Been doing this whole nudist thing for a while, hard to find places who are accepting of it. That being said, the staff here were quite welcoming and accepting of my clothing choices and super friendly. Rooms are clean, quiet location plenty of space to stretch the legs. Decided to spend weekend here and enjoy the weather in my birthday suit. Everybody was cool with it, didn't seem to bother anyone going back and forth from car to room with nothing on. It's quite liberating. It's nice to know they are so welcoming of all life styles and all people. Definitely on my stay again listRooms: Nice clean fresh sheets good quality cableNoteworthy details: Really enjoyed stepping outside for a smoke without having to worry whether I was dressed or not. Weather was too nice for clothes

We called last minute in the middle of the night as our travel was getting too long to continue for the night. The owner was very accommodating, and had no sense of inconvenience to getting us set up and situated in our room. He came in, showed us how a few things worked, and wished us a good nights rest. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the price was reasonably. You don’t get this good of care very often anymore. Would stay again if passing through their area.

Hotel cancelled reservation at my arrival.I paid upfront and confirmed with this place directly our room is available. I drove for a whole day and being told no vacancy! Even worse is they refused a refund! We had to sleep in the car for the night.If you do FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, then don’t open online booking.

I wanted to write this review to correct a review that I have done on Expedia. I cannot get to the other review to remove it so thought I would do a review again. This is really a nice place and they genuinely care about their guests. All of my drivers have said that this place is very clean and super nice. We had an issue with being able to get in but totally understanding that the the staff had an emergency with her dear mother and had to abruptly leave. Totally understand. Take care of your mother. I've been doing reviews for years fairly and accurately.They've figured out how to manipulate G00GLE to counter all the negative remarks.I'll just do a quick list, dirty sheets with someone's hair on them. Had to use my sleeping bag. Mold and slimy substances in shower, no soap, no smoke detector, ceiling crumbling, carpet was full of crumbly stuff, or dirt and hair balls. It's just dilapidated, and I don't know if it's even safe. At about 2:am I woke up because my nose was stopped up for some reason.I can understand how they're still allowed to be open. I know the manager/owner monitors this in Google Maps reviews and counters bad reviews.Avoid this place.

I called ahead and they were super friendly over the phone, once arrived they remembered me from voice, and the animal I had with me. I had no problem getting a room. The staff was very generous and understanding of my skittish dog. They let me know that anytime during my stay if I had any questions or needed any help I could come to them. Definitely would stay again!

My son and I were on a fast road trip from Michigan to Mississippi. We found this gem along the way. We called ahead and told them we would be in around midnight. That was not a problem. We were greeted with a wonderful smile. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Thank you very much for a fantastic experience! You folks are ROCK STARS!!

It appears I have stayed in a room that a guest has left a bad review I'm staying in the same exact room they left the bad review about as far as things being in the floor it was two pieces of towel lent and as far as slime being on the shower head that is the actual knob where you can turn the shower pressures not slime you can also tell it is not filth in the tub it is hard water stains this motel is wonderful amazing and clean the ladies are very nice understanding and accommodating.

Great spot if are are traveling through or staying a week. We needed a place while our floors were being refinished so we were there for couple weeks due to some set backs on the floor. We had a problem with our shower and they gave us their best room! We really appreciate kind,clean,fare people and they absolutely are! Good job New Orleans Inn for staffing people who care!! Your employee's go the extra mile and were are awesome!Rooms: They were wonderfully clean and smell good!Walkability: Grocery store across the street.

I needed an extended stay for my daughters wedding. This place is great! It’s got old charm and nice clean rooms! The staff is so friendly and I’m so glad I booked here. The price is low and I love how soft the bedding is! 5 stars from room 201!

Clean! Efficient. Bill, room assignment was ready when we arrived. Only had two hour notice. Nice hot shower, bathroom vent works good. TV and coffee maker work. Quiet environment. Good beds. Everything we were hoping to find!

The front desk clerk said she “waived” the “pet fee” for my SERVICE DOG (medical/allergy alert dog) in exchange for a “positive review”. Since service dogs are protected by federal law against such fees, no positive review is owed. Please learn the laws regarding service dogs. Room was reasonably clean but they use a ton of products to make it smell clean and it set off my allergies insuring neither my dog or I slept well. The bed was hard and very springy, bed covers had cigarette holes. Overall an ok place to overnight in a pinch if you do not have allergies or a service dog.

...got there after dark, tired of driving, and was met with a smile and fast check-in...very nice people...had an issue with the cable connection (they fixed it in a couple minutes)...nice, comfortable room, quiet, about a mile off I-55, no traffic noise...hot water, good pressure, comfortable bed...good, well-lit parking...coolest little place I've stayed since I was in the other New Orleans...thanks !

We stayed here on our way from Chicago to baton rouge and back to Chicago. My husband and I travelled with our dog. I highly recommend this place as it's great value for money and is close to the interstate highway. The rooms are well furnished and are clean. Kassandra and Nicole do a great job with the maintainence and are friendly. They have given the rooms a personal touch. I loved the body wash they provide. They also provide a dental kit. The shower has plenty of hot water-- a good refreshing bath before going to bed is a must in such long travels.We have been staying here everytime we pass through here. The people next to our room were travelling with their kids. They seemed to have a lot of fun. There is a grocery store right across the hotel.

We stayed here twice on our way Houston-Chicago, Chicago-Houston, that means it was definitely worth to get back! Super friendly staff each time, very helpful! Spacious and clean rooms, big parking lot. Owners care about details as well, rooms are equipped with all you need on the way:) PS. Doggies are warmly welcomed here ❤️

if you want a very nice quiet place to rest,this is the perfect place. the gentleman was extremely nice funny all around great guy. the rooms are clean and nice. we had to use the heat at night air conditioning during the day both worked efficiently no issues whatsoever. the room was worth the price would definitely recommend staying in this motel. the room had a refrigerator desk end table table lamps. the blinds were not broken and very nice. the bedding was soft clean smelled fresh. the carpet was clean well kept up. as we were leaving the carpet cleaner was going to clean the carpets of the empty rooms. they dont have a breakfast but McDonald's and Sonic is down the road. I've stayed at my share of places this is by far one of my favorites.

I travel for work and end up getting motels last minute that I always regret. With New Orleans Inn that is not the case. The staff is absolutely amazing and will do most anything (within reason) to ease your stay. And just hands down provide fantastic service. They are friendly and don’t mind chatting a little. The rooms are clean and spacious. As well, the location is nice and quiet. Will most definitely be returning here when I travel this way for work once more
