This store is great. Staff is always helpful and polite, even after getting dealing with Karen as a customer. I'm a local who uses this store multiple times a week. Manager Joann is helpful and always pleasant to talk with.

It was absolutely the worse disrespect I had ever been given at any store. The manager Joann acts like she is queen b and owns the store and it's her stuff and her money. She treats people like she is better than they are and she never smiles or speaks kindly to anyone. This isn't the first time she has been a very rude employee. The store is poorly stocked and overly priced. Clean though and all other employees have always been kind and very helpful.

Well it really depends on what day you go in the store and depending on who is working on that day you will know what type of service you will get. You can watch employees be nice and helpful to one customer and down right hateful and disrespectful to the next. That isnt great customer experience to see that. If there was a different store in walking distance I wouldn't be shopping at DG. From years in the customers service jobs I know customers are what makes your paycheck and should be treated with respect no matter if they like them when they aren't at work.

Currently being remodeled but even prior to that it was one of the cleaner and best maintained Dollar Stores in the area. Employees are friendly and helpful. It's a nice convenience having the store for quick stops to grab everything from milk, to beer, to dog food to toilet paper.

This is by far the best dollar general I have been to in the Potosi/Richwoods area, a cashier named Andrea was very polite and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. Wonderful customer service! I will be a returning customer, especially since all the spring goodies (lawn ornaments & seeds) are coming out!!!

I did some shopping and had no problems finding things on my shopping list I think ppl could be alil more nicer exspeaially the man that works there but I was able to get in and out no long lines to wait in So I gave 4 stars

Good quality, selection, close to home. Lots if identical brands as larger department stores, with out the drive into larger towns. Any price difference is usually off set by saving on gas n mileage.

Friendly, Clean and Convenient. They tend to run out of soda and frozen foods but that's to be expected being that they are the only place to buy groceries in Qulin and several other surrounding small towns.

A little more pricey than grocery stores nearby, but saves a drive. They often carry limited edition vendor products the big stores don't (Crystal Pepsi, etc.). Aisles are only about a cart width, so avoid the busy hours.

I prefer to go to the dollar general in Qulin because they are nicer, they treat their customers good, I've never had a problem and they are always clean. I don't like either dollar general in poplar bluff.
