We got in there at 10 minutes from closing and the 2 girls working were horrid. I asked if they had a bad day and the lady asked me why? I said y'all seem kinda grumpy. She said I am ready to get out of here. I said I am sorry our DG stays open till 10. If I had known it was so close to closing we would not of stopped.

Everyone is always very nice they're very fast they help you with anything that you need they make you feel comfortable. They always have a smile on their face and welcome you when you come in the store.

The staff is helpful especially Ashley S.and the manager, Shelby, who went above and beyond her duty. They had a blue fuzzy queen size blanket that I loved so I decided to get another just like it(very hard to find good, cheap fuzzy blankets anymore). They did not have a second when I went back but Shelby called the Unionville store to see if they had it. The manager there sent a picture of what she thought was the correct one. It was exactly the right one so Shelby went and picked it up on her way to work and brought it over to me. Totally awesome service!!!!! Keep it up guys!!!!I do think they could sell a lot more product if corporate would send what they need instead of what the computer says they need.

Store is cluttered, workers are always polite and helpful, it’s a great store for the local community so they don’t have to drive 15+ miles to a store! Prices are good and some things but milk is outrageous but still purchase it if I’m in a pinch🤣

DOLLAR General's are generally good places to shop for a quick list of items. They also have some nice housewares. The Queen City one gets a bit less pressure for the housewares and decorative items so it is a great place to check for items that might be sold out at your local DG.
