This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I gave them many chances hoping they were just having an off day, but it never got better.They have never once discussed new prescriptions with me. They act rude, rushed, and confused every time.If you are wanting a pharmacy to treat you with kindness, knowledge, and competence, this is not the pharmacy for you.I walked out yesterday and immediately had my prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy.

I wish there was a zero star option. My doctor send a prescription there, I arrived about 30 minutes later. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, they had not started filling it. About 45 minutes after that, they called, saying they only had 21 pills, did I want to do a partial fill, I said ok. I was told it would be ready in a couple of minutes. I went back to the counter 10 minutes later, just to be told it would be another around 20 minutes, they had not started filling my prescription yet. Another 45 minutes later I left without ever getting my prescription. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!

I waited in line for 30 min. Just to be told to sit down, they were going to fill medicine. Only for them to close down the gates and not attend me at all 5 minutes later. I found this so rude and unprofessional. If they had no intention of filling the medicine that same day I would have told them to transfer it to another pharmacy. We needed the medicine the same day after getting out of urgent care. This is the only Walgreens that I have ever been to that closes at 6pm. After over 20+ yrs. Of doing business with Walgreens they have lost my business in the my family as well! I am new to Bluff and this is not the first bad experience that I've had with them. Sadly all three times that I have been there it's been an issue. All I have to say is if you urgently need medicine DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. They don't care!

No one greeted me when I walked in but the guy there definitely made it a point to keep saying they’re about to close. Didn’t even ask if I needed help since he was so ready to go. It was the count down that did it for me, “we close in 3 min”. Im literally searching for what I need and rushing, and still “we’re about to close”. Curiosity please!

Wish I didnt even have to give it a single star. Pharmacy staff are super rude, exceedingly inept and unwilling to use common sense. This Pharmacy is unreliable and the pharmacist completely clueless. Good luck if you get your meds here, I highly recommend going to a better pharmacy.

They really deserve no stars. They mixed up my kids prescriptions. They filled it for my older son instead of my younger son. It was a big mess and took the doctor calling them to straighten it out. Medical error is the #1 cause of death in America and they are definitely contributing to that.

I went on my lunch break to get a flu shot. It was very busy but Lisa (pretty sure that was her name) was super helpful and sweet! The pharmacist who administered my flu shot was also very nice and quick.

Have used Walgreens since they opened in Poplar Bluff and was well satisfied with quality of pharmaceutical services. However, in the last 6 months this wonderful service has went astray. I have had medication not being renewed when due, I have waited several hours for medications to be filled. Today was the worst. Doctors office called in a necessary medication last week for an infection, the staff at Walgreens just filled it today(7 days later) and then after having major surgery Walgreens can’t get my insurance to approve medication requested by surgeon. So I called my insurance only to find out there has been no such request of approval! Well guess Walgreens just lost my business due to a little lackadaisical laziness!

Horrible service. I stood online and waited my turn. The cashier paged manager twice with no response and then told me I’d have to go to photo lab area. Then she proceeded to take customers from there even though I was waiting. Perhaps if management could put more than one cashier in the store. I’ve had similar experiences at this store but I will NEVER shop there again. I waited in one line until it was my turn only to be rerouted to the end of a different line.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I work at another pharmacy and called to get a patients script transferred to my pharmacy and I was on hold for 3 HOURS AND 20 MINS and then they hung up so I still wasn't able to get it. Medications are important to people and I couldn't even imagine working at a pharmacy like this.

I dont know why it allows you to put 1 star when they should get negative 6 freakin billion. I sat for so long I cant even begin to tell you how many times the clock spun around. Employees appeared to be very confused about being at a job. Very lazy. Both of them just stood around like a heard of cattle grazing in a field, honestly you could say that about the work ethic as well. It's about the same. If you had the choice to get on a plane go to Australia to fill medication fly back and get home. You might as well do that because it will be quicker and less confusing for them to understand there job.

I’m from out of town and had an issue arise requiring an antibiotic. Website says the pharmacy is open on saturdays 9-6. Had a prescription sent here. Well they are closed. What chain pharmacy closes on a Saturday!? At least update your website.

I always have a good experience when shopping here. My only complaint is that the lines often get long and there aren't enough employees to get the job done. However, the employees who are on staff are ALWAYS busy, working hard.

This place sucks!!!!!! We are from out of town and ended up needing a prescription filled. We called ahead and was told the pharmacy was open until10pm. We showed up before 9 pm and he pharmacy was closed. Now we can't get the script until the following day after 10 am. These people need to get their stories straight.

I've learned that this store has a horrible outdated automated medication refill line...When am elderly person trys calling in to refill a med the machine does not understand.....elderly dont enunciate well...the machine does not understand....Put a little palsy in the mix and hitting the numbers becomes a real task...each time you mess up ya gotta start all over...SUXOkay...wait to speak with a live person, right.....wrong...After waiting about 5 minutes someone answered to transfer me to pharmacy.....I asked the machine to speak to pharmacy in the first place so why does this guy answer in the first place....After being on hold for about 10 minutes I gave up....Piss poor customer service...
