I am a NAPA customer. I have used NAPA all my life, and I am 67 years old. In all those years I have never seen more attentive parts guys than those in the Portageville store. They diagnosed my problem, sold me the proper parts, and ran a free analysis to make sure all systems were functioning properly once installed. I was stranded on the highway but was able to limp my truck and with a loaded camping trailer and a dog and cat back to the parts store. What a relief to find people who really know and do their business properly! When I went in to pay my bill, they had beat everyone’s price! Kudos to you all! Thank you for your service! I hope everyone in Portageville and the surrounding area knows what a super parts store you have!
