Was checking out & cashier was talking about how she needed to ‘pee’ & the other was complaining about having to work. Not very professional. I get it, you have to go but being discreet should be a thing at your job. Really makes me wonder how my items will be handled & how well customers are appreciated if the workers are complaining when they have customers there in front of them.

Deli is delicious! Great options and prices in the food isles. Parking was accessible and plenty of it!Pharmacy is fast, and will explain in detail if you have questions!However!Not lot of registers open. Workers will follow you around if you are there for more than 10 min and continue to ask if you need help. When you tell them your just looking they get a attitude. Don't matter what time or day.

Do not like this Walmart, the staff is horrible, and the merchandise is limited. The employees working in pickup are great in spite of the store employees but due to having such limited selections and being out of a lot of what they do carry going here requires also going to another store.

I had a slip and fall here bc the rug at the front door was not secured to the floor and it had been raining. I had a fresh spinal injury already, keep that in mind. They literally wouldn't help me off of the floor until I signed a waiver. The manager himself treated me this way. I requested an ambulance due to my spinal injury and they refused to call one. They said the hospital is just next door, have your companion drive you. They obstructed me from getting the medical service i needed, even tho I was crying and insisting that my shoulder felt out of place. They legitimately bullied me and my mentally ill mother into driving to the hospital bc they wouldnt call me an ambulance. They just did it to cover their rear ends i think. To this day I still have shoulder issues from that fall. They also have faulty self checkouts. One gave me extra change and they called the cops on me, sending them to my home bc their machine messed up. I hadn't even noticed and didn't even commit a crime yet they used my debit card information to get my name and personal info to then call the law into it bc someone else was too dumb to notice they got shortchanged. I'd rate it 0 if I could. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They act like it's your job to checkout and then want to see a receipt well if you don't trust people then get cashier's back so they can make sure it's all scanned

While this Walmart is smaller than the others around, it has the best selection of products. I specifically shop here for that diverse selection. Now, because it is smaller, it is kinda cramped and feels jumbled.

Employee's didn't know what time they closed! I was told 2 different times after calling twice then while I was shopping was harassed by employee's they were stopping me from me getting the couple items I went in for just to tell me wrong information! I'm very disappointed in the misinformation management has given the employees at Potosi Walmart. I really do wish there were somewhere else to shop in this small town, we need another grocery store besides Walmart, Harp's grocery and Save-A-Lot which I almost prefer Save-A-Lot anymore since Country Mart has sold out to Harp's grocery and there selection is not very many and the prices are outrageous and our Walmart isn't worth a damn anymore! Way to go Walmart Management!👎🤬🤨🙄🤔☹️ Update!!! only worse since remodeling!

The workers were among the most disrespectful and inconsiderate human beings. I’ve ever encountered inside of a public store, especially Walmart today one young lady was kind enough to help me out because my app wasn’t working while the other two conspired to stop her and as I was leaving they were informing her. She had done wrong by helping me out and wanted to make sure it does not happen again. This is the third time I’ve been in a situation with the same employees, and they have had the same attitude and response. It’s a sad thing that no one bothers to consider the type of person. They are hiring. Very odd behavior just feeding into the way the world is becoming these days.

These "people 1"are brought up in the same town and bad-talk people2 who judge people(all) because they are from this town, but at the same time these people1 are judging their peers this way... People1 got good jobs with a little sentority(as in store managers) and they get to ruin someone's life by taking the only place that would let me get a job (because I wasn't judged by my hiring manager because they are not from here) But my peers, people who have heard of my name in passing years and probably not by hanging with the most stand up people.

Unfortunately, the worst Wallmart store I've ever visited. The shopkeepers are kind, but they treat customers like thieves. I've had such an experience several times from a too-kind shopkeeper, but he trained me as a shoplifter. although each shopping trip is at least $100. When I have time, I prefer to go to another Walmart store, but I live in Potosi, so I am forced to go to that same store,but very weak offer in all sales departments, only what is necessary. The store is run by someone who should go and see what other Walmart stores offer to their customers. very bad Wallmart store. 😟

Team lead William working the service desk on 10/26/22 at 6.38pm has no clue how to do his job, and does not care about the customers. I try give people benefit of the doubt, but when a customer comes to you to ask you how to do this, you don’t send them to another register because you’re lazy. He Didn’t know how to do returns so I assume he didn’t know how to cash in a coin voucher Shocker.. I figured Walmart would have their best employees as team leads. Not incompetent rude ones. 20 years of experience there, if you don’t like your job let Walmart replace you. I would send him back to Farmington store, I won’t be back, I’ll stick to harps for now on. Good riddance.

Rarely ever more than 1-2 Staffed checkouts available. Most self checkout machines are card only. Employee over self checkouts tend to always act like every single person is attempting to steal from them, unless they know that person. Only nice workers tend to be older men/women.

The place is great and some of the workers are very nice but the customers are the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. My wife and I went in and several people ran over my feet with their carts and cut in front of us. This one old man hit my wife's wheelchair so hard that it shook the wheelchair that she almost fell out of it and a woman wasn't watching where she was going and ran into my wife with her cart. What a mess!!

Personally I can not go into this store to shop without most associates looking at me and watching me as if I'm a known theif. But heres the thing, it's all because of the way that I look. Jokes on them though, I myself am employed by Walmart just not this 1. It would be nice however to do my shopping close to home without feeling so uneasy. It's quite angering actually.

They're remodeling right now but it already looks much nicer! Not the largest selection but that's likely because it's rural here. Clean and organized, overall a good experience

Customer service people are extremely rude. The selection is okay but don't expect them to help you find what you need or are looking for. I found something on q car, that was about to be stocked, asked an associate if they would mind getting me one out of the box, she refused and told me what was on the shelf was what I could pick from them but, there was a large jump in price between the one on the shelf and the one that was about to be stocked, (over 5 dollars) I ended up having to pay the extra 5 bucks because I needed it for my cat.
