My experience wasn’t the best. On one hand one of my dogs looks great and well groomed. My other dog looks choppy and she has gotten what I believe to be clipper burn. Yes, I did ask for her to be shaved down a little but her stomach has a rash and what looks like to be cuts possibly. She won’t really let me touch this area without growling because it’s uncomfortable, she also has been crying. She barely had any hair on her belly so I’m confused as to why it was cut down so much. It just seems like one dog got really good treatment and the other didn’t. She’s been shaved before without this issue elsewhere, and she’s never had any sort of sores, rashes, or dry patches in this area.

I loved Heads N Tails pett grooming in Potosi Mo. Molly Mae was my cocker spaniel. She was the love of my life... Everywhere else when I would go pick Molly up after grooming.. she couldn't wait to get out of there and she never wanted to stay there.. Heads N Tails changed that!! 😀 When I came to pick her up, they told me how much they loved my little girl Molly.. they said they could groom dogs like her all day long. When they let Molly out for me to take home.. this is the only place this happened- Molly ran back to where the groomers were!! 😀🙃 They picked her up and just loved and petted her.. they not only became special to Moll's.. they truly touched my heart. ❤️ The only negative was dog hair was flying everywhere! They had just goomed a very large, hairy dog. Lol These groomers will care and love your pet as much as any groomer could. I give them my many thanks and appreciation. Mary

Great staff, very friendly and did excellent work. My pup had never looked or smelled so good. The nail trim is exactly the length we were looking for and the desheding has really helped the pet hair clean up around the house. I highly recommend this place

I'm not sure that my dog was actually bathed. When I picked her up she was shaved but still had dander all over her back. Think they may have just wiped her down and shaved her. Not really worth the$ if so.

I've tried other groomers in the area, and heads n tails is the best! They can make my big, long haired, outdoor dog look great again!

I had a 9 am appointment. My dog didn’t get on the table until 2 pm. Done near 3 pm. Excuse was they had a lot of walk-ins. What? It made for a long day because I still had to go to work in the afternoon and do what I could of done during the day.
