandwich with mayonnaise only. I got one with mayonnaise and CHEESE.I got the basket with frys and a Coke. The Coke was so full it was overflowing onto the lid. When I tried sip some of it away it spilled on my leg and the seat of my vehicle.Totally not happy with my meal today.

This Culver's is our absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Burgers are delicious. Fish and shrimp are fantastic. Onions rings are perfectly done. The custard is fantastic!The staff go above and beyond to keep the place clean and to personally serve their customers. I'm not sure what their secret is to friendly, personable staff, but they've "nailed it". Even the building project next door tearing up their parking lot has not kept us away! Five ⭐ all the way!Dietary restrictions: They are carefully accommodating to gluten free allergies!!Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids love to come to Raymore Culvers!

A very disappointing first visit:Monday night I ordered inside and asked for no condiments on my cod sandwich. The cashier verified verbally with me. Then I receive it with the condiment on it anyways. I let her know. She and her supervisor promise to get me a new one, hand me a meal voucher, and give me extra sides for free. All very polite. HOWEVER, the 2nd sandwich has the exact same issue... By this point I was far too tired for the event and exceedingly annoyed as well. I decided to leave, rather than make a scene. All extra work done was null and void once the order was wrong the 2nd time. I didn't care at all for the extra hoops jumped through for me. I just wanted a correct meal, not compensation.

Every time our family goes through the drive through, we are greeted politely, can understand the employee thru the speaker (a big deal 😉) and have a very pleasant experience. We may have to wait a few minutes for the order but its made fresh and thats worth it! Employees always are sweet, smiling and seem to really have great attitudes about serving the public. With so many places being slower because of employee shortages, I have not seen that affect this location. With so little training being done nowadays, we have never seen any of that here. The staff is always on top of their game. They seem very trained and happy to serve.We dont eat fast food often, but this is definitely the place we enjoy most in Raymore.Would give 6 🌟 if I could.

My partner makes fun of me for how often I want to visit this Culver's. The burgers are delicious, the ice cream is the perfect texture, and the employees are always so helpful and friendly. They're also one of the best restaurants in town for my mom, who has celiac. Not every location can be trusted to safely serve gluten-free meals, but this one absolutely can.Dietary restrictions: Great for people with celiac, just let them know you need gluten-free for an allergy.
