Went to dicky bubs (potosi) to get some plumbing fittings.Found items i needed for the project and went to check out.Cashier scanned some items then handed one item to fellow employee without explanation and fellow employee left into store with item.cashier then proceeded to double scan item she had already scanned so i ask her about double scanning and she became sassy with me and stated she was just checing to be sure iems scanned.Cashier then received call and manually typed in a price then demanded me t pay for items.well i refused due to fellow employee still hed my item and had not returned with it then cashier became very sassy and rude .I do business with Potosi location on a daily but after experiencing the rudeness of cashier i will spend extra 10 in fuel and go to Farmington from now on.Not complaining to manager or ortherwise due to complaint falling on deaf ears

Their knowledgeable and have the specific things one needs Even down to gas filters for lawn mowers or a small rubber gasket in the speciality section, great store. Chain saw blades best done at home.

Went in to spend hundreds of dollars and was told they wouldn't take our check for payment if we won't sign up for their rewards program. Not everyone wants their infomation given out to spam lol thank goodness Tractor supply opened up in Desoto.

It's a lot nicer when it's not busy. We haven't camped but I do know that it's 10 a person to get into the park.,.It's fun, the grounds are always clean, even when they're busy.

We typically have decent experiences at this store, however the last time we shopped, we were very disappointed. We were picking up feed for our chicks and ducklings. We observed a price tag above the feed, reading $15.79. We grabbed it and went up to the cashier to make our payment. I happened to notice the charge rang up $19.99. I questioned the cashier and she called someone that was in back of the store. They informed her that the feed that was $15.79 was a different brand. My husband picked up the more expensive feed, then took the higher priced feed to the back of the store. When he returned to the cashier to ring up the less expensive feed he noted the feed that was $15.79 was not in sight of the sign. It was actually behind the sign and not in direct view. It appeared intentionally deceptive. In fact there was a gentleman behind us at the cashier with the same bag of feed, expressing the same thoughts. This experience felt deceptive, not from the cashier(s), but more a managerial decision. We will definitely be more vigilant at checkout in the future.

Very pleased with the service in hardware. A young man was extremely helpful in the hardware section. Disappointed in one thing though. I had called the day before and inquired if they carried an equine mouthwash and gave the brand name. I was told that the store did not stock this item. To my surprise, there were 2 gallons on the shelf in plain sight.

I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m stupid. I bought my son an underarmor shirt. It was on the 40% off rack. So it should have been 40% off of $20. After we left, I was looking at the receipt and it rang up as $17.99. 40% off of $20 would have been $12. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. I politely addressed my concerns. I went to the spot where I saw the sign. The gentleman manager pointed to the sign and said it was for the Columbia. Apparently someone had put it on the wrong rack. I apologized for misreading the sign. I have never been treated like I was so stupid so much in my life until now.

If the line is up expect a small wait. Has a wide variety of products necessary for getting the most from your farm work and more. Friendly and helpful staff. I buy quality steel toe work boots from these guys. Good stuff.

Not a large variety of options but a good quick spot to pick up farm items. Prices are high on some things you can get at tractor supply or ranch king cheaper. Feed is comparable but definitely cheaper at feed stores. Wish they carried more goat products so we wouldn't have to drive so far. I can drive 10-15 more minutes and find what I need but I'd rather go 15 or 20 minutes verses 30-45 minutes. It would also be nice if the outside items had prices instead of having to ask a cashier all the time. Having to stand in line just to ask how much something is and then waiting for them to look it up is not a good experience.

Everyone was insanely helpful. I had just purchased a puppy in the parking lot and they were closing up when I walked up to get puppy supplies. They allowed me to come in even though they were closing and helped me get all the puppy essentials needed. I couldn’t be more thankful. They did it with kindness and care and everyone inside just wanted to help. I highly recommend this store.

If I could rate this store with negative stars I would. The manager is very rude and inconsiderate. I went in to get what I needed and the price was $6 more than the tag on the shelf said and he wants to argue with me about it, he wouldn't over ride the price even tho he saw there was 3 of the same product sitting in the same place. All he did was take the tag off the shelf and try to sell me a different color product that was in a water damaged box.... The cashier I had was rude as well she kept trying to rush me while I was waiting on the manager to come up to help me. The store was very dirty and crowded with merchandise. Dont waste your time find somewhere else to shop.

All 3 of the people that were working at checkout only cared about who was making shirts. I had to ask them if that's all they cared about to finish getting checked out. The price you are charged and price list on shelves was wrong.

Small town hardware/farm supply with all that entails. Higher prices on most things but fantastic deals on large cubes of pine shavings (Flickerwicks) and a few other things. I did buy my Plymouth Barred Rock pullets back in April there, and they were exceptionally healthy and are now beautiful laying hens. They have very little to choose from when they do have live birds, but the convenience of a local store, decent enough prices and the health of the birds make it usually worth it. Some people working there are very friendly, others not so much lol. Typical small town. ;)Overall I have no complaints other than the stupid pole they have embedded halfway down the disability parking place. Yep, I hit it. No clue it was there, or even why but makes it easy to hit if you can't back straight out. -_-
